I think “tease” is a much better word for it. I never like the word “neg” because I interpret it with a bit of malicious intent. Just tease her, no reason to invent a new word for it.

If they prevent the woman from working The woman could decide to put in minimal effort to look for a job and just sit at home, then later blame the husband for “limiting her”. It becomes he says/she says, with no proof either way. So the prenup can be thrown out even if the man encourages the woman to find work. I know a few guys who this has happened to.

“I don’t want to break up over this.” I lost it at this line. Lmao. This seems like comedy writing but I would not doubt it in today’s world.

Excellent post and 100% accurate. I always appreciate your posts and this one is no different. Every once in awhile I do need a reminder of these facts, so thank you.

Excellent post and great examples. Absolutely spot on. I enjoy my work, but I don’t need the job and my management chain knows it. (modest home paid off, no wife/kids) It is very subtle, but I have definitely noticed this gives me some negotiating room to choose what I work on and where I relocate to.

It's quality posts like these that keep me coming back here. Thank you for sharing your story, insight, and recommendations for your fellow brothers. Agree 100% with everything you've said here.

I agree with you 100%. Not to mention you had 8 great-great grandfathers 4 generations ago (about 100 years). 100 years from now, no one will remember you or what you did, regardless if you have kids or not. Enjoy life to the fullest in the times we find ourselves in and that absolutely means not getting married or having kids for me.

Agreed. I got the V years ago. No regrets at all.

Actually, the devil gave humans critical thinking, which God didn't want. He wanted us to not eat from the tree of knowledge of so we could be thought-slaves for eternity, but the devil did us a favor and turned the tables there with a single conversation. Also, the devil killed a grand total of 10 people in the bible, while God killed somewhere around 2.3 million. He understands human nature, but doesn't judge you for being human. He accepts God's unwanted children unconditionally. And still, h…

Well done comparison. As you said, the juxtaposition of these two videos really shows the insane double standard. In the 2nd video everyone is laughing and pulling at him, not taking into account that gently pulling the first girl almost cost this man his CAREER. Really funny... Clown world.

Agreed on Scarlett continuing to look stunning. She's not an exception to the poster above though as she is only 34 years old now. I'm sure she will still look good in 5 years from now as she takes care of herself well, but not 'extremely attractive' as she once was.

Agreed that would be ideal, but it’s extremely rare for a 20yo woman to be that mature. If a 40yo woman is well-adjusted (not crazy), then she has handled the steep decline in male attention well and becomes a reasonable person. A decent looking 20yo chick is getting constant validation from guys all day (on hyperdrive with social media), so her ego/attitude/entitlement are at an all time high, so it’s rare for her to have a ‘mind of a 40yo woman’.

Exactly. They compare jobs such as Family Practitioners and Neurosurgeons as the same job. The pay gap is a total myth. If it were true, every company would only hire women and save 28%. Hell, that Google study showed they paid women MORE for the same job.

Certainly. The regret is because even years after breaking it off, she still asks if I will come back to her. I feel as if I 'alpha widowed' her and the guilt is overbearing sometimes. She has kept in fantastic shape and is as beautiful, kind, and feminine as ever. I just have this strong desire to be single and travel the world solo meeting other girls (which I have been doing with some success), but there's always this thought in the back of my mind that I would be happier going back to her. Refreshing post. Glad to see someone else thinking along the same lines I do. I had a girl close to that too. Totally in love with me, committed, feminine. Not raised in the west. I ended up breaking it off because I wanted to sleep around. I regret it sometimes.

This is absolutely 100% spot on. I travel internationally for work about 30-50% of the time and once I’m out of the US, it’s incredible the amount of kind beautiful women I see and have a pleasant interaction with. The warning about not wanting American women as plates anymore is real. Dating American women is simply not worth my time anymore and I’m now focused on relocating abroad permanently.

