Funny thing I like to do is step outside of the my head (and dick) and observe what they ask me about myself. 9.9/10 they haven't asked me a goddamn thing and I have carried the entire conversation. They are so encapsulated in themselves and so self-centered that it never even occurs to them that a conversation could exist outside of talking about themselves.

I started doing this a few years ago. What helps me is I look away from them like the floor in order to focus and not get distracted with their face painting.

I quickly close discussion and move somewhere else.
