I did this months ago and I found that after a few months I merely ignored the alerts. You get habituated to it.

same. perhaps if there is a way to stagger the alerts so they occur unpredictably?

or replace "I SHould" and "I want" with "I am". It reminds me of the wise seagull in Jonathan Livingston Seagull that can teleport and inspired me to look up a quote: “You will begin to touch heaven, Jonathan, in the moment that you touch perfect speed. And that isn’t flying a thousand miles an hour, or a million, or flying at the speed of light. Because any number is a limit, and perfection doesn’t have limits. Perfect speed, my son, is being there.”

Check out an Android app called AlarmRoller. It lets you define messages to pop up as notifications randomly throughout the day. You can set the time period, number of times per day, and minimum time between notifications.
I often create an alarm when I have a thought about something I want to work on. This helps me internalize it rather than have it be a random thought that I lose track of.

A good idea but when you actually do the characteristic you desire, you need to reward yourself to condition yourself. Otherwise you are just relying on force of will.
Arguing with people is pleasurable, that is why you do it.

Also, replace "I" with "me". For instance,
I want a blowjob.
Instead:
Give me a blowjob.

I email a lot for work. During edits i remove the soft starts:
"I think..." I believe..."
It really punches up the impact of what you're attempting to communicate.

Can you give me another tip? How do I give points to commentors on my phone?

Its possible to have google calendar send an SMS to any mobile phone, so this can be done on all systems, not just android. You may have to configure it on a PC though.
