Yes bmi is a blunt tool. With athletes (particularly body builders) it can skew the results but when you're talking about untrained/minimally trained individuals its a rule of thumb that is appropriate. OP, you are still way too fat. Take some time off dating and work on losing that fat. In my mind you have got between 20 and 30 kg you need to get rid of. Doable in 6 months with dedication and effort.

You need to get well under 200lbs. 170lbs seems more like it. Calculate your bmi, its easy to do. Train everyday, use the app "my fitness pal" Like others said, once your in shape many of your problems will evaporate

Theres a lot of info on the net, google is your friend. Search "Testosterone replacement therapy". I wouldn't bother unless you are at least in your 30's. When you take it it shuts down your natural testosterone and your balls shrink. There are other less extreme ways of boosting your T. Gotta weigh up the pros n cons.
