I see people agreed with your post and I got downvoted. Think what you want, but labelling every guy who frequents a strip club a beta is absurd. I know guys that go for the buffet. THe alpha pack i mentioned aren't going home with strippers, they're friends with them from working their bars. The bring their own bitches. For you to call them beta again without knowing more about this situation, again, is absurd.

They went shopping together for a couch wide enough for them to spoon together? Attractive women, I'll be the judge of that. *Edit: oh wait, on of his ex's says it herself. He dated anything yellow with 3 holes. ANYTHING

Beachside southern state? me too. Anyways I know this is great but even cooking 90% meals at home, working out 3 to 5 days a week I've never been able to obtain a slim waste when maximizing my strenght levels. Could be age, how old are you?

No way, no chance. Look, I regret how much money I blew on a college education, which took years to pay off. College was a party, with so many factors in your favor, making it easy to bang a slew of women. source: i was a skinny cigarette smoking lil bitch that got laid

A woman's finances have zero attractive qualities to me as a man. I don't care if she is poor, works at McDonalds. Either of those are preferable over a woman with a lucrative career if she acts entitled.

I never understood how guys get them selves so deep in debt. I did it to myself with college and freaked out, dedicating my life to paying it off immediatley and promising never to do that again. I think about guys I work with, who earn the same amount, driving new cars (leasing Lexus's), buying a home, getting married and having a kid all within a year and it sounds horrible. It would mean a complete, irreversable lifestyle change for me that I am not willing to gamble on.

Wow thanks for sharing I didn't know about that being single past 35 is almst enforced in the workplace. In the USA I get a hint of shame, the occasional "man up" from some single mothers. But nothing that would stop me from being a success.

Right , gotcha. But are you saying you think he is correct, that you shouldn't pass the 90 degree mark? I tend to agree, but I bet if i were more flexible I would go ATG. I just can't without leaning forward. I'd like to get some oly lifting shoes with raised heal but I just can't justify the price tag.

As much as I want to agree, and I do admit I'm happy living alone by myself, so many studys seem to indicate that people, in general, are less happy than they were. They indicate it's a lack of family. That almost always means having a woman LTR in your life. What do you guys think about that?

Are you saying your ripped, 51 year old boss is ripped is correct or incorrect about squats? Also, 45 degrees doesn't seem right to me. Usually people say 90 degrees, meaning perpendicular to the ground. Does the 45 degree mark mean a high squat? 1/4 squats as we call them. Could be other things too, TRT can get a 51 year old shredded.

I love reading your posts. I learned to live without a car for a month about a year ago, just to see that it could be done. Cut out social media, tv, even movie watching was an addiction for me. But question for you- what do you mean no high-speed internet at home? Is there an isp you recommend?

I used to think that was true, but from personal experience I get hit on way more when I was deadlifting 400 lbs with some extra body fat and i was busting out of my clothes. The thing was my confidence was extremely high. THen I went on a cut diet and took it too far. I caught myself touching my stomache a lot, a few times i found myself doing it in public and I thought of myself as a douche bag, and it hurt my game. I guess it's different for everyone.

Yeah right, I was gonna say dadbod guy isn't that fat compared to guys I see on the street. Funny after that clip the youtube pulled up an autoplay video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lFIIfyFr2Vs. In this one they do "magic vs muscles" where the guys can't talk. One guy dresses like a hipster and the "muscle" guy looks like a weak homo.

Well I plan on listening to that lnik because I enjoy sandman's youtube posts, but I can see why they would say overcompensating. I mean, people can get turned off by tools. Personally, I wouldn't bang the dude painted up like the hulk.

That's dad bod? it's not so bad he's a little more fat than myself and I bust ass in the gym 5 days a week and cook 90% of my meals. I still drink a few beers. Like those 2 chick s on the ground, he's overcompensating. Besides, painting the guy as the hulk was stupid. They shouln't have changed his appearance.

