Aside from the fact that this sounds like a mess:

You agreed with her when she said she wouldn't pick a red dress on a first date. You are in her frame now.
You ASK her to join you for a drink. Don't ask, tell them.
You tried a weak insult to get her to get back on board, and then you played it off even weaker by pretending it was a joke.
She shut you down and you continued to keep playing into it. You're annoying as hell.

We are all here to learn and grow, so don't take this as a put down. You need to completely reframe your view of the interaction with women. There was no "I have high value" or "I am the prize/alpha" vibe in your text.

Your first text "I am going out for a drink tomorrow wanna join me?" should be "meet me at x at TIME... first drink is on you"

Her: "Thanks, but no thanks I got plans for tomorrow." - the but no thanks literally sounds like you are in the friendzone and she isn't into you. Time to amp the cocky & funny, build some attraction and sexual tension.

Then leave this chick alone for a few weeks.

Anytime she doesn't reply with a counter offer, cease all contact and next her. If she said, "Thanks, but no thanks I got plans for tomorrow, but I'm free ---" then I'd consider inviting her out again.
