A: My ex used to say he found it sexy how polite I can be. I've also got compliments on my voice and hair. I'm a natural redhead. B: I don't have a partner, but my ex used to say I'm the smartest girl he'd ever dated. That I kept complaining to a minimal. That I can also be funny. I'm really shy, so not very many people see my sense of humor.

I got cheated on five months ago and now I'm in nun mode. It is healing. Much more so than jumping back into dating.

My love language is words of affirmation.

My ex liked this kind of stuff but not excessively.

When I was younger I had a crush on pretty much every guy I knew at one point or another. I'm at a point now where I hardly ever crush on anyone. I tend to go for people who would go for me 8/10.

I guess I just had enough of the relationships where we had nothing to talk about because we had nothing in common besides we were attracted to each other. Or I cared about/disliked the guy I was dating. To me a partner should be a best friend plus more. Not simply a best friend but why wouldnt I want to genuinely like and be close to the person I'm in a relationship with?

I dont think of it as considering them the same.

I knew when I was 18 I wasnt ready to marry anyone. I met my first love that year. We weren't together very long but he insisted he wanted to marry me. I didnt feel like the person I was at 18 would be the same person I am at 28 and I was right. I think 25 is about ideal.

I disagree with this. My ex and I were really close friends before we got together. We continued to say we were best friends while being together. Yes it sucked losing my best friend too. I also have a female best friend that I didnt lose tho. I would never date a guy again that I wouldnt consider my best friend tho.

I found red pill on Google somehow and read up on it. Then moved here.

It is fascinating to see how many men frown upon it lol. I don't believe in sex outside of love tho.

I would say if shes only been with 2 then they were most likely more serious anyway lol. What do I know tho? I've had guys tell me my number of 1 at 27 almost 28 is too low. I wasn't married but we lived together and I had a ring.

I think people as a whole forgot how to be grateful.

That was my aim too. I'm not saying that shouldn't be the goal. Just in case things don't turn out.

As you get older the pool of men who expect a virgin get smaller. I'm not saying any man wants a woman who's been with 20 men. But if a woman is 30 for example and has been with 2 or 3 I'd say it's usually ok.

I dont know any men who are willing to wait for marriage. However I know men who are willing to wait until you're in love and the relationship is solid.

When I was with my ex and we first moved in together I complimented him so much because the man can fix so many things and genuinely likes to. Amazes me that women could nag that a man doesnt do housework if hes willing to do the yard work and fix things.

A little over three years. He ended up getting back with his sons mom briefly.

Yes I resented it but a lot of the resentment came from a place of my dad not being involved at all. I felt like my mom wanted me to immediately accept my step dad as my dad and it wasnt possible for me. I imagine it would be way different for a kid with an involved parent.
/r/RedPillWomen16/12/18 06:46 PM

Usually with my ex I did. Hardly ever was I not in the mood tho.
/r/RedPillWomen16/12/18 06:37 PM

I lived with my ex. We never got married but we were engaged. We learned so much more about each other living together. It wasn't all good tho. I wouldn't live with someone I didn't see myself marrying but I wont wait for marriage.
/r/RedPillWomen16/12/18 06:35 PM

I know it's not common around here to say this. My mom married a man when I was 11 tho whom shes still married to. Whom has been more of a dad to me than my bio father. She absolutely let him make rules for us tho. Not all of them but more often than not. He also disciplined my brother and I.

Congratulations dear

I dont think theres anything wrong with it as long as the man has clear boundaries with his ex. My ex fiance would not set boundaries with his sons mom and was pretty beta about the situation.

To me Megan Fox is a 10. I'd say I'm about a 3 or a 4. Heavy but I have a cute face. My hairs naturally red so its eye catching. My skins also not bad. However I have bad teeth. My eyes aren't an amazing color. My legs aren't long. Etc.

