Educate yourself on everthing about divorce, become your own attorney. There are divorce attorneys on YT. Dont give in. She cant sell the house without your signature

When she had me arrested with a false DV claim. Cops dont care, but as i was sitting in my new orange jumpsuit, i said yup im a doer! Im its been three years now and the divorce is still going and spent about $167k in lawyer fees. But im still glad i did it. I try not to talk to her but she has lied since day one in the relationship, now i m with someone i can actually believe.

These fellas are right! Ive been doing mine for 30+months. Once you let her know you want the divorce, she becomes your enemy. If you think she will be nice about it thats only because you dont know the gravity of the situation. When she grasps it. She will do anything to hurt you and draw first blood.

No, my ex was keeping my daughter from me to. It a well know tactic for toxic women. Have made several compliants to the police non emergency line. They know it happens often enough. My ex kept my daughter from me one weekend because i showed up at her place in a unknow vehicle. It was my new GF new Jeep. She knew. She just thought that i was going to introduce the two. I didnt. I her her jeep because she had my car for travel. They will always find a way to keep a child stating anything that ma…

He partially has to answer in case its an emergency, but also if hes cuts all contact or makes it intentionaly difficult to reach him it could make it worse him emotionally. Hes only listening to gain ammo, be there for his kids. If he left her, has has already chosen you over her.

Becareful, attorneys can take you to the cleaners and once they get ahold of your financials they know how much you have. Its litterally the first thing they ask for once you agree to the retainer.

Ditto, while i used to get angry at the dumb stuff a woman would do to make me mad, now i just brush it of and act stone cold. She hates it.

I agree but i like to make analigies. Imagine at 16-20yrs old you can have any car you want but, you dont know how much it will cost you until the papers are signed. You do t know how long you will hqve it before problems start to show up. You dont know if new or used. But its gets you place to place. After a couple of years you want something that does more of a job for you than just commute or you put upgrades on it to make it nicer. But one day the car takes half of your stuff and leaves but …

(41M) Of course it takes a very long time to build trust. But life experience shows you the signs of a trusting woman. I started mine by finding a woman who has not been married before. Then I looked at her home life and her family life while growing up. She has supported very well through my almost 3 year long divorce process.

I think once most woman are getting some chikd support or alimony they wont settle for two reasone, support goes down in most cases and its really over after that and most woman dont or wont start over. My stbx is happy getting 4k a month and the house, the kid and then thinks that bad mouthing me and my business is best for her.

Fireflyz_8 i feel for you man. I agree I agree with Funny _wolverine. Im going through mine for 3 years now. Let the kids settle to a routine. I had to do the same. But the number one way to fight the custody is when they are on your time dont agree to change it for your ex's sake. Just say im keeping it this way for the routine. I feel for you on the attoeneys to. I switched once and i wish i could affod to again but mine has bled me aswell. Im about to file chptr 11 to loose the company i buil…

Be advised that if you move out before anything set up, the courts can give her what is called Temperary custody of the residence. She will have to assume all expenses thay come with it. You are entitled to "Watts Credits" which is half the amount of what the house is rents for on the market.

I agree with throwaway. I had my ex for 12yrs and she bought all the same stuff you just said. We had one kid, but after 12 years its not better than your 1.5 years. Just do it.

My new lady, had never been married and no kids of her own. She has seen the past year of what my ex has done to me and my daughter. She told me she understands why ill never marry her and shes is okay with a promise ceremony.

Yup, you are just starting to reach your potential. Ive been going through a very nasty divorce and i have already met and dated 3 ladies. Im sticking with the 3rd. I have seen much more attention from women since my divoce than i ever did before it. I also makes six figures and when they see my handyman skills they tend to stick around. Good luck and stay strong.
