So ive been split for 3+ yrs and at first my support was $800 per/month. Then went higher when my attorney said to agree to pay high support and in 90 days it will go down, and ,shocker it lasted for 18 months. Since then we got the judge set C/S to zero and he asked for an evidence hearing to see that she was taking money while recieving money at the same time. Going forward ill be put back on what is expected to be $1k per month. We have had a 75/25 split this entire time but she used my kid against me and now i dont see the kiddo at all. My question is how do you dads that are paying without seeing the kid dealing with it?