I got back into reading since he left. I used to love to. I don't know. When we lived together it would feel weird to read when he was home. I've also been working on figuring out how much I want to drink. I near cut out alcohol for awhile. Now I drink like once a week. Weirdest thing we broke up in March for like two days. I made all these goals. We got engaged in April. By June, I had let all my goals slide for him. I definitely didn't focus on self improvement enough. I've improved myself alr…

I meant more like a lot of people act like I should accept a date with anyone who asks or I'm not trying hard enough to get over my ex. I just don't see the point of that. Then am told I'm being weird.
/r/RedPillWomen21/10/18 09:14 PM

I don't feel I've used anyone for validation. I don't see why I should give up meeting new people. I'd consider a date if someone sparked my interest. Just haven't found anyone who has.

I used to be wild about a friend of mine. He liked me too but the time wasn't right. Anyway he always dates girls with similar looking faces and long, gorgeous dark hair. I don't have dark or very long hair. My face doesn't look similar either. I don't know what attracted him lol. I still think about it occasionally.

I didn't really think about it when I got with my fiance. I'm about a 3. My fiance is objectively a 7 or an 8. His son is absolutely adorable. I'd say we'll have cute kids.

My fiance has one female friend he regularly texts. She's older. I trust him not to cross the line with her. She also lives far away. I also have one male friend but we barely talk. We also have friends that are married. I prefer to not talk a lot to men and for him to not talk a lot to women.

My fiance and I had a day like this. It was also the day we first kissed. Could be a good sign.

Not a timeline exactly but a goal he wants to work towards before we have a baby.

I cried last night because my fiance told me that he doesn't feel we're ready to have a baby.

Probably more religious men wouldn't mind. I don't think most men want to wait as long as until marriage but a lot of men will wait some time. Not every one likes a one nighter.

I used to be friends with a guy who dated a woman for seven years. She truly believed he was gonna marry her one day. He never did. He left her for a younger woman and married the other woman within two years. I made up my mind watching that. Itd never be me. If my fiance couldn't propose in five years I would have walked. I never told him that but I made it clear I want to get married. He proposed a few months ago. We've been together for three years.

I've never been pumped and dumped. However I've done things and then been dropped. Honestly one guy finally had enough of me saying no and left. I was with someone who didn't want to rush me not too long later. I was sad but not overly so. The next guy I loved so much. I thought I could make him love me too. Took forever to get over.
/r/RedPillWomen06/08/18 02:00 AM

I believe this to be a real thing. I know when I'm feeling more insecure I tend to post more "omg I love my fiance!!" Stuff.

I think whoever stays at home should do 90% of the housework especially if there aren't kids involved. If there are to me the working parent still has a duty to play with/help out with the kids. However they shouldn't have to come home and clean everything either still.
/r/RedPillWomen24/07/18 05:27 PM

I drink. I also usually drink to get a buzz. Very rarely will I drink a shot or a glass of wine and leave it at that. I drink once every week or every other on average.

I think most of us want a man who works just as hard as we do in our relationships just in different ways.
/r/RedPillWomen14/07/18 04:02 AM
1

I feel like perhaps she means if I call my fiance names then I shouldn't leave because he calls me names for example. We don't do that very often in a serious matter. What you're describing is verbal abuse. Simple arguing isn't even tho we're led to believe it is.
/r/RedPillWomen10/07/18 02:36 PM

My bio dad isn't much to brag about so I won't. I'm sorry. My step dad has been in my life since I was eight. He's been the best father figure my brother and I could have ever wanted. He's also a good father to my step sister and step brother. He works incredibly hard every day. My fiancee is also an amazing father to his three and a half year old son. He loves him so much and it shows in everything he does. I can't wait to have babies with him.

