I was asked by someone for an explanation for my personal stance, so I responded to that person. Since I've been ridiculed and belittled, I've deleted. I'm not a woman who is interested in being belittled and spoken down to by multiple women.

And the advice on becoming friends with ladies with kids is great in theory, but if it worked for me in practice, then playmates isn't something that I would mention. If I wanted a house full of children that I am solely responsible for, then I WOULD adopt or foster...but since that isnt what I want, then that's not what I'm going to do. I honest honestly thought you were asking me to explain my stance out of genuine interest in understanding another person's perspective. If I had known that you…

I honestly don't have any suggestions on what to write on an online dating profile, it's difficult for me to make suggestions for something that I'm not very familiar with. I don't know if there are prompts that the app suggests using, categories of questions, blank spaces that you just use on your own... I would avoid advertising or marketing myself. I would avoid coming off as one of the guys (I think the whole wings, hot sauce, beer, and cracking jokes is just friend zoning yourself; even if …

“Let’s go try some downtown restaurants, nothing like a good filet mignon and a glass of cabernet sauvignon” or “Let’s go to a sports bar, have some wings with hot sauce and beer, and crack jokes about being fans of rival teams” or something. No. Do not write this. This is not feminine energy at all. Quite the opposite.

Who you are rather than what you do/what you've accomplished. What you're passionate about/what makes you light up. Creative expressions/creative energy. But, in the online dating sphere, since so many guys are not seeking to be husbands or boyfriends, even genuine attention to these areas are statistically unlikely to yield you positive results in meeting a suitable man; I think the bulk of the males use the apps for hook ups.

I'm very anti-online dating...but in my opinion, the qualities that you've listed are attributes that would attract a woman to a man, not necessarily the attributes that would attract a man to a woman.

Feminine wardrobe: You should find a woman on IG or pinterest with a personal style that you really like, one that you can adapt and make your own. There isn't one specific way to dress feminine, it isn't just about ruffles and dresses; fit, proportion, colors/pattern, and accessories are all easy elements to harness and incorporate to make your own wardrobe morph into what you want it to be.

Yes, the movies made by men for men are dangerous in regards to social scripting, but I think the movies and shows made by men for women are more dangerous. But Hollywood is what it is. Very intentional and calculating. And people are very easily manipulated by all of it.

That's very understandable, a lot of women go through this expiration date phase, and when you have a person you'd like to partner with right in front of you, it only intensifies those feelings of urgency and panic about securing the deal. I wish you all the best, whatever your outcome may be.

My dad. He is the most consistent, reliable, responsible man I've ever known. He's always been a provider; even his 11 siblings share stories about him working in the cafeteria as a child, washing dishes and sweeping floors, in order to be able to earn lunch food for his siblings (in the South, pre-free lunch). He married my mother because he impregnated her (with me) and remained despite the fact that they were like oil and water, because he wanted to be a full time parent to his children. He a…

She's a very young woman. She thinks it's her looks, when it's really an actual addiction for him. She needs to know that she's in a relationship with an addict. She's in for a very tough, uphill, lengthy struggle if she chooses to remain with him, and that struggle may get worse, and it also may never end. She has way too much life ahead of her to choose to struggle in that manner. She'll only waste time, waste valuable years, age herself in the process, and her insecurities and self esteem wil…

Lets break it down even further: men who are controlling, abusive, aggressively dominant do NOT want [financially] independent women. They want a woman who is completely dependent upon them to eat. You will never hear them talking about "I want an independent woman". Men who tell you that they want an independent woman are literally telling you that they don't want to bring anything to the table except their penis. Don't ask them for anything, don't expect anything from them. Just penis. They do…

Why be with a man if you can't depend on him to do things and fulfill roles? Independence negates the need for a partner. The whole "independent" woman narrative has always been nonsensical to me; is it purely a financial status? If that's what it's about, why arent women countering with ideals about men being sexually independent? I think a lot of people buy into scripts and narratives that are not in their own best interest. I get not being financially dependent on a man to survive, but a lot …

There's a book that I read over a decade ago. Its called "Anyone you want me to be". Its about the first internet serial killer. You should read it. Not because I think the dude you're talking to is a serial killer, but because the fact that you think that you were talking to the "perfect" guy online is disturbing. People online can truly be anyone they want to be, but even scarier, they can be anyone they think you want them to be. The movie "TalHotBlond" is a good one too. You asking if he cou…

The ones who want a partner do. They know that its to their benefit and advantage to partner themselves with a woman who is not only intelligent, but wise. Intelligence is an asset. Same with women, the goal is a wise and intelligent man, not a dummy. The ones who do NOT want a partner are really annoyed by intelligent women, because it makes it harder for them to achieve their goal of using that woman. The cerebral gets in the way of the sexual. That's when women are labeled "too analytical" or…

