I got used to it when I was younger. Then I got into my thirties and looked around, all my friends are married and / or have kids any they are miserable af. I know have a stable job, I'm debt free at 34 and am now planning retirement/ early semi retirement as I want out of the rat race. I know how to treat myself and I know I'm not that materialistic. I would say yes, for the most part. The definition and what classifies as assault keeps changing so it's hard to keep up.
