If you have not yet been to the gym, get your ass online, find a copy of Fight Club on DVD or digital and watch it.

That movie is TRP to the core and all about overcoming weakness and betaness. Pay attention to what is said about,"This is your life, and it is ending one moment at a time."

Do you want to spend the rest of the nights of your life alone or spend it trying to win the affections of Fatty McChick on OkCupid or PoF? Or do you want to transform your body and in the process, get physically and mentally stronger than before?

Then pay attention to the infamous chemical burn scene. Stepping into the gym for the first time as a newbie is exactly what it is like to have the lye poured on the back of your hand.

You will be in there lifting. Your muscles and body will be screaming at you to quit. You will feel agony and that voice in your head will try to tell you that in order to stop the burning agony in your muscles and body, to put the weights down and be done for the day.

That's when you give yourself a mental smack in the face and hold on while still feeling the burn. As you push through and finish strong in your workout, you will realize you can handle the pain and that you are stronger mentally than you thought you were. That sort of acceptance makes you stronger in every fucking way.

With that knowledge, that is the vinegar that douses the chemical burn. You realize it is not so bad after all.

What is pain? Nothing more than weakness leaving your body.

Look, I'll say this again, and I've said it elsewhere. I knew a guy who is the man-whore of man-whores. He is a troll of a person, as far as I'm concerned. But he's slept with 100s of women. We're talking a new one each week or so, multiple sex partners at a time. Alright, so he is a sex addict, BUT, he has the skills. The kind that could taunt a girl into having sex with him just based on teasing alone. I heard about it, it was devastating to me personally, (I'm pretty much over that, it was a while ago), but he did it. In case you were wondering, he IS in the military, so he has that look and pose, and he talks like one of the guys you would see with sun-glasses on, all stone-cold and confident and matter-of-factly.

I tell this story over and over again to anyone who will read what I write, cause while I don't necessarily envy him, (he's a scumbag, TBH), I've learned some things just from the one encounter I remember with him. And his amused mastery was top-notch.

Also one of the things he did was play some audio for us at an event of sorts and had the whole group listen to his recording, for 30 minutes or so. This probably was a coldly-calculated move, since it focused attention onto him. Fucking genius player if I ever saw one. Still a scumbag, but a genius, nonetheless.

I liked your first post, this one is definitely a good sequel. Everyone has a journey and only they can walk it. And yes, men who are awakening need this sort of verbal slap to the face to help the process. Although it can be hard to read, nothing good comes easy. Thanks for the quality post.

Your "unsolicited, untested, unpracticed, inexperienced, sophomoric and frankly stupid" opinion was the one where you told me how TRP should be run... without "censorship", or use of the report button.

So you need to work on your reading comprehension, first off.

Secondly, your dumb ideas about how to run a discussion group have been tried, and they failed hard before you were even old enough to know the internet was a thing.

Third, learn to give less fucks. This public meltdown you're having is not the sort of thing that demonstrates masculine values like emotional stability. It's like you substituted desiring the approval of this group for desiring the approval of other group. That's not emotional self-reliance.

Fourth, when I remove a post, I mean it. You might not agree, but you didn't build TRP. The mods did. Trying to do an end run around me just got you banned. Make a new account and try again. Or write an appeal in modmail. See if the other mods are more patient than I. Knock yourself out.

I liked your first post, and this one as well. It's the antithesis of self-defeat. If you reject yourself before you even try, then there's no hope. People who dwell on insecurities and features they cannot change engage in nothing but self-defeat, and there really is no better pussy repellant than the outward manifestations of male insecurity. Well said! We are all here to better the fuck out of ourselves. We shouldn't have the thought of putting someone else before us because they won the nature roulette. Confidence is the biggest key and at times we falter. Stand the fuck up, man the fuck up, dust yourself off, and get back to fucking bettering and working on yourself!

I agree, with you...I hate to see people come to TRP and just complain and bitch about things and really not do anything about it. They come here expecting a short cut to get chicks or get better at something without putting much real life effort into it.

BUT I was reminded of the 5 Stages of RedPill (can't link) and realized once again we all don't come from the same place. Hell I even skipped the anger stage of TRP realization because in my mind I swallowed the pill because I wanted to be a better man for the true important women in my life (my mom, my sister, and my ex-gf at the time). So to me love and not hate was the true focus because its is just in my nature to think that way (lover not a fighter mentality).

So please take heed to this and have patience. Remember anyone who has swallowed and absorbed the lessons of TRP know that it took a lot of time and effort to become who we are today.