Don't insult someone who rejects you. If they insult you just move on.
/r/RedPillWomen10/06/18 05:57 PM
9

You act like I did when I was 16 honestly. If a guy likes another girl's picture it doesn't necessarily mean anything. Also you need to work on how you handle rejection. It's unattractive for someone to get mad if you nicely turn/let them down. Not all women are like this. I get jealous and needy too. Gotta tone that down a bit tho.
/r/RedPillWomen10/06/18 05:21 PM
1

If I had to guess he's hiding how much he's drinking. If my fiancee and I are arguing a lot or he's mad at me, he tends to hang out in the living room or on the porch. I've learned if I let him have some space he comes back toward me tho.
/r/RedPillWomen07/06/18 08:44 PM
6

Deliberately. I read about the red pill years ago. I thought it was gross. Then I don't know why but I decided to look back into it. This time I opened my eyes. My man isn't red pill but he's traditional in a lot of ways. RPW helps us a lot.
/r/RedPillWomen03/06/18 08:10 PM

Probably wiser than trying to wait.
/r/RedPillWomen31/05/18 03:24 PM

That sucks.
/r/RedPillWomen30/05/18 11:19 PM

It was kinda embarrassing to be honest. I was in my early 20s. Being a virgin wasn't seen as cool.
/r/RedPillWomen30/05/18 11:15 PM
2

My boyfriend and I were friends first. I had a friend at the time who made my status common knowledge. I asked my boyfriend if it bothered him and he said no. He's the only person I've ever been all the way with. Only done more than kiss two others.
/r/RedPillWomen30/05/18 09:38 PM
6

When I was 18, I met a guy. We had a short thing but I fell hard. I didn't date a guy or want to for almost two years. Most I did in that time was hold hands. Everyone around me wondered what you are. I was holding out hope tho. I had a fantasy that he'd come back and love that I waited. Never happened. He's married now with two kids. I'm engaged to someone else.
/r/RedPillWomen30/05/18 02:05 PM
6

I give my man space. That works the best for him.
/r/RedPillWomen24/05/18 02:37 AM
2

Probably not no.
/r/RedPillWomen17/05/18 10:35 PM

Friends? Sure. Like talk occasionally or hang out in groups. Close? No. I've only had two close guy friends in my life that were into women. One had a crush on me forever. One I'm engaged to now.
/r/RedPillWomen17/05/18 06:19 AM

Similar thing happened to me at 19. I thought I'd never get over it. I did. It just took time. Now I see it wouldn't have worked anyway.
/r/RedPillWomen07/05/18 02:38 PM

The first guy I ever had oral sex with HATED me having no experience. He was my first kiss even. I was 18. The second guy LOVED my low amount of experience. I was 19 then. My current boyfriend doesn't seem to care either way. He's the only guy I've ever shared everything with. They all wanted to know tho so I told them.

It's basically a woman that a man uses for sex/sexual things.
/r/RedPillWomen30/04/18 08:21 PM
14

I was 18. He was 25. I thought he'd be mature. He wasn't. I was a plate essentially. I suspect he was married or something to someone else.

I love to write. I also like to read. Most of my passion is my family. My mom, step dad, nieces, nephews, little cousins, and most importantly my boyfriend and his little boy.

My biggest thing is learning to apologize. I hamster for awhile. Calmly express my negativity to him and then like an hour later apologize. He never gets mad. I feel better apologizing tho.

The guys on TRP aren't generally advocating for relationships.
/r/RedPillWomen04/04/18 08:01 PM
1

Eh it's pretty common around here for guys to be FOR marriage so I'd assume it was me without explanation. The bottom just seems like no trust in me/us so I wouldn't push to marry the guy but I'd also be kinda hurt.
/r/RedPillWomen02/04/18 11:55 AM
2

I don't think it's wrong. I'm 27 and still learning my limits personally tho so I'm working on cutting back. Haven't drank in over two weeks now.
/r/RedPillWomen28/03/18 03:09 PM
1

If the guy had genuinely good reasons not to marry I would consider his point of view. If he'd shown me he was serious about being with me. Like if he didn't believe in marriage at all. Wouldn't marry anyone no matter what.
/r/RedPillWomen24/03/18 01:51 PM

I hope this happens. Love the idea. I love gratitude lists in general.

I COULD compromise on marriage but it would take a lot.
/r/RedPillWomen24/03/18 12:52 AM

I don't see the harm in mentioning that it upsets you. Men act differently around their friends tho. Don't worry too much.

Neither of you are mature enough to be married.

