Better for a man in a LTR maybe?

I think another thing which comes up when I argue with RPW over the same thing is what applies to a group of people as a whole does not neccisarily apply to you as an individual. TRP is a numbers game. They use probability and statistics in their statements. Honestly though... You can be an outlier. It's like when someone says people are incapable of flying its a truth, but saying women are incapable of logic is an exaggeration used to make a point. Only unintelligent people will claim that wome…

Did you know Ada Lovelace invented the first programming language? When I think about my career, she is one of those prominent figures that sticks out to me. Says to me women are capable of success. Another interesting thing is that there were women in the past who did phenomenal work in science but their husband's got the credit. Or so I believe. This is due to the fact that back then, people wouldn't take ideas from a woman seriously. But that by no means indicates that women played no role in…

Attraction is funny. Imagine your any other animal. What those animals deem as attractive you wouldn't find attractive at all Attractive humans could be disgusting in the eyes of an alien. There is no objective beauty. People find others attractive just because we do. There doesn't have to be a "reason". Why do people like asses for instance...we shit out of them and they serve almost no sexual or practical purpose. It just happened to be that the people who liked hot people and butts happened t…

It definitely is misery. I wonder if it would be better if society took a more reserved and cautious perspective on chasing your personal aspirations, putting the needs of the family and others above all, yet it seems hardly possible in the selfish and consumerist civilization we live in. Rich and successful people drive nice cars and buy nice things. Selfless people live modestly and only take what they need. I know right now at 22 I am not miserable. But I see my mom and sometimes she is. A su…

Not feminism in its current form. I actually thought I took a negative stance against feminism in my post by considering the idea it artificially placed ideas into my head. I apologize for coming off that way. I due owe the opportunity to have a career to feminism but at the same time I disagree with a lot of it thanks to the viewpoints at TRP.

She says she loves her child, but goes on to describe how hard it is to be in her own narcissistic movie. Starring her, directed by her, I I I Me My My. Her child is a prop as far as she's concerned. I agree with you to some extent, but if I were to say something like this, it would be because I would want other women to feel secure in their decision to choose work over being a stay at home mom. You could argue that, if that were the case, she should be used the second-person tense (e.g. "you") …

You said in your original post that you are "sopilistic, selfish, childish? " Actually, I was saying that at some point I began asking myself if I was these things, and trying to be introspective. And my conclusion was that, inevitably, I must exhibit these traits at times due to the fact that I am human and therefore am flawed. You said, " What if I was really unaware of my own mistakes and actions?" OMG. That makes me cringe. Actually, this is a logical statement. Mistakes are only made when t…

Its obvious the person saying this is BP and is being sarcastic. The give away is his or her language. "Womyn" and "biotroofs" are primarily used by people who disagree with RP to make fun of it.

If it's so easy to give up your lifelong dreams and pursuits to raise a child why do men not do that RP: men can't afford that. They have to support a family. Women don't NEED to do that. That's their privilege. But if women want to work and men do not want to, then why can't men stay at home and raise the kids? RP: women aren't attracted to a man with no aspirations and no money. Life is truly a struggle for both the sexes (non sarcastic) Also so what if this women talks about how she feels. Wh…

I can't speak for all women but I like to be funny because I like to see my man heartily laughing. Humor makes him smile and obviously increases his happiness. Sure sarcasm can be employed as well as wit. But the easiest and most effective form of humor that gets him laughing a lot is pure silliness, absurdity, or cuteness. Women who try to be universally funny in order to make themselves more attractive makes little sense. Humor is an act which serves your audience so it must be catered to the …

Its not even that I want to see RP trolled or disagree with the RP stance. Just that I do agree with them but then having stuff like this in their core philosophy to me does not do them any favors. I know fuck what I think, I am just a woman. Have you thought that maybe LTRs are just not for you? I think the reason the "problem" isn't addressed here is because if someone has that "problem" they get rid of it by nexting her. Maybe you just can't settle down. That's fine, and if you agree, then it would be best to stop going for LTRs for as you said it wrecks her self esteem and you're a decent guy who doesn't wanna do that.

