Also if new mods are going to be added the spectrum of pills should be represented equally among the new mods. This is ideal, but difficult to do in reality. I think the current sidebar currently bans black pill, but it’s clearly a thing now and should be allowed. Discussions of Black Pill theory will likely remain banned, we do not want incel ideology promoted here, but the discussions about incels are fine, if moderated correctly.

That’s true, doctors did a much better campaign back when they told us smoking was good for you. This is actually a perfect example. It was not doctors telling people that smoking was good for you, but rather there was advertisements saying things like doctors prefer a specific brand of tobacco. There was barely any doctors talking about smoking at the that time(20s and 30s) and there was almost zero saying it was good for you, but they were still studying how smoking was related to lung cancer.…

It’s up to them how they want to handle it, but clearly ignoring it for so long didn’t do any good It was not being ignored, my entire time moderating here it has been discussed regularly, the issue has always been how to proceed with it. Most of the problem right now is identifying who the problem users are, if people have any feasible suggestions on how to fix this issue, the moderation team is always happy to get them.

The reason why racially charged content is banned is because people are incapable of having a civilized discussion about race, the race-baiters come out of the woodworks and a lot of it, to my understanding, is a proxy for incel content. The only conceivable way I can see this topic being permitted would be if the posts made about it were heavily moderated and a zero-tolerance policy for race-baiting was implemented(Think an automatic 7 day ban or permanent ban) but that is a lot of work.
