Delete all social media, get a gym membership, fill up your fucking time. Now. If you let your mind run vicious thinking cycles then you aren't fixing your situation, keep it focused on progression. edit: aren't

I wish I had been cataloging every little bit of TRP information I found which helped me create the masculine identity of my choosing, what I feel fits my character best. It's about taking the ideologies of TRP and blending it with your own intuition.

The best way to reject them is to gain their friendship and find out how they value your life and use them when you need them. Finding the balance of equity to not lose their friendship.

Just keep meditating and this "theater of the mind" thing sounds like an over analytical way of expressing intention. You can meditate when you're talking with people you just gotta get better at it. Look into anapana meditation (awareness on nostrils, this becomes second nature after a while it's pretty neat.)

For me the strong lifts program is cool because it builds practical strength that you can use to help lift someone out of a trail, or get an old person up safer. I was 135 pounds, athletic and slim. Now I'm 150 and really filling in and just being better at most things, especially when I'm busting out pizzas at my night job.

Look up active listening exercises and find someone to practice with. It's hard to find something to ask back each time at first but then it gets easy and girls get off on it.

To my knowledge Psilocybin Mushrooms will temporarily cure autism. I believe that they can be microdosed (taken in small amounts so that you get the therapeutic benefits without having to endure a full fry.)

This is 100. Look at the book the Mature Masculine: King, Warrior, Magician and Lover by Robert Greene I believe. The lover archetype when it isn't balanced in the mature masculine seeks out maternal like relationships. Super awesome to see this being realized through direct experiences like yours. Thanks for taking the time to go through this, it will help a lot of people for sure!

I'd suggest applying now for a course that is running after your semester is over. A lot of people apply and it runs on a first come first serve basis. You can apply to courses like 9 months in advanced and can always cancel last minute.

1.) When appropriate call her over to you and tell her to get naked 2.) Tell her to take off your pants 3.) Tell her to put your penis IN her mouth 4.) Tell her to do whatever you want from here on out, don't be shy she will love whatever you can improvise as long as you switch it up every little bit. But I think if you start talking from the start it will be a whole lot easier than to just start coming out of the dark real strong, but that may work too, who knows?

Just keep doing what you're doing because if it didn't work you probably wouldn't be having civil conversations like that. Realize that TRP is not the cookie cutter answer to your life. Take the lessons and use your intuition and wisdom to figure out where and how they apply to situation.

This is awesome! I am the "role model"/leader of my household of us 4 bros. It's funny when I catch 'em slippin' and call them out they don't seem to like how direct I am becoming. It is hard to keep my will unbent by the minor negative feels that come up while proving my points. But I push through with my point each time and it has almost always ended up being what that person needed to hear in that moment. The fun part right now is figuring out what each person will be like at their best and t…

If they have an external locus of control then that will be the answer to their problems. Internals need to handle the problem at hand by controlling these feelings once they realize they are anxious. There's no real cookie cutter answer for this question IMO.

Monk Mode is the right direction to have some foundation for positive feedback loops/self-validation. One thing that I believe will help the most with anxiety like this is to practice mindful meditation (I am a big believer in the free 10-day Vipassana Meditation courses.) Actual practice, not just reading books and intellectually understanding mindfulness and a truly balanced mind. I have been practicing for about 2 years and the first technique that they introduce to sharpen your mind (anapana…

I suggest this. Also one thing that you can do is to get your girl to have PATIENCE with you. One thing you can do is edge with her, stick it in and pull out when you are at like 85%. Rinse and repeat, sometimes after doing this like 3-4 times I can then slam hard for like 20-30 minutes. I did the exact thing the other night after the time before then lasting literally 0 seconds lmao.

I'm going through a very similar experience that you are. I met up with this chick on CL and when we get to my house I took her to my room and turnt it up. I started eating her out and the way the blanket was rubbing my cock (plus the excitement of getting my first tang after a 3 year LTR) made me come before I could even get it in. I tried to play it off and have her blow me but I wasn't able to get hard right away and told her what happened, she just said it was awesome and hugged me with my c…

I'm pretty active everyday and doing 5x5 every other day like it says. I never really have lingering soreness the next day unless I throw in a lot of extra lifts. To each their own, like the one guy said it's more about being fit, but I'm tired of being skinny fit, I wanna be big fit!
/r/askTRP11/04/16 08:40 PM

5x5 requires barely any time commitment compared to other programs. But still, adding some weights to you while you climb should build volume over time. I work sports like climbing skating biking hiking in my off days because 5x5 is legit and doesn't leave me too sore to do anything else.

Over time you start spreading your awareness. Starting with awareness on a small part of body it will sharpen your mind faster so that you can feel the subtle sensations that appear on larger parts of bodies like the air going over the upper lip. After you do the lip for a while scan in a triangle from the upper lip to the top of the nose (between the eyes almost) then onto body scans once you hold your equanimity long enough. When you realize you're observing your belly, just keep going back to…

You will love the dep chambers. Be sure to wear ear plugs (you will get salt in your ear and it gets crunchy if you don't vinegar it out!) and you will hear your blood circulating through your body to the beat of your heart. My belief on the tanks is that when you cut off all incoming sensory stimuli the mind reacts (like it does in meditation, when you go against the grain and try and shut it up it acts out) and begins to compensate for the loss of stimuli by producing it's own. Don't let it tr…

Oh man it's super simple, you will be skeptical at first. Just sit upright comfortably and close your eyes. Start with ONE deep breath as you draw your attention to the outer rings of your nostrils, be aware of the sensations of air passing over the skin of your nose hole as you let your breath go with it's natural flow. Don't analyze, think about, measure, or force anything while you are observing the nostrils. This basically serves as a mind hack to completely cut off the monkey mind from bein…

It's called anapana meditation which I picked up from a 10 day Vipassana course. It's used to sharpen the mind. The teachings do not condone using any visualization or mantras (active mind) to achieve states of peace. I've practiced it so persistently that it has become almost second nature to me, it's just such a wonderful tool to have on lock.

Just moderate yourself, if you feel like you are missing out on certain aspects of life then find some time to explore those things. I don't believe in unnaturally forcing yourself from (CERTAIN) things. Of course every situation is different (drugs, addiction, etc.) But by the sounds of it you seem pretty balanced, however, getting stir crazy because you're ready to step out of the comfort zone and force some good ol' change :)

Exactly, I'm tired of only having ideas. I have cultivated the producer's mindset pretty well and want to see what I can do with my imagination and some perseverance. I'll just start with finding a company to make me some prototypes and learn to patent these things.

Good run talk through dharma. Have you tried Vipassana? Starting with anapana (sharpen the mind), then doing vipassana (surgically remove suffering) and closing the courses with metta (healing bond) is a life changing experience. Soooooooooooooo much happpppppppy I'm a big believer in anapana to gain mastery of the mind. I have been practicing it for about a year now very seriously. It's almost 2nd nature, constant flow, very few things get me to tip over on any particular emotions.

Go to a 10 day Vipassana course, you will not get any better source on mindfulness meditation. However, for starters you can learn anapana meditation. This is the technique that is used to sharpen your mind, senses, and awareness. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K5CJLKTn47k should be a good video for starts. After a while of serious anapana practice it kind of becomes second nature, it's truly something special :)

You should try out this recipe for a more productive high. Get an ounce of good sativa dominant weed and grind it up, back it into a blasting tube and run 2 cans of GOOD butane through it into a pyrex dish in another pyrex of boiling water (do this outside btw) Take a razor blade and swirl it around and it should turn into some honey, I like to pour out the water and replace it with another fresh batch of boiling water to purge it more.
