Disagree somewhat. What she is doing to the very young daughter is malicious in nature to make it seem like a step dad has equal claim of parenting as the real father. Not socially, not legally, would the step father have any claim of responsibility for the daughter., and if the mother died, the step father wouldn’t even be remotely considered over the real father, as long as the bio dad doesn’t have some outstanding drug habit or felony convictions or what have you.