One RP concept I have down pretty well while most I struggle with. My boyfriend will randomly bring me home surprises that may be like a cup or some treat I like to eat. I gush like they're big expensive gifts tho. It's so sweet!
/r/RedPillWomen12/03/18 03:55 AM

I don't think any woman is to blame if she's raped. I don't care how she was dressed or how drunk she was. However some people nowadays think regret means they were raped and it just doesn't work like that.

I used to love Cosmo Girl and Seventeen.

I stumbled upon the red pill on Google or somewhere. I looked it back up a few years later. Found TRP on here. From there, this sub. I'm probably the most liberal person in the world. I love so many aspects of this sub tho. Especially the own your stuff part. I hold myself accountable for my own actions and expect other people hold me accountable for mine too. Most more feminist types blame the man 8/10.
/r/RedPillWomen07/03/18 04:12 PM

Bit awkward but through my ex. We were setting him up with a friend of mine at the time.

I've been with my boyfriend for over two and a half years, and he still gives me butterflies. It's like when he's around there's no one else but he and I. Just him coming home makes me smile. His chest is my safe spot. He feels like home honestly.
/r/RedPillWomen09/02/18 08:42 PM

My boyfriend is talking about cooking. I'm making him a list of reasons why I love him. Also getting him a gift and buying lingerie for the first time.

I'm an unattractive woman who's been in love and loved in return for over two and a half years . It hasn't been a Disney movie but it's been a fun ride. Part of my problem before was always assuming guys didn't want me or thought I was ugly.
/r/RedPillWomen07/02/18 10:44 PM

Love this. Glad you enjoyed your birthday celebrations! I've also smoked before. Not in two years and it was never really my thing but I tried it a few times.

This is a thing my boyfriend has said too. He says too much of a good thing isn't always good tho. We cut back from once or twice a day to once or twice a week when he got a new job.
/r/RedPillWomen02/02/18 03:55 PM
2

My boyfriend is the only guy I've ever had intercourse with. He knew upfront. Made it clear he likes it. Men don't mind.
/r/RedPillWomen01/02/18 08:31 PM
3

I disagree. My boyfriend wanted to go when we first started seeing each other. We ended up drinking at home instead. It wasn't solely to take me home and into bed either because we didn't sleep together that night. I enjoy bars tho I haven't been to one in around a year.
/r/RedPillWomen21/01/18 02:31 PM

I just don't wanna look like I'm using him.
/r/RedPillWomen16/01/18 01:42 AM

I think he knows that I know he can afford it. I've had problems in the past with guys offering and then calling me a gold digger later. So I want to be careful to not come across one to him.

He's very into the man doing certain things and the woman doing certain things. Since he works way harder at his job than I do I'm willing to help out elsewhere however I can. I wouldn't say he's exactly red pill but I wouldn't say I exactly am either. I like the "owning my stuff" part of it the most.
/r/RedPillWomen13/01/18 09:37 PM
2

He swears people judge him for stuff like that? I'm not sure if that's true or not. I've never heard of it but most people I know are more against men. Like one time we went to the store. I carried out the pop. He swore people were looking at him wondering why he let me carry the heavy stuff?
/r/RedPillWomen13/01/18 09:11 PM
2

I might do that! I also thought of asking if he just wanted me to cook for Vday. Thanks for the idea. I'm just learning to bake. Have tried cake, muffins, and brownies.
/r/RedPillWomen13/01/18 09:08 PM

Thank you! I will ask him what he thinks about it. Usually if I offer to pay he says no.
/r/RedPillWomen13/01/18 08:59 PM

Congrats on your baby

By that last part I mean he holds door, pays the bill for dinner most of the time, opens car doors, carries heavy stuff, always made sure I got home safe. I've had boyfriends in the past leave me to my own devices at 4 am.

I'm bisexual so I'm extremely for equal rights. I didn't get into tradition much until I got with my boyfriend. His parents taught him a certain way. He doesn't strictly follow everything but does in some ways. And it makes me happy to follow that way too. It also makes me happy I don't have to tell him how to be a gentleman.