Incredible analysis. The videotaping/recoding of oneself is something I haven't heard much about on here but it makes complete sense. So simple and so effective, thanks for that. And this really hit home for me: Some of the biggest mistakes of vocal tonality are not talking loud enough and talking too fast. I can almost guarantee that your results would go up a lot overnight by simply being conscious of talking 2X louder, 2X slower, and with a deeper more masculine pitch. This is probably the #1…

"I got halfway through the interview and then stopped. It was almost as traumatic as the incident itself." This is at the core of why "rape" and "sexual assault" accusations are out of control. More or less, yes. Dopamine releases in your brain are what motivate you to do many things. By watching porn and wanking it every night, not only will you find yourself less motivated to have sex, but in other areas of your life as well.

This is an eye opening analysis. The ineptness of fathers portrayed in modern media today is one of the top reasons that I refuse to have and raise children in the west. Why break my back working long hours to be not only unappreciated, but ridiculed and potentially enslaved if my wife decides to leave. If the culture in the west was similar to 30+ years ago, I would marry and have children. But not today, hell no.

Dude you hit the nail on the head, this is exactly how I feel. Lifting, building a business, working hard at the day job, gaming & banging girls, but it still feels like dystopia. curls in the squat rack. Ha. I remember one time seeing a guy hit 3 of my gym pet peeves in 10 seconds. 1. He was curling in the squat rack 2. Had horrendous form, throwing/jerking his whole body to do curls 3. Then he put the weight down and walked away without re-racking But hey, at least a squat rack freed up right as I was walking over.

My mom attends and leads the AA meetings in her town regularly. In my recent conversations with her, we see eye to eye quite on many things regarding society and human behavior. I definitely agree that there are some similar lessons taught in AA and TRP. Mostly taking control of your life and not blindly following the mob mentality. Interesting post, thanks.

This post really hit home for me. I've been on TRP for ~3 years now and while it has been incredibly helpful with dating and getting in shape, I have been overly negative about women lately and am considering a break from TRP for a few months. So far I haven't had a 9 to 5 in 6 months and it's been the best 6 months of my life. This is my goal by end of this year. So great to hear you say this. Thanks for the post.

I had almost the exact same situation. I had a gorgeous girl who was head over heels for me. She had a bit of a temper though, and the sex was mediocre. After 2 years, I had to end it because I absolutely will never get married with the laws in the US the way they are. I didn't want to waste her time. I just can't take the risk with no upside, no matter how perfect the girl is.

What? Take off your tin foil hat already, what you said is totally backwards. Your desire to get your nut off is biological and one of the only things about you that has nothing to do with social conditioning. Men from all nations and cultures enjoy getting a nut off.

Very helpful posts. Your recommendations are spot-on. I have been doing a decent job of keeping #1-4 to a minimum, but I am massively guilty of sneaky #5: Excessive Theorizing (Mental Masturbation). Keeping a theory to action ratio of 1:5 is good advice to break out of this.

Outstanding post. Bonus points for the Rick and Morty reference! I needed to read this today as I have been recently asking myself why I left my ex, even though she checked all my boxes. That reason is control. All of my past relationships last 1-2 years and I end them even when they're going well. The reason is I feel that I am losing control. It happens very slowly, but at one point I realize that I am doing less of what I want to do, and I need to look for a way out. Now I am 100% in control …

That is a horrifying story. Explains why the US divorce industry is something like $50B per year. I read somewhere that this does not happen in other developed countries like those in Scandinavia. There, things are split 50-50 and everyone goes their own way, no lawyers. Still a shit deal if you're the breadwinner, but not the absolute financial ruin that divorce in the US brings.

Maybe it's the type of women I pick, but this is not true with any of my past LTRs. Over the last 10 years, I have had a few LTRs within different circles of friends and not once was anything from our private life mentioned by anyone. Of course, I keep my mouth shut too, loose lips sink ships.

