See if she would be willing to take the matter to the police, see if she would be willing to take this up with the school. Even if she doesn't want to the school about it, you should tell the school yourself, heck, you should goto the police yourself. It doesn't matter that it's your word against theirs, go to an authority and have faith the truth will come out in the end. Don't let those two rapist, falsely accuse you of rape. Fight man. Much love.

Her bff said the victim has never accused someone of rape before?

Suing the school in civil court may be a good way to move things along again. She never took this matter to the police, when she tried to get a restraining order, it was thrown out. The school has had a massive negative financial impact on your life, through no fault of your own, and no evidence. As far as I'm aware, their mock court doesn't hold water. There was a reason it was only held in their mock court, and I would think that a real judge would actually have a large beef with that tiny lit…

When the “victim” got to ask her bff questions, it was something to the extent of “Omigosh have I ever freaked out about something like this before?!” “Nope!” I don't understand this bit, was this when the bff was on the stand (of this mock court).

$200,000 is nowhere near enough, and the story makes no mention of disciplinary action taken against the teacher. And lose the heading you useless cunt.

There is a semi backlash against the wisdom teeth procedure going on at the moment. Dentists saying that probably more than half the wisdom teeth removal procedure probably don't need to be done. That letting the teeth come through would have no negative consequences. Toes are great for balance/weight distribution, but i'm afraid that's all i got for toes. Evolution doesn't mean perfection, you're absolutely correct. Unfortunately i can't think of a useless general trait (something we all have).…

Couldn't read, too much bias. And strictly speaking, Australia has never had any civil rights, so the heading doesn't even make sence.

You can continue to bicker about petty things, or accept that these issues are complex.

You bring up a really good point. That of enemy. Feminism isn't the enemy. The heart of the Feminists movement is based on equality. They are in fact allies. A Feminist should be able to get behind the inequality associated with Men's Rights, and vice-versa, Men's Rights should be able to get behind the inequality associated with Women's Rights. We're on the same team. If you needed an enemy; I'd look to the Straw Feminists, and Statements and articles like those in this thread. (Straw Men if yo…

You people are fucking retarded... Statements and articles likes these are an embarrassment to the Men's Rights Movement. Feminism isn't the enemy, one women doesn't speak for all women. You stupid fucks. Stop confusing 'straw feminist' with real ones.

I thought they argued well, (considering the overall quality of the argument,) and made several good points. Jamie did well, Nicole made good points too. Don't be angry and hateful 'just because.' Not anyone knows anything, and there just isn't any need to be condescending when you're telling someone something they don't know. Equally there is no need to be insulted when someone tries to bring facts to the contrary of your opinion. Both of these things are necessary in a discussion. In order to …