I'm pretty liberal admittedly. I think there is a bad way to say someone's fat but I also don't think there's anything wrong with someone saying "You can eat healthy. Work out. I'll probably not get a model man At this weight." Etc.
/r/RedPillWomen24/12/17 05:03 PM

I don't think I've seen anything offensive to me here yet.

I'm overweight. I also enjoy being here. Even if a woman is a ten physically she has things to work on. I like that here were encouraged to fix ourselves. I'm definitely not perfect as is and dont need to be told I am.

Well if my s/o thought it sucked he would have said eww babe this is gross! Not "I think I actually like yours better except for the frosting. Just wait til it cools down next time to put it on. I assume that's what happened."
/r/RedPillWomen16/12/17 03:53 PM

I didn't take it as I suck? I took it as put more icing on it next time. His sister did put way more on her cake than I did.

I think sometimes people place too much importance on looks honestly. I don't know how many gorgeous women I've seen with a meh guy and I've even seen it the other way around. I do think looks matter. I'm shallow and love having a man who looks good. That's the first thing I noticed about him but that's not what I fell in love with.
/r/RedPillWomen15/12/17 08:56 PM
6

Yes a 4/10. I think my personality makes up for some of it. I also honestly think part of the reason my boyfriend got with me was the chase. I made it clear I liked him but that I didn't want to jump into bed or a relationship right away. Usually women put out early on for him and then turned out to not be the best girlfriends. Naggy and cheaters.
/r/RedPillWomen15/12/17 05:26 PM
6

I know mine is pretty low. My RMV is much higher. I usually attracted good looking guys. I feel like honestly guys date down. My boyfriend is a ten in my eyes and objectively a seven. I'm a three or a four on a good day. I'm not sure what it's based on to be honest.
/r/RedPillWomen15/12/17 04:03 PM

/r/RedPillWomen14/12/17 02:10 AM

I'm pretty good at stfu lol so I already do the not trying to ruin a happy moment thing. I never actually considered not telling him the bad parts of my day first tho. Will have to try.

My boyfriend who will hopefully be my husband is a grown man who's perfectly capable of taking care of himself. My child won't be especially under teen age. As far as the wants I think it'd be nice to provide my child with everything he/she/they want but that's not realistic. And the child can't learn that an entire household can bend to an unnecessary want.
/r/RedPillWomen08/12/17 08:10 PM

I'm going to be odd one out and say that my future child's needs will absolutely come before my future husband's. Wants? Depends on what it is.

Piggybacking on this. Very well that you found out now. I don't know how many times I've been strung along in this regard.

I don't know if I'd say it's immoral but being realistic the man for you probably is a divorced father/single father/etc. I feel like that's reality anyway as we get older. It's unlikely you'll marry someone at 35 or 40 who's never been serious with anyone before.

There are men who appreciate smart women. Not show offy smart but smart. There are even men who like more vulgar women. I feel like what's most important to a man is a soft place to land tho. Are you caring and attentive?
/r/RedPillWomen30/11/17 04:29 PM

Yeah. I've always known I wouldn't chill forever without certain goals being met so I guess that's part of it. I watched a friend of a friend go about seven years without even a real proposal and decided I wouldn't be able to do it.

I wouldn't say we really ever discussed a timeline. Does that mean we should? I've been upfront about wanting marriage tho from about five months in. He actually started the discussion. Actually after some thought we did discuss a timeline. I just forget about it.

I'm not close to my father. He didn't raise me past eight. His last name is some thing I can't wait to shed. If my boyfriend and I get married I'll definitely be taking his last name. He also really wants me to. I thought about hyphenating since he has a sister with a similar first name to mine but he doesn't like the idea. Honestly neither do I.

I'm happy so not sure this counts. I used to be the type of girl who didn't think I was supposed to bring anything to the relationship. I wasn't going to cook and clean type. I still cant cook very well but I fix food for him. I fix his coffee. Lay out his clothes. Wash them. I have a cleaning schedule. I also try to lay off insisting I'm right with everything.