Rape means having sex with a woman who does not consent to sex. RP is the theory of how to attract women, e.g. how to have them enthusiastically and genuinely want to fuck you. It is against RP theory for men to rape women because it means they failed as alpha males. A true alpha will have women falling for him, not be so desperate for pussy that he needs to go against a woman's free will to get it

Yes they seem the same. On a primal level you want to have sex with an alpha as a female. As a male you want to have sex with a "slut" because she is easy and doesn't demand commitment. But for long term happiness a woman needs a provider, and a man needs someone who wont cheat on him or something.

even if 30% of americans are obese, it means the majority (the other 70%) arent. From this data maybe 1 in 3 or 4 people are obese. When you walk around in the city it seems much lower than that. Im not sure how accurate the data is based on my subjective experience, at any given time I feel a random sample of people will contain far less than 1 obese person for every 3 non obese people

I thought one of the things rp claims is that women dont throw themselves at men, which is why men are disadvantaged in the marketplace and need to work harder to get laid. I think that while that might be true for some men its a matter of priorities and discipline. If you hate studying but want to be an engineer or something else which requires schooling you need to tough it out for the reward. Certainly you wont get your goal by ignoring schoolwork. I feel the same way about goals in terms of life partners. If your goal is marriage you wont get any closer to it by chasing the wrong women. Arrogance is someone who draws attention to the fact that he thinks he is awesome and makes it known to others. Confidence is a man who is quietly secure in himself. If prompted he will show his value, but never would go out of his way to make others know he thinks he is awesome. I'm attracted to confidence, a quiet security in yourself, but if a guy starts randomly talking about how amazing he is, its a huge turn off.

trp doesn't give advice to women to women. trp maximizes mens chances in reality. women normally have sex without commitment. they arent abstaining like they should (women are the gatekeepers of sex). RPW will tell women to abstain until she finda a high value male who is willing to commit.

OK, I have one question: why? If drug use is that recreational and infrequent, but makes your SO unhappy, upsets him when its discussed, why carry on doing it? I don't know. Hopefully I can squash out the desire to do so (which now the more I think about seems unfounded). They're not really boundaries after all, and my rationalizations don't justify the fact that I'm disregarding my SO's opinion and disrespecting him when I do drugs.

Your concept relies on completely selfless love from two sources without any conditions other than a duration until critical failure. Actually, it doesn't. It's actually a love that lasts despite having to have these conditions. Its two people who are very compatible, and who love eachother, and commit and last until they die, and have a GOOD relationship, and be happy. I'm sorry I'm gushy. I'm a girl...after all. my concept of true love only has one condition: that it lasts till death. Im not saying its not conditional. But if those conditions are sustained until one person passes away, it in my eyes is true love because true love doesn't end. So I dont see how others can be offended by my objective observation. I am not disqualifing their emotional bond with the person but if it ended then by my definition of true love it doesn't fit. No exceptions.

If she really gets it, her instincts will kick in and she will "bite" the bait so to speak to submit to her nature. My belief is that when we (RP network) say "all women are the same" we are generalizing. Some women are truly different, but it's rarely like that in every way possible. The idea is to figure out what qualities are most important to you and finding a women who displays those qualities. Sometimes she may dissapoint you and fall back and do things most women do by nature, but it's a guys role to show her what's right, and to inspire her to want to better herself. same: at the core we believe that men and women are different. That men should be leaders. different: a rpw's agenda is not helping men get the best out of their situation with a population of average and sub standard women. Its to rise above the status quo for women being given a so called pussy pass. It's to improve themselves while also putting their mate first. Their relationship is their number 1 priority in their lives.

