3	Major AA (I guess?) He'd tell me to man up and not be such a bitch, trust me I've taken strides to better myself, I used to weigh 290, I'm still work in on losing weight, then bulking, I've been trying to form that vision. I'm just not sure how to achieve the socialization aspect. My old tendencies still hold me back to just stay quiet, or rely on other people to initiate conversation.