Learning to go solo is critical especially in western culture where flakiness is a common trait. I left facebook, but even now I hear people talking at meetups where they joke about how 30 people say their going. Which means 3 might show up. If you plan on avoiding marriage like me, and you see how people try to shame you for being a single man, it's critical that I don't let it bother me. For myself, I force myself to meditate daily. Even just 10 minutes. I look back on those "rough days" that …

So that girl said "excuse me" I replied by repeating "you look like a serial killer" She unmatched me that evening. I tried it with 3 other chicks, all unmatched me. Gotta be OP's pictures enable him to get away with these messages. It's all good.. online dating never worked well for me I'd rather not feed these chicks ego any more. As an aside, one thing I noticed- these girls often take selfies of themselves with the same goofy face, from the same distance (arms length for a selfie), so when y…

I agree with some of your points. I can't stand all these posts like "how I became an alpha in 2 months: monk mode FTW" bull shit. However, I tend to nitpick on posts and one thing that bothered me is that you say bars are for alphas. Helll no. Bars are almost completely full of betas. Guys that buy drinks for women. Spectators dumbing their senses with booze. The alphas you see might be in the context of their social circles. I'd say the only alphas at a bar are slinging the drinks (aka bartend…

I agree. I'd take it even farther and say I smell BS all over this post. 4 months of proper diet, lifting, hobbies won't cause a chick to flip like that. Maybe he became a celebrity over night and has to hide that piece of information. Or she needs him to do her chemistry homework.

Same here. It's packed from 4 pm to 6 pm. I have an old-gym buddy (now a fatass who built a desk to play video games from bed), who dropped out because he used it as an excuse, and his time was too important to share equipment with other people. I told him my trick, I rarely ware headphones and make friends with people. We have 1 squat rack at my gym, but it's usually the same people using it, so I get to know them. I either work in with them or ask how many sets they got left. I've never had to…

So did you ask her out or not? The thing is, you're just asking her out, not to get married. 2 days is plenty of time for that. I do it within 5 minutes sometimes. Doesn't work all that often, but when it has, it worked Reeeealy well. IF anything, people are telling you not to wait because that's a loser mentality. I'll do it tomorrow. Next thing you know, you never took a shot and the opportunity is gone. Say she says no, cool, move on. Maybe try again another time. Maybe not.

I thought the plan was going well. Most of my friends and I have decided against marriage easily. Women still appear in the workplace more and more but their spending is still seemingly unfathomable. The only thing though, things like web cam girls and girl gamers on live streams fucking make my blood boil. Guys get nothing from them they caan't get anywhere else, yet they throw money at them.

Awesome find. I just volunteered at a festival this weekend. So many weak dudes would step up and I'd ask them what I could get them. Occasionally they'd turn to their girl and say "what should I get?" and the look on the girls face was priceless. And the best part was to see them turn back to me, reach in that wallet and pull out a credit card to pay for both. Rack it up ladies, don't worry, Beta Bux is paying. Uh, no. Look guys, much as some of us try, the reality is we aren't alpha. That doesn't mean don't love yourself or do what you want. Unless other men look to you for your leadership, and women throw themselves at you, you're just not alpha. THere is hierarchy in every social situation, so try and keep working your way to the top. BUt, to say the "simple way to be alpha" is a blue pillers dream that lacks context.

Hate to sound cliche but it's a balance. What I do personally, is go on a tear where I focus on one thing. When game was important, I socialized with everyone, went out night after night. But, I blew a shit ton of money. So, then I focus on the gym, diet and saving money for a few months. Just yesterday I was at a grocery store and couldn't talk to a chick that I was attracted to. Around the age of 30 I realized I'd never fallen in love. The time I came close, I was obsessed and seeing this chick that lived with a coke dealer and had her rent paid by a 40 year old married man. My mom did not like her one bit. Anyways, after the 3rd person smacked some sense into me I said to myself, this isn't love it's lust (she had a banging italian body). Might not be as effect as people think, but walking is very beneficial. Our bodies are designed to do it. On top of that, I believe consistent walking outdoors has helped my immune system immensly. Pussy. just kidding, well kinda. I relied on liquid courage and loud music to get out of my house. The sooner you "jump in the deepend" the better off you are. Get out on the dance floor and act goofy for a little. if you get stifled and end up in a corner like a chode, bounce to a new vernue. And that there is the beauty of going out solo, no one can hold you back. And soon you'll find other benefits.