The Red Pill need to be confident with how they really think and feel and be comfortable in leading women they wish to date (not just pumping and dumping them) RPW needs to embrace their feminine side more and better themselves on a spiritual, emotional, and practical ways.

I don't think that if you are doing this for a woman, that you are doing it for the right reasons. Its about you being fulfilled. Red pill women care about that. Not about you trying to change yourself. Its about being comfortable with who you are, being confident enough in yourself that you feel like you could lead the women you date; not the other way around with them tugging at the strings. I feel like being a "nice guy" should be reserved for someone who deserves it. You are the prize - not the girls you try to win over with being "nice". Only after a girl has proven her value, should you reward her with your true self, your genuine self. Mystery is more coveted than niceness. If you hold back on constantly validating a woman, it would optimize your chance of finding a woman who doesn't thrive on attention. I feel like that aspect is part of the RPW "hazing" stage - when you're new, its very likely as a woman, you have been used to hearing platitudes and praise and validation your whole life, and stepping into RPW is a different sort of world, where things aren't all pretty and amazing all the time. let me clarify a bit on wrongness/badness of casual sex. I think it was bad FOR MYSELF, so if a woman ends up similar to me, I think it would be bad for her too. This no longer seems like a rational argument. If a man she likes does not want to date her because of her past, she does not deserve to have that relationship, even if she wants it. I believe that sex and love should go together. So if she also ends up feeling that way (e.g. she ends up wanting to go into LTRs where love is the cornerstone of the relationship) then yes. Why do you think they are so offensive? cock carousel riding = they have lots of casual sex pump and dump = they have sex and then do not go into a relationship sluts = has sex with a lot of different partners without committing they all mean the same thing. And none of them are bad.

It's arbitrary, but there is a decent overlap. Man A might disagree with man B that trait 1 is feminine, but traits 2-9 they are in agreement with. There will always be someone who doesn't agree with something. But there is such a huge overlap, that it is similar between people. For example, I believe things like mowing the lawn, taking out the trash, lifting heavy weights, fixing stuff, and choosing the music are masculine traits. You might not agree that choosing music is masculine, but for me…

The only reason TRP men like younger women is that they are better looking and less in a rush to settle down and start a family; not at all what you suggest. Thats your takeaway but thats not what they preach.

Every single red piller would say it wont work for everyone. Most, but not all. Women who don't want commitment don't really fit in their theory. Men who don't want sex, also, will have a hard time fitting in at The Red Pill. TRP doesnt want everyone to swallow it. TRP wants to help those who want to be helped.

I actually wanted to post something similar. I believe TBP is a bit too defensive of their own beliefs, by constantly being on the "attack". For example you are saying "This didnt warrant a post" without explaining why. We are discussing the merits of TRP in this forum, and whats really the point if a lot of people are throwing out attacks at eachother? Or trying to spin other peoples words around? Thats not how a debate goes.

I'm thinking more like the average relationship dynamic, where the woman is constantly complaining to the boyfriend or whatever, and whenever she does something wrong and he points it out she flips it over on him instead of doing some self reflection. The only way for the argument to end is for the boyfriend to back down, apologize, and appease the woman. The first thing about modern society which is true: it is easier for average-attractive women to find a partner than men, which gives them thi…

Red pill men (as a whole) do not believe women are inferior - they believe women are different. There are a handful of extremists who say they are inferior, but I believe most of them do not. Usually, the ones who do go as far as to say women are inferior are either kidding around or not referring to all women in every way. Sure I can have an argument with a red piller trying to convince him women are just as intelligent as men and he will disagree with me, but there will be another red piller b…

