This does not address the issue of the Lilly Ledbetter Act, which addressed what happened when a woman was doing the exact same job as a man, for the same employer, with the same experience, and skill, and she was still paid less. Woah, there, Bro-hammad. If you think about it a bit you'll get why this picture is misleading. The way bathrooms are set up, nowadays is Men's, Family, Women's. Thus eliminating the dude feeling weird about letting his daughter take a leak in a Men's bathroom or the awkwardness of having a little boy in the Women's bathroom.