I don't actually suspect that... but I also wouldn't rule it out. I went through a period during which I ran down countless explanations in my head for his behavior; that's one of many that made my list at that time. I will say that he attached himself to me immediately upon meeting me, brought me around his family members the very next day, as well as the next few times I saw him. See, this is exactly why we don't do fairy tales in my home. Of course, my 7 year old daughter is familiar with them, because American society shoves them down our throats from birth, but I make sure to let her know how absurdly silly they are and how they are ridiculous lies. Frogs don't turn into princes because of the love of a woman. Beasts don't turn into men because a woman loved their ugly asses. In the fairy tales, they were cursed due to their horrible characters, but we never focus on …

98% of men don't even have access to porn. Everybody is not American, everybody is not in the politicized "Western World". Besides that, not being with a man IS NOT synonymous with loneliness! One monkey has NEVER stopped a show. There are a lot of women WITH boyfriends and husbands who are lonely and miserable as fuck. I mean, the baby might as well have been left at home alone. This is neglect. And to think she's questioning herself and asking if she's an asshole for being upset that her baby is being neglected by a person who is supposed to be responsible for parenting him, caring for him, attentive to him. They should've figured this out a long time ago. Its obvious that most women don't have a partner when they're married...and they, for some reason, think that they are winning at life because it all looks good ON PAPER. In order for him to choose a wife, he'd have to unchoose all other women. A lot of men simply aren't willing to do that. They receive all or most of the benefits of marriage and relationships from new women every couple of weeks or months, without the responsibilities, so why would they want to end a situation that they see as fun and advantageous to them? The divorce laws are not global. On a global scale, the majority if women cannot survive a divorce, literally. On a domestic scale, white men made up all of the divorce laws. The laws were put in place so that the burden of taking care of these broken households and children is not placed upon the state and the rest of society. Marriage is a financial merger, and when the two parties decide to dissolve, white men have decided that assets should be dissolved a certain way, just like in business. …

Also, while you are intent upon being "equal" to a man in a way that you perceive equality to look (regarding providing), remember that no man is going to be trying to be equal to you in cooking, cleaning, and child rearing. The unimplied social contract (despite how antiquated it may appear to you) is that a man provides a house, a woman cleans it, a man provides food, a woman cooks it, a man provides income for the household, and a woman rears the children. Many women insist on providing all o…

I don't think it's suggested anywhere that you should or have to be completely financially supported and dependent upon a man. As long as you are earning money, why would that even be an issue? My parents had a marriage for 20 years in which my dad was the provider and he paid for everything. My mom worked outside of the home full time (which she regrets now in hindsight, she wishes that she would have stayed home with her children) so that she could have money and not be financially dependent. …

I, personally, don't have expectations about how often. I'm a busy woman and I have a life, so I can't and don't want to spend a lot of time on the phone. A couple of times per week is more than enough in the early stages of getting to know someone. Increasing frequency once we actually get to know each other and feel more comfortable and want to talk more frequently in between the times that we are able to spend time together in person. Self love and self empowerment being synonymous with hating others is a very popular narrative for some folks. This is a script for them, and they carry it with them in more arenas than gender. Your question isn't about low vs high value, your question is about class/socioeconomic status, correct? If you are consistently attracting men of a certain caliber, that must be who you are consistently around and appear available to, due to, perhaps, places you frequent socially or functionally. Or there could possibly be indicators in your appearance that may attract one group and deter another.

You have to consider how much sense this doesn't make. Girls go through puberty during their teenage years. The legal age of consent is generally 18 years old. If you believe this illogical mess, women only have about 12 years of "primetime" before magically going down some proverbial hill. Lets say you live until 90 or 100. I agree with the statement pictured. A career, an education, achievements, and money are 4 completely separate things, and they definitely don't all align neatly and congruently. People get to decide for themselves what they do and do not value. Yes, in YOUR culture. In mine, it takes a lot more to be considered a man (and a woman) than to be an adult. There are certain requirements and responsibilities and behaviors that are associated with it; men are not taken care of by their mommies and playing games all day in my culture, only children fit these definitions. Enjoy your day and enjoy your men.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/03/20 04:55 PM

Yeah, your definition of men is different from mine. All adult males are not men. And these guys will label you a "female" in a heartbeat, never dignifying your humanity with the term "woman". "Liking" someone doesn't mean that a person wants to be in a committed relationship or have the responsibilities associated with partnership. I've had lots of men be very attracted to me, physically and my personality...but that didn't mean that any of them wanted to add to my life in anyway (besides penis). I think that's the disconnect. "Liking" to a woman means that we want a relationship and all of the things associated with it; it doesn't necessarily mean that to a guy at all, and we can't …

To each her own, but he did not ask her out on a date (because he did not want to). He texted her "let's grab a drink". Black women and girls deserve to be protected. Including from Black males. It is definitely not Black women/girl culture to want to be berated and humiliated and degraded, even if you want to argue that it is Black male culture to do that. It is definitely apart of American culture to act like Black women and Black girls do not deserve to be protected, and the white female principle demonstrated that culture of neglect and unprotection.