I was with a plate at a kava bar we were surrounded by women in their late 30's. She was just excited to be out with me and she assumed she'd be getting fucked later so she was talking a little loud. I hate when chicks do that, they crave that attention so bad. Anyways she starts yelling about how her friends that are married don't want sex. She said "I can't believe it, every woman wan'ts sex." and I just replied, "that's the guys fault. They want to get fucked but not by him." It was a moment …

This is basic male strategy 101 but there are a lot of guys there that could use tips like this. Also, just don't answer your phone/ texts, even if you have nothing going on. Make somethign for yourself to do. It sucks and I always wanted to know why but trust me, it works and benefits the both of you. And for fuck sake if you work with a girl keep it work related. Good idea. Check it out, this chick one day, she finishes her coffee and hands her cup to this poor guy right in front of me. He looks at it and throws it out. I go to her "did you just hand him your empty cup to throw out" and she smiles "Yes, I was done with it." The guy laughed out loud and said "I figured." and chuckled. I thought to myself. "Fuck don't try that game on me." And that's what it is, a game to her. These guys would fuck her on her command if they knew how to use their dicks.

The few guys I've seen that physically look like stereotypical alphas, have some of the gayest ways of talking. For programming, I'd say no. But it makes project leaders and management stand out easily. Alphas would be more inclined to risk taking jobs. The point of OP's post is, don't be the subservient beta. We're taught to be "Yes" Men. The power of saying no is very empowering. I remember being told no by people and wanting that ability so bad. Good job. I work with a bunch of beta software guys and when this one girl comes around they all get up to make her coffee. She'll bat her eyes but offer nothing of value to the group. They all want to fuck her but are too busy laughing at their own jokes and getting red in the face. The chance of any of them getting laid is none. I say this because the one guy in the room that fucked her sits there and gives her no attention.

I never understood the point and had NO CLUE what I was doing so I sat there and would think constantly. After a few weeks I learned just how to catch thoughts as they came. I just started using coconut oil at night. I had some in the kitchen after hearing about a lot of health benefits. I believe I read it on Good Looking Loser's site. I feel a little strange buying skin products as a guy, but I have no problem rubbing a little coconut oil on and it just glistens a little.

Do you think guys in a generation before us had just as many problems with women a generation a head? I tend to blame technology and social media for the dumbing down/entitlement/lack of focus of the mllenials as the reason I don't get a lot with a lot of them. I can't think of anything else that had such an impact on society.

OK thanks for clarification. Now for the body of your post, what exactly happened? Did your father's friend set you up with a 30 year old woman? Awesome post my man. I agree, as I've moved into mid-thirties I find older women attractive as well. And they can maintain and be VERY attractive. I'm looking for any advice about older guy haircuts, if anyone has any suggestions. Very rarely do I think someone is bragging when they say something has happened as a result of their hard work. I think it's motivational for myself. Wow I love this, around 8minutes in you can see how much Patrice influenced him. He's starting to experimenting with plate spinning/pimping and look at the smile on his face, he's so happy. If you listen to old O&A shows, you can hear the old bp/sicofante side of his personality in the presence of beautiful women. Patrice would be having batting practice with hot women and Ant could be heard comforting them afterward.

Agreed. In my experience, they have actually gone around the circle having fucked the guys at one point in time. Maybe one was selling some dank weed for a while so she banged him. One had a house party, so she banged him. I'd also add the dangers of girls with close gay friends. It's becoming more and more common (Is it me or are there more and more gay men today on average?). haha. Yeah you just got me thinking, though. Holy shit. A lot of guys I know with these tattoos are soft spoken, kinda shy. Even out at bars I see descent looking guys, some definitely lift, but they don't approach women. It could definitely increase your chances of being opened by a female, be it eye contact or verbal. But, every single guy friend that is good at approaching, are all void of tattoos. I think I'm going to refrain from getting one myself and just work on social skills.

Yup. Tanning salon. You're only making it feminine in your head. Just frame it as getting your vitamin D. And it's so efficient, 8 to 10 minutes and you feel very relaxed afterwards. Practice meditation. That will address these feelings you have when you are alone. That will help you realize you are your own best friend, and going out solo is fun. I know medication can help, but it's a short cut with negative side effects in the long run.

I agree. It's relative to the age or amount of time a person was "plugged in". I could imagine years for some, but that also builds on one's manhood. Just put that extra anger into self improvement and don't quit.

