There's a large amount of negativity here focusing on whether or not you 'should' have posted this, and not on whether or not it is useful to new members (which it probably is). As for anger being useful? Sometimes maybe, but so is a crutch until the leg heals again: There's a better alternative. You misunderstand the situation. Shame is not a social construct. It comes from within and it is a good thing: It's social equivalent of pain. It's meant to protect you and keep your SMV high.
