Again its virtue signaling. I am ex redpill and I will say it is a better alternative than the incel community. red Pill is not the answer because of neurotic and one dimensional it is

My o critique of hasan is his virtue signaling and always trying to point out the bad guy. Hasan is too sheltered from reality with his opinions. He preaches communism but is in the top 1%.

Communism has never worked and never will. Its killed millions of peopke because it is a flawed system. Capitalism isnt the best nor final solution but it gives people an incentive to work. Having the state control everything is a nightmare

Well some people just get hurt and want to learn how to communicate better. Unfortunately, you get places like trp teaching some dark ideology. Now I will say some of the sidebar stuff was informative but overall is not a good mindset to have

how is talking to women an incel? most people here are trying to improve their dating life. I just think its weird you get so triggered by a subreddit that you dont have to engage with. If it fills you with anger and hate, you may want to reevaluate why you are taking that in

Add whole milk to your diet if you can handle it. If not, it doesnt matter just check your calorie maintenance and add on about 300-500 calories to gain about 2-6 lbs before the trip IMO, lift for strength first so you are right by doing 5x5

Me personally, love working out even when it gets boring and hard because I was always fascinated with it. Anyway, just have the mentality of I am just going to go to the gym not even workout. Then once you get there, you will be inclined to do it. “Im just going to put on my workout clothes” “Im just going to go sit in the car” etc.. Or do what I did and invest in a homegym with a good squat rack, barbells, weights, and other stuff

I like to think of it from a different perspective. Humans aren’t supposed to live as long as we do (thanks science) therefore a human with longevity has shown he is able to live through the challenges of life. Therefore, his sperm is higher quality and also probably has leadership abilities (although not always). I know this is most likely bro science but who would you see as a better leader just based off looks? A jacked 35+ year old or a ripped 20 year old. I’m going with the old man if I’m a…

A few things to think about. Life is not linear, there is always opposites and life fluctuates between spectrums Day/Night On/Off Warm/Cold Summer/Winter Male/Female Chaos/Order Etc Don’t expect to be Chad Thundercock 24/7. An example of this is myself. Some times Im reserved and calm other times I am a social psycopath. Sometimes I have women in my life sometimes I dont (Stoicism). SIDEBAR have fun would be the main thing, it seems you are hamstering or have a stick up your ass by saying “intellectually stimulating”. You are the prize if you are nervous try some of these before: hangout with your friends before hand Meditate Bioenergetics take a cold shower Do something you enjoy watch funny videos podcasts (anything to get you out of a homeostasis and stuck in your head) It’s also a paradox, do these so YOU feel good. You probally should not do this if program. Watch more videos on strength training and nutrition. Alan thrall has good videos Starting Strength is a good program to start with
/r/TheRedPill26/05/18 06:01 PM
1

You are thinking too much. I hit a pr, I believe I can hit weight wise or I take a 5RM 4RM 3RM 2RM and hit a rep pr. You could pick one weight for the whole week and try to get more reps everyday. It doesn’t matter, there is no science to it. Just PRs
/r/TheRedPill26/05/18 03:03 AM
1

Lets say I choose to only do deadlifts and pushups this week. The first day on that lift, I warm up to a previous 1RM when starting or slightly above for a new PR if the exercise I did last week has carry over. I do 1 set then I usually do 1-2 sets to failure on the support exercise I turn on some intense music to get my focus and emotions going, usually heavy metal, rap, and sometimes electronic. I find the right song and go hard and hit it. Everyday I add 5-30 lbs. If I fail a lift, I rest and…

/r/askTRP25/05/18 09:20 PM

Yes I do, this program is not about muscle sizs, I just care about strength. It is more enjoyable for me to push myself as hard as possible for a short amount of time then do a ton of exercises for 2 hours. Everyone is different in their approach and lifting is better than not lifting.
/r/TheRedPill25/05/18 02:53 PM

Those are some crazy numbers to put up in 3 months. I feel like this style of training would be more popular if it wasn’t so damn hard lmao. Have you thought about going back to it?
/r/TheRedPill25/05/18 03:05 AM
1

I’ll check it out, thanks. I have done minimalist training in the past and it was enjoyable
/r/TheRedPill25/05/18 03:03 AM
2

It’s all good. I don’t take it personally, since you are criticizing the program and not me. I can see some flaws with my post and replies but I felt like most people would find this interesting and something new to try. Probably should go back and change some things lol
/r/TheRedPill25/05/18 12:20 AM
3

Overtraining is a thing. My post did come off as discrediting overtraining but hitting one set a day at 90-105% of your max is not as taxing as it may seem since it’s low volume. Also, you are rotating exercises once you begin to plateau so overuse injuries aren’t going to happen. I’ll look into Rhabdomyolysis. It’s the first time I have heard about it.

That’s why I said Novices should not do this. Being in a Calorie Surplus and getting rest/mobility will be beneficial. Eric Bugenhagen also recommends raw Garlic and honey to aid in recovery which actually has some science to it since Garlic is an inflammatory and Sugar is good for post workout. At the end of the day everyone recovers differently and this program like I said isn’t for the feint of heart.
/r/TheRedPill24/05/18 04:09 AM

I disagree, I think intermediates (like me) and Advanced would benefit the most, but most people on this sub are probably Novices