Okay. Just finished watching the video. Women are just a sport/game to them. They entertain themselves by seeing how many women will giggle and accept their advances. It strokes their ego and makes them feel funny, attractive, witty, and powerful. They also use this as a part of their brand. A "lady's man" has always been a very marketable product within our society. They can easily sell you themselves and both men and women will buy commodities marketed by them.

When you leave your 20s and enter into your 30s, and you get closer and closer to 40, IF you still find yourself unmarried, you may become grateful, rather than panicked and anxious. With age you become wiser, and you may realize that you dodged all kinds of bullets in your 20s and you may realize that the fact that you are no one's cook, maid, launderess, nurse, personal assistant, sexual release portal, etc is a pretty sweet deal. Really observe people's marriages around you...how many fairy t…

No, I don't want to make a post about it. I think you are still misunderstanding me: I'm not assigning value to a person based upon their dating decisions, I'm a assigning a label of high vs low to the types of things that a person does or doesn't value. The popular terminology on this site is "a high value woman/man", the terminology that I use is "a person who places xyz at a high/low value". You may read that as semantics or be unable to see a difference, but the difference is in determining …

A lot of these women were victims of childhood sexual abuse and have subsequently normalized some very unhealthy views about victimization, protecting children, predators and predatory behavior, love, boundaries, etc. Its such a sad cycle, but these predators are very good at recognizing these traits in women and grooming the women before they start in on the child. And unfortunately, the initial unhealthy traits that these men display are very familiar and magnetic to these women.

What you may consider a high value woman, the next person may not. What makes her a high value woman? You mention here that this woman that you consider being a woman of high value going on dates with a man who asks to go dutch, does low effort dates, asks for sex too soon, watches porn, and you say that this woman has allowed herself to be convinced that these things are normal. Your love languages (as in, the way that you show/give live, as opposed to the way that you prefer to receive love) are acts of service and gift giving. I think its important for us to realize the way that we give love and affection, and then to reign it in UNLESS and UNTIL we're actually in love and in an exclusive committed relationship. There really is no standard "bar" or standard set of critical situations, because every woman quite clearly has different standards and different requirements and different expectations. You can't make anyone be a parent, let alone a good parent. The state won't enforce either of you being a good, stable, consistent parent, nor will they enforce scheduled sleeping in days, nor mandated visitation. He SHOULD be paying for the opportunity to use her body as his semen receptacle. He wants access to her body for recreation while avoiding procreation. The fact that he understands the economics of birth control pills being far less expensive than child rearing and/or child support and is footing the bill does not mean that he has a high value as a man and it doesn't mean that his values are high. Its clear from these pics that he doesn't put any effort into hygiene or his appearance. Or his selfie angles. Lol, dudes don't give a single fuck about taking selfies from flattering angles.

No. I don't want to be a dude's come up. He'll be trying to be YOUR "roommate" soon. I guarantee it.

Lol I've never heard someone say that their man needs to be a little bit ugly. Sounds unhinged.

Lunch, brunch, breakfast, museum, outdoor live music, amusement park... He should plan and suggest things to you. Accept what you'd be interested in doing, and decline anything that doesn't interest you.

Stories like that is why I had never joined reddit until now. Based upon what I'd read about Reddit on other forums, the lowest, most vile, hateful, racist, misogynistic people congregate on this site, so I always considered it an unsafe space. I only joined for this specific group, based upon e-familiarity with the person who created it and I refuse to venture off elsewhere. I prefer people and spaces that affirm me.

Are you in a small town or rural area? If not, position yourself to meet the type of people you'd like to meet (in person, not online)

Also, as far as the whole "independent" woman thing (as opposed to interdependent), a provider really isn't about the woman, in my opinion. Children aren't independent. When my parents divorced, my dad was never ever less of a provider for us, financially, emotionally, or otherwise. He never even dreamed of trying to weasel his way out of that responsibility. He never skipped a beat in providing for the family that he had built, because that is the type of man he is. I don't see it as problemati…

I'm definitely a minimalist when it comes to beauty; my mom taught me that less is more when I was growing up, and I've always stuck with that. I'm definitely not a "glam" girl. I was given the advice over a decade ago that if a man wants to see me all dolled up and extra fancy, he would/should finance the upgrade. Unless that happens, the bare minimum and basics will do.

I would argue that there tends to he a cultural difference in these gendered nuances. Black women are often very direct linguistically, without seeing a need for hedging, which has the tendency to be erroneously misconstrued as "not nice" and "mean" and "unfriendly", by white women in particular in the work place. Its actually a big problem.