Very good post, to the point. Even as a child, I never understood what "love" meant. Is it someone you would die for? Is it "lust" but amplified? I just didn't get it. I think you hit the nail on the head - it's just two people attracted to each other at the right time. Happens all the time. I get where you're coming from, but it depends on the situation. Often times girls will put up serious LMR your first time in the bedroom with them. And it is up to you to show her you don't need it and aren't desperate. She knows you want to fuck. By saying "we're not going to fuck" shows that you have the intelligence to communicate subtly and playfully. It gives you points on the social scale. One key point though is that this line should be said with a grin to show you're playing with her. C…

Yes, this is a bit of a paradox, but allow me to explain. I am drawing this more from personal experience rather than theory. Case #1: You Are Her Alpha Two times in my life, sex on the first date led to great 2-3 year LTRs: the girl was fairly young (19-23) when we met, and was not raised in a western society. This is very insightful post. There is a huge difference between acting like you DNGAF and really absolutely DNGAF. I have always been acting and get the same results as the first part of your story - getting sex but working so damn hard for it every time. Outstanding post. Out of all TRP teachings, killing the "nice guy" programming is what I struggle with the most. I've struggled with it because what's the alternative? Not nice? Be REAL. That makes sense. Now when I'm with a girl I like and I feel the nice beta creeping in, I'll remember to be real and direct. Who would you rather take into battle with you? This also really hit home for me. Modern society hides much of our evolutionary traits, but they are still there. Good stuff.

Women have countless ways to increase their attractiveness. 99% of them would be way hotter if they were a normal weight. Unfortunately most of them in the west choose to eat like a hippo every day.
/r/TheRedPill13/09/16 09:26 AM

Yup. Not only is the 30+ crowd not nearly as hot, but they have higher expectations and are more jaded. I made a few honest attempts at dating girls in their 30s, and I ended up working harder for less. I will date 20-year olds for as long as possible. Hotter, more bubbly / care-free personalities. It's the best of everything.

Great analysis. As we get older and develop our personalities, it's easy to assume others think similar to us (priorities in life, what keeps us up at night, etc.), so we project more and more of ourselves onto others. That's exactly what this is. She assumes everyone thinks like her and therefore always expects an asshole to pop out any minute.

Beer is closer to 150 calories per serving so liquor is the lesser of two evils. If you really want to lose weight, don't drink at all.

It doesn't really matter what you eat Yes it absolutely does. This is where a heated debate comes in. Chemicals in soda (even diet "0 calorie" soda) deplete your bones, spikes your insulin, and a whole plethora of other bad thing which in turn make you much more hungry and more likely to overeat and store more fat. So even though you're drinking "0 calories", the chemical sweeteners can still mess with your system.

I had a similar experience. Met a HB8 at a party, really hit it off, we were walking with a a group along the beach and completely lost them because we were engaged in such good conversation. Ended up having passionate sex that night. I lightly tease her over text the next day and I get curt one word replies. Try to meet her again and nothing. I'm 32 years old. I used to run and lift. Now I just lift intensely and eat clean. When I lift, I go for an hour and don't rest much between sets (except for deadlift, squat, and bench). Keeps my heart rate up. I'm in better shape now than in my 20s. I know a lot of people really into long distance running, biking, etc., and many have bellies and frail looking limbs. I understand your point about total energy conservation. I suppose I should have elaborated a bit. My point may be better stated as "it's not as simple as calorie in, calorie out". A calorie of soda will cause the body to do something completely different than a calorie from a whole food source. The body may store that calorie from soda as fat, and trigger other calories to be stored as fat as well, whereas the calorie from a whole food would be used to repair/build muscle or other key parts of …

Good questions. Steel cut oats (unsweetened, unprocessed oatmeal) is great for you. Especially good for breakfast in addition to eggs. Fruits are okay in moderation. When you eat whole fruit, you eat the skin, which is high in fiber and slows the sugar absorption. Fruit juice is not good for you. Even if it doesn't have added sweetener. This is because with fruit juice, you are consuming all the fruit sugar but none of the fiber so you'll get a sugar rush followed by a crash. I don't consume hon…

Artificial sweeteners are fine. There has been no proven studies that show insulin spikes with artificial sweeteners in humans and it's a great way to add some sweets to an already restrictive diet. Artificial sweeteners may be used to wean you off of sweets in the short term, but I wouldn't take them for very long. Many studies have shown a rise in insulin over time. One such study in Israel in 2014 showed artificial sweeteners changed gut bacteria causing a rise in insulin (source). Calories i…

Avoid sugar, artificial sweeteners, and simple carbs like bread and pasta. Eat mostly meat and vegetables. Most importantly, do not drink anything sweetened. It spikes your insulin and turns your body into a fat storing machine. Drink: water, milk (unsweetened almond if you don't do dairy), and coffee or tea for energy. Drink hard liquor on the rocks. No beer or wine.

