You can go to the gym and still stress out the hell out of your body, which makes reduces its immunity. Their resistance to illness is more because women are more aware of their bodies and overuse the health care system. Resistant to pain is false. Pregnancy releases certain hormones but they aren't resistant to all types of pain. They did a study where men resisted more (using a taser if i recall correctly).