In my first relationship he was seeing someone else without telling me. That was an absolute dealbreaker to me. In my second he just never had time for me. I've always required a lot of attention. In my third I was a stupid teenager. We were actually really good together but I just didn't appreciate him until it was too late. My fourth and fifth more or less left me. I can sort of understand where you're coming from. I hate a specific body part. My boyfriend is always tell ing me how much he loves mine. Eh I have friends who text things and say dont tell anyone not even your boyfriend. I just delete those parts. It'd be way easier to trust him if I could see his phone and verify that the stories in my head aren't true.

The thing is as much as my mind tells me I'm a psycho I don't behave like one. I dont ask where he is because I always already know. I don't even often ask who's talking to. He's giving that information freely now where he used to not so I'm not trying to change that. The phone is the only thing. I believe we should have open access. He believes I should ask to look. I already know why I stay. I just don't know how to "just trust someone." Never have. I keep telling myself to "just trust him" but then my mind creates things. That s the thing I need advice on. How I begin to completely trust. There's some level of trust. Just not complete. I still have urges to go through his phone. Never found anything the two times I looked but I still get the urge.

I don't believe that. When my ex actually cheated on then left me I had to think about what parts he and I played in it, and learn to do better in the next relationship. Same thing with this except I refuse to leave over things that happened two years ago. Insecurities are something people can get over. Relationships can even move past infidelity. It's just that most people don't want to put work into anything.

He did give it to me. I do believe he's changing. People seem more determined to argue that he hasn't than tell me how I can help myself get over these things. Even if I was single I'd have to.

I meant that don't know him. I was typing quickly and didn't realize. I care because it's constant and pestering. They refuse to see why I won't constantly drudge all this back up. He isn't aware most of this upsets me anymore and I don't see a reason to say so.

I highly doubt it. We live together so I would have noticed. As I said before he's a good dad. He wouldn't just abandon a child. He's opened up to me a lot about his past since then. The way he describes it is she was more of a plate. She thought they were more serious than that from what I can tell but they both saw other people during the time she was supposed to be head over heels for him. I think it ultimately boiled down to she's younger than we are and lives at home. Her parents love him just not for her. She's told me this. Not him. It was very clearly not a case of he got her pregnant and ran. That's all of it I care to know.

He isn't terribly mature though he's matured a lot in the past two years nor is he very secure. I honestly kind of chuckle every time I say this. My mom doesn't like anyone and she adores him. She knows what's happened between us too. I don't hide it from her. My best friend though she's my age also has a high opinion most of the time with our relationship. My step dad also loves him though I haven't confided a ton in him. He knows some of it.

I've only done things with three guys. Only went all the way with one. So I know how you feel. Anyway I've found that men like to know you're enjoying it. Enjoying pleasing him and being pleased both.

As cliche as it sounds my boyfriend is absolutely my best friend. We were friends first though he made it clear early on he had intentions of marrying me.

Men seem to shy away if she's been married.

Yes. I also would wonder what was special about us if he'd been there done that more than a few times.
/r/RedPillWomen03/10/17 05:05 PM

I guess it wouldn't really be how many times they've been in love per say as how many women they've say married for example. If he's been married five times and all five ended that means he either leaps without looking and doesn't vet properly or he doesn't try to make a commitment work.

It's not unnatural no. A lot of women share your sentiment. I'm different tho. Not super important how many women a man has been with sexually. More important to me how many times they've been in love.

I haven't brought up any of it as I said and don't plan to for at least three more weeks. Though he's the type that most of the time likes to hear about my spazzing hamster lol. He asked what was wrong yesterday and I brushed it off as best I could.

I guess its hard to get used to him not needing the alone time that I do. I like time to recharge. He likes to be around me even if we've just had a fight most of the time.

I've tried to do that. He's been more cuddly lately.

I already put his clothes out in the morning. We live with my parents. I'm not normally who cooks. Before he got something else I considered just sitting a grilled cheese in front of him but I didn't want it going to waste. I'm just really worried him going back to work is going to be super hard for him.