I do not agree with you. Sexual desires can be fulfilled by a relationship. But my desire to have a companion who I am sexually compatible with is greater than wanting to have sex. Plus, I can have sex whenever I want with my boyfriend :) :) I think that Sex and love are meant to be coupled. Sexual urges can be fulfilled with masturbation, but leave actually having sex to someone special. I think lots of people think the way they do because society tells them its okay! So the first is mostly okay - finally something we agree on! I think that's about as good as we are going to get here. I think sex and love should go hand and hand. Personally - not for everyone, but for me. And I think it would work for other people too. And if you don't want to do that, it's fine. I think that when they said their sexual strategy is amoral, it means that they do not agree with tenants of the strategy which are immoral or moral. So if something is obviously "immoral" or "moral" it isn't part of their strategy. All of the "immoral" "beliefs" in TRP are handwaved away because they're not what red pillers really believe. TRP presents some beliefs; it's up to the individual to impose their own morality onto them. I don't want to "convince" them it is false - I won't be able to…

In this case, her desire to not turn the relationship into an LTR shows that she has a track record for not even trying to do something. It's a lose-lose situation. For some red pillers. But with TRP there is the way things "are" and the way things "should be". I am OKAY with some of their ideas, some of them are good. For example, the idea that women use men, is something I find offensive. So to disprove that idea, I need to personally strive to not use men. If there is room for improvement than you definitely aren't a unicorn. Unicorns are mythical beings. They don't exist. We can all strive to be more like a unicorn. I had 10 partners before my first LTR and it did make me appreciate LTR sex more but it also sort of skewed my view of sex negatively and that had to be undone. I could go into it more if you wanted. Its a concise way of putting the idea together. Just because she is doing the dumping, doesn't mean she isn't dumped. If it doesn't turn into a relationship, it adds to the meaningless sexual encounters and makes her more of a slut.

What's the lesser of a slut? Increasing your partner count makes you more of a slut. So if I sleep with a hundred men who all marry me I am not a slut? This is irrelevant as thus doesn't actually happen to this degree in real life. If you've slept with 3 people and have had 3 marriages you are not a slut. Even so, wouldn't this be a good thing? Do you wanna be a hateful, spiteful bitch to a gender? Do you wanna make your boyfriend or husband feel inadequate? It's more in the grey area. Yes you'd be a slut, but if you want to be a slut, then that is okay. Slut means someone who sleeps with a lot of people. At least, that what it means to me. It means you're easy. It means you have "low value" as a long term partner, because you lack the amount of foresight to understand that fucking 100 people makes sex meaningless for you. It is immoral to use anybody regardless of how they treat you. If you do this you are just as bad as the worst red piller. Also you are supporting their premise that women treat men poorly by using them instead of loving and caring for them.

Basically her value is not decreased because her partner count is high but rather her inability to turn a short term relationship into a LTR spells disaster for future relationships. This does not apply to women men sleep with before marriage. The woman ends up proving her value as a Long term girlfriend and he sticks around. In summary sleeping with someone doesn't automatically make you a slut. Getting pumped doesn't decrease your value; getting dumped does.

Giving someone food can take minimal effort. Food is cheap and easily accessible. If you have money that's not a problem. But that is not really the point. You said it here yourself. You are not entitled to someone else's service nor property no matter what your condition is. This holds equally true for those who deny sex to their loved ones. The only difference between withholding food is that it can cause bodily harm, so it is worse than withholding sex. I don't think the analogy is very apt. …

Okay I am sorry for getting emotionally charged here. I am just angry you keep avoiding my point but I am avoiding yours aswell. http://www-cs-faculty.stanford.edu/~eroberts/cs181/projects/women-in-cs/choosingcs.html This shows 2/3 reasons why women don't want to go into computer science have nothing to do with the male perception, but rather their own perception of the field.