Have you tried giving her the cold shoulder? Turn around, dance with the first girl you see or just have as much fun as you can on your own. Then come back to her, let her know she's still got your attention. Then isolate.

Here's the answer. Meditate. Generate happiness from within. Relationships will improve if you put your happiness top priority, too.

I snapped on a friend this week via text (another friend was in the message so he saw it too). The friend said sorry and it was not his intention to piss me off. Reality was and is, I'm considering dropping him as a friend. I've never done that, but I have moved before and lost friends. Anyways, I just waited about 4 hours and replied "Cool" So, I wouldn't apologize. Just make sure your snapping is righteous and you shouldn't feel any guilt or shame about it.

Right on, brotha. 29 was a turn around year. I had a LOT of work to do, but in 3 years I accomplished an unbelievable amount and shattered so many limiting beliefs I feel invincible.

Yes very horny. All the time. And willing to give blow jobs more than younger counterparts. You sound like exactly the cub those cougars are looking for. Look up cougar bars in your area. Dress up nice and go check it out they will probably eye fuck you from across the bar and you'll be able to open easily. I wouldn't go on ladies night though, they get very aggressive (not even joking)

You clearly haven't grasped it well. Also, accept responsibility for yourself and the way things are, don't put them blame on something external.

Anytime she doesn't reply with a counter offer, cease all contact and next her. If she said, "Thanks, but no thanks I got plans for tomorrow, but I'm free ---" then I'd consider inviting her out again. It sucks that women are like that. Gotta move past the ego and maintain your self respect.

Awesome! Don't worry about an age number for over the hill or the wall. It's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Sure, it has biological application, but who cares if you like her. My only suggestion would be to travel to foreign lands and date more women. Like, way more women. But, it appears you're already exclusive.

Lifting, career success, and cool hobbies are all to build up your lifestyle, but they will not guarantee happiness. Think about all the pro football players that kill themselves. People will hate your success, your gains in the gym, and your skills that you develop on the way. There is no guarantee that someone will like you. Except, you can always love yourself. This is all mental. You have to control your mind. The good news is, you've identified that something isn't quite right and are seeki…

I know a guy that hangs out downtown wearing a pair of the boots. Not that extreme, but they added a few inches for sure. It's crazy. He walked like he had suction cups stuck to his feet, like he was stuck at every step. So of course I referred to him as suction-foot guy. He also rocked blond hair with black highlight like a skunk. But, he walked up to meet a cute girl that seemed to like him and his style. I ran into suction-foot guy recently. He was no longer wearing the boots and was walking …

Think of the social game as a snowball effect. Exactly. I remind my self to do warm-ups. They are fundamental to social game. Also, I find a macro momentum effect can occur if you practice this day after day. If I don't go out for a week, I regress.

I wouldn't suggest sharing that with women. Share with your guy friends, they might be able to help you. If this is bothering you, which it appears to be, get a prostitute. You'll realize sex is no big deal and not worth any form of stress or depression. Just wrap it up, and have fun with the experience.

Not a bad idea. I did it myself. Let myself fall for a toxic girl. I went overboard calling her 'babe' a week after fucking her. Came up with cute pet names for her. I bet she despised it, but she would come back with names for me. Then again, when I tried going nuclear with dirty text messages, she'd show up at my door. It was an experiment that messed with my head, but I came out a better man. I thought of it like giving myself the chicken pox. I won't give any woman that much power again.

Yeah that show gave us perfect examples of this. They wouldn't really understand the question so they would give an answer to something else completely, but Patrice would call them out on it. I recall one time Dante would have to step in because they got passed Patrice (Rest In Pimp). Just shows how powerful the bullshit can be. I love the one where they are arguing for a while and Patrice stops the conversation and says "Tell me, what's the man's perspective?" They are unable to provide any ans…

I'm surprised that you find the confidence has fallen a little, but I'd keep pushing forward. I was out of shape for a long time and have been lifting heavy for 3 years now, and no doubt that my time in the gym has paid off in confidence. With old acquaintances and new ones. I think deadlifting helped with my posture a lot...I was a keyboard junkie, so I got a lot of confidence with that. I'd be interested to hear your routine and diet is also critical.

