A big build can equal respect.

More test in your body can mean more hard dick.

But as a guy that has been a bodybuilder and a cripple (yeah, it sucked) the harder and leaner you are the easier a pickup can be. But as a guy that got F*up... had to walk with a walker.... that went from benching 375 to 125... no kidding... your attitude matters more.

I was so embarrassed walking with a walker. And what I found is when my body was taken away, my character carried they day. Nothing changed but my view. It slowed me down, but everything was based on my attitude.

You don't have to be a bodybuilder, but yes, being lean and ripped will get you girls no matter what.

When I was younger I wasn't really a"nice guy", but I was very shy and rarely approached girls. I still had a decent amount of gfs and hookups.

Most of the time they would ask me out, all were skinny and decent looking. I was never huge, but I worked out about 10 hours a week.

Now that I look back, if I would've had more confidence and approached I probably would've done as good then as I did in my mid twenties when my confidence took off

Test definitely makes you more alpha. You want to fuck everything that moves and you don't really give a fuck about anything that would otherwise make you anxious

You may have it backwards. This dude says having lots of sex raises your testosterone. So AF may cause the high test level, rather than the other way around.

No. More cunning, power & ability to lead is more alpha. And no, ugly overweight Joe will not get crazy amounts of women. If his game is solid he may have some good one off situations.

What do you mean by "supra physiological levels of testosterone" Are people testing and monitoring their testosterone levels?

I know that there are some popularly accepted means of boosting testosterone levels (not sure whether they are scientifically rigorous though) and they include having sex, consuming optimal levels of protein, doing strength training, consuming zinc and vitamin D.

Of course, none of this is answering your question about whether people with higher testosterone levels are more alpha.

But I do also wonder, how are the guys on these bodybuilding boards monitoring peaks and dips in their testosterone levels or is it just anecdotal?

Testosterone is the ultimate frame enhancer. When your on it you have less anxiety and more presence. My voice is deeper, I hold eye contact longer, I'm leaner, have more muscle tone. All the ways you wish you could be, that's me. I look like you wanna look, I fuck like you wanna fuck, I am smart, capable, and most importantly, I am free in all the ways that you are not.

That said, its not a magic bullet, a beta with a testosterone patch is still a beta. Keep taking the red pill