A source to prove what exactly? I never understood that but you never elaborated on why you did not choose computers. I still dont even know if you pulled that out of your ass and you actually think whatever you got into is way more interesting than computers or if you regret your choice. And if you were rignt wouldn't there be 0 women in this field if it was such a strong cultural attitude against women? 18% of computer science majors are women so that means there are lots of women who, like me…

You can ask me all you want for a source but you still blame society for a choice you made and I honestly just think it is pathetic that you are doing it. I do not care about the majority of women, this thread started out as a response I made to an ancedote you gave about not getting into computers. What you linked me hardly proves your point either. Your source looked at girls who already entered the cs program at one school. It was also very unscientific. I found one source that claimed one large reason girls do not get into comp sci is due to the computer geek image in the media. Another reason is that women do not think cs "helps" people and they want a career that does. Either way what I am saying is take fucking responsibility for yourself. You didn't get into computers because YOU CH…

This isn't really a scientific study. They dont report how many people were interviewed, what questions were asked, and what percentage responded with what. Sure a greater percentage of females drop out than males, but with less females in the field to begin with, just a handful dropping out will be a huge percentage. Also why werent the men who dropped out also interviewed? Idk. This seems like a poorly conducted study. It is basically a compilation of anecdotes. It seems like confirmation bias…

Thanks for this perspective. I guess maybe I should browse trp less. Clearly its not my crowd. I wanted insight on how to be less as men on trp would say "sopilistic" because I feel its bad for a relationship. But there is like...no constructive ways to fix that behavior in a non manipulative way. And its also obvious some men are just there to bitch about women, and shouldn't really be taken seriously by women. Well I do have an advantage. I don't think women cheat because they are given a reason to cheat. Women cheat because they do not respect their husband and are too selfish to end it with them - TRP is very right in the respect that "alpha fucks, beta bucks" that a weak woman will string along a man, but cheating should never be justified or defended by a mans behavior and a woman who wants to really be a decent human being has to avoid cheating - and if they do it own up to it and realize what they did was wrong and there'es…

To a certain extent, yes, but beauty is in the eye of a beholder. Some people would say I'm a 10 (my boyfriend, my ex boyfriend, my other ex boyfriend...) yet others would say I am a 8/9, and some people on the internet aren't into my body type/facial features at all and put me at a 5-6. Right, also, this advice is being given to all men who seek out TRP, but that doesn't mean all men who seek out TRP really want to treat their girlfriend as inferior. I've heard many viewpoints by men there is nothing sexier in a woman than independence, intelligence, and confidence. Also, most people want to find a "partner" - not someone they can control - yet I think people seek out TRP because they feel they aren't even given a partnership, rather, it is the woman who is constantly in contro…

The biggest issue I have with this list are the sweeping statements about what women want. I don’t care if NAWALT, it shouldn’t matter – don’t claim that a woman’s mind is “alien” territory and in the same breath claim to know everything a woman wants. I. Never say ‘I Love You’ first Never say never. If you want to tell her that you love her and you think she will reciprocate, you don’t need to wait just because you want her to feel ‘challenged’. It is deceitful and manipulative to purposefully …

I was wondering if quantity is optimal though. Some concerns: You meet a girl who would be a really great girlfriend. You have a fight. Instead of working through it, you next her immediately. I was giving an anecdote in response to your anecdote about not getting into computers. Do you really blame society for your lack of interest in the field? If so, that's really your fault for letting it stop you. There is no law or proof that women are less desired for these jobs in industry. In fact, it is far easier for me to get a job in a male dominated industry as these places tend to want to try to have a balance, so when they find good woman programmer they are more likely to hire her. I am a woman and no one ever told me I couldn't work in computers. I've got a job and an above average starting salary as a developer. I'm a woman who posts sometimes on this sub. I am not downvoted or attacked just because I am a woman. I meant in terms of looking at history, it seems like men who were powerful had a lot of sex and thus propogated those traits through the species. The same doesn't apply to moden day because power isn't descriptive enough and is misleading. Entropy seems to be a more powerful force in the universe. I dislike quotes like this. There is no real supporting evidence seeing as the only knowledge we have of the universe is what science tells us. Anyway maybe this is because I'm thinking of power in an engineering sense. In a human species sense I would agree. I don't see how fun comes into play.