Sounds like you're lifting to get laid. If your objective is to get laid, learn game. Go out and approach women, a lot, and be consistent about it. Rarely will women approach you just because of your muscles. And the ones that do might not be your type. If you care more about your looks, well, just keep in mind a lot of guys you are comparing yourself to have made their bodies their #1 priority. And most have been working at it for many, many years. Comparing yourself to others is a never ending…

For meditation, I can tell you what I did. I set a timer for 5 minutes and sat on a pillow in a room with no distractions. 5 minutes was very difficult at first, and my brain did not stop thinking about what a waste of time it was. It get's better. I committed to 30 days, and it's easy to find 5 minutes a day. Your breath is your greatest tool for becoming present. I'll let Eckhart explain, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TubJqdN_USg. You're not trying to breath deep or anything. Just notice it. …

I plan on contributing as well. I watched a lot of tv (programming) in my youth and I think it had a negative effect on my attention and ability to focus. Meditation helped me tremendously. Now I communicate better, remember names easier and sleep better. And it's always fun to catch myself when I zone out, too. That voice the OP talks about, I often think about as a cool older brother (very useful for overcoming approach anxiety). I think I got the idea from Eckhart Tolle, that you are an Obser…

Don't forget to warm-up on the way to the venue. Say hi to everyone (male, female, attractive, or unattractive) on the way in. You will build momentum. Maybe ask them for the time, even while holding your cell phone in your hand. Rarely will anyone question why you are asking for the time (actually, no one ever has) and you take away a bit of confidence from asking them a favor. A lot of this has to do with self amusement, too. You're conducting a social experiment at this point. Training your b…

I'll tell you what happened when I changed my view point. When my social life was struggling I decided to go out solo. I thought of it like an experiment with absolutely nothing to lose. Incredible results. I went out with the attitude that the world was my kingdom. That invisible physical barrier was gone. If I wanted to talk to someone I'd tap them on the shoulder like I knew them and expected them to know me and start talking. I sat down with strangers that were eating lunch alone and ask if …

I don't have any suggestions, but I also don't see anything wrong, except that your inner game and confidence is being hurt. Women flake. Especially if you're dealing with strangers online with apps like Tinder. Don't let it affect your confidence in anyway. Women are also like cold/hot streaks. I've opened with women that reject me immediately, yet months later I am able to re-engage and they are much more welcoming. It's like they forgot everything. Just keep putting yourself out there. It's a…

What is an AMF? A little hard to follow your report but I like the fact that you talked about comparing bare chests. When workouts come up in conversation I'm quick to ask a woman to flex so I can grab her bicep and then give a smirk like there's no muscle there at all.

34 never married and don't ever plan to. I prefer the 20's but I have no problem with dating women in their 30's or 40's. Part of my attitude has come from some things I've noticed. The happiest couple I know have been together 30 years and decided to not get married a long time ago. They are boyfriend/girlfriend but I would never call them a couple. They live together, but they are very independent of each other. On multiple occasions, I've been told do not get married by married couples. It's …

I can relate to a few of your points. I would like to improve the quality of women in my life, and Tinder has not produced very good quality for me. Last time I met someone from Tinder, she tried telling me that approaching strangers (as I like to do in grocery stores) is creepy and awkward. That statement just fuels me to continue to cold approach. She can sit on her fat ass, eat ice cream, and hope her Tinder prince comes. As much as I wish it weren't true, there is no better practice than col…

Whoops forgot a period. It's all routine, man. We're creatures of habit. If you really want to make it stick, do a 30 day challenge and commit. How did I start it is a good question. I cut out a lot of substance abuse, but I still drink often. It took a few months, but now when I wake up I just say to myself I'm just happy to be alive another day. After that, the rest just seems to fall into place. If that sounds silly, force yourself to say it out load every day till it sticks. Heck, I still sa…

Make my bed. Meditate 20 minutes. Eat a hard boiled egg and protein shake. Tell myself I love myself in the mirror, and that I will be productive today. Keep my head up and remember body posture, it will help throughout the day if you set the tone early morning. If I have time, I take a 20 to 30 minute walk in the morning, saying "hi" to everyone I walk past. This is good opportunity to practice staying present... listen to the world around me (birds, traffic, weather) and stay out of my head. I…