I feel naggy because I've had to push him to eat. I told him i had a craving last night for something he doesn't like. He insisted I get it. That he wasn't going to eat. So I kept on until he ate. I feel bad about that whole exchange but he's barely ate.

I feel like the worst person in the world because here's this wonderful, gorgeous man that I'm insanely in love with grieving and I still wake up thinking about our fight. I haven't mentioned anything about it though. I don't feel like I should for at least three more weeks.

If he's outside I either sit out there with him or come in to watch tv. Then come back out when whatever I'm watching is over. If he's in the bedroom usually he leans back on me or grabs my hand if he wants affection. I feel smothering. Other people tell me I am too. But he says that's what he wants.

To be clear I have expressed a few times that I want more time but I've never said anything to him about not liking the phone use. We had a similar problem with the Xbox when he first moved in. He's asked me to tell him when I want him to stop playing but it feels demanding to be like "I know you enjoy that but stop for me!" Anyway so not saying anything won't be hard. I feel like me not wanting him on it could be controlling. There's no rational reason I don't want him on it. I mean I want more time together and I asked him for that today. Otherwise it's just insecurity. I do want to clean more yes. I've gotten so lazy. I also want to cook more but I'd be just as happy with someone else doing that. Yeah, he's told me it's problematic if I'm on my phone. I cut way down on use while he's home as a result. No big deal. I don't feel I have the right to ask him to cut down his phone use. I just don't want him to be talking inappropriately to someone else and I worry he is. As far as asking what he wants he's told me. He wants me to clean more, cook more, and have less attitude. He says the lock on his phone was because of people he works with. He's expressed before that someone said if they ever found my number or social media they'd talk to me to get a reaction or some other nonsense. But I dont know. That sounds immature. I don't know. SMV isn't everything in a relationship. For instance mine isn't very high. My boyfriend's is. I know when we go out people wonder why were together. I try my best to treat him really well tho. I'd say my RMV is much higher than my SMV. I don't think all men are settling.

One/some of your students could grow up to do big things though and then you had a hand in that at least in a small way. I agree it's a different kind of intelligence. I think you should be proud to be a teacher tho. Teachers are important.

I see their point about the women in fairytales sacrificing too much of themselves for a man. However I never watched The Little Mermaid and thought I should sacrifice my voice for a chance with a guy I liked. I enjoyed that we're both redheads. That she liked to sing. I'm a bit confused on how you seem to blame her for most of this. I wouldn't leave my girls with Barry if I were Lucy. I also wouldn't stay with Barry if I were Lucy. She acts like his mother because he clearly acts like he needs one.

Eh it honestly sounds like he's trying to change you to me. If you wanted to change that'd be one thing but it sounds like you don't.

I do believe in soulmates. I believe my boyfriend is mine. That being said that doesn't mean I can stop putting effort in my relationship and keep him.

Lol yes. I'm also really sensitive so if I think of something mean I immediately think would it hurt feelings if I said this? Best not say it. If I ask my boyfriend he's like 'yeah nothing about that was mean' tho.

I'm a sweetheart. I'm easily one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Literally don't know how to be mean 90% of the time. I'm good with kids and animals. Everyone's pets and babies love me. I'm a good listener. I don't talk very much at all so everyone knows instinctively that I'll listen and not spread their business around. I take care of my boyfriend's emotional needs. He often remarks that I always know how to make him feel better. I'm a pretty good writer. I have a side job as a ghost …

No problem. Honestly if she's this obsessed she's probably missing out on other chances for men who will go out with her. You could add that too.

This is one of the RP things I agree with. I'm making a conscious effort now to not badmouth him. Of course it goes along with owning my faults/issues in my relationship which I feel is very important.

Sometimes it's hard for people to realize someone doesn't like them/not everyone is meant for them. Maybe encourage her if he's single to ask him out and see what happens. If he says no it's time to drop it. If he has a girlfriend tho maybe it's time to drop it. That's too messy of a situation.

Hello I'm 26/female/in an LTR? It hasn't even been two years lol does that count? Anyway I mostly lurk to see what I agree with and can apply to my relationship.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