This is an incredibly helpful post. I'll add that it's important to keep teasing even after getting the lay. Case in point: I recently banged a HB8 who I really liked by teasing her and having a DNGAF attitude. You bring up a good question. Think of TRP like a toolbox, or a buffet. Take what you like, leave what you don't. Every person and relationship is different, so use what you learn here to help navigate relationships and life as you see fit. The short answer to your question is yes: show some emotion, but have it be on your terms. Don't react to someone else emotionally as that "enters their frame", but instead, when you show emotion, it should be deliberate, and your choice. For example: if you …

This is some very interesting insight in to AF/BB. If a girl puts you into the "alpha fucks" category, she reacts negatively when you try to get emotional and do things for her like you are her pet. Moral of the story is: If you are banging a chick with no strings attached, enjoy it like a man and don't get emotional.

I know, right? When a fully grown adult signs a contract, they must abide by that contact. The structure of our society depends on this. Saying "I didn't understand it" or "I was forced into it" wouldn't fly in any other scenario. I can't wrap my head around how a legal contract can be thrown out on the decision that one person (a corrupt family court judge) can make on a whim.

I disagree. I am also from the US and UK chicks are definitely bottom of the barrel. Did you hear about the uproar around the Protein World ad in their subway showcasing a healthy-bodied female? The backlash was insane. The ugly/fat has permeated that society beyond redemption.

It's hard to avoid a billboard/poster, but my advice for other items: Delete ALL porn files you have (videos, pictures, etc.) Get off of most social media (especially Instagram which seems to be mostly a platform for female validation on extreme steroids) If you can't help yourself from browsing to websites, use a free blocker tool like K9 Web Protection. Set it to block all porn sites. Then use futureme.org to email the password to yourself 1-3 months from now.

Another tip if you're banging randoms: use a cheap condom with the Fleshlight. Hopefully, you're only using it once or twice a week at most. And by using the condom with it, you become used to condoms, which are important if you're banging randos.

Delete that drive. ALL OF IT. I have tried to cut porn for the last 4 years. I had it all on a hard drive. I even put it in the trunk of my car to keep myself away from it. But I would always relapse after about a week and then go on a binge. Only by deleting every single file and throwing away the hard drive was I finally able to get over it. In that moment of 'Select All', 'Shift+Delete', 'Yes', I finally felt power over it, like I conquered something. Trust me. Delete it all. Just fucking do …

The reality is that it is the best time ever to be a man. The hamster wheel is going to fly around extra fast now, about some mythical culture that existed a long time ago. Even as recent as 300+ years ago, men of the aristocracy class had a 25% chance of dying from violence. Stats for commoners are not available because in most places an aristocrat killing a commoner was not considered a crime and no one really cared what happened to commoners. When I get around to it, I will write a post on th…

It depends entirely on the relationship. Is she a drama queen using you as an emotional tampon? Or is she a cool chick who likes to be your 'wingman' and help you get other girls? Huge difference there. A girl wingman can be an incredible asset in getting other girls. They're obviously rare, but they exist, if only temporary. I had one in my life for awhile.

Nice FR. It is encouraging me as a fellow 31-year old former serial LTR-er. Im sure the fact that you were telling yourself this girl is just practice killed the neediness vibe she gets from other guys. TL;TR: keep text game short, DNGAF/enjoy the moment, and learn to cook! Great story and congrats on the flag! It've spent a good amount of time being an expat and it's amazing to me how much girls will open up to you. A lot of it has to do with the fact that you come from different societies, so there is little risk in letting go and being completely 'human' (as you say) with each other. Six months later she contacted me and said that after talking to her therapist she realized I raped her the first time we had sex. This is the scariest part. Women are easily influenced. A few men high up in my industry expressed to me that they wish they had done that in their youth. This is spot on. Pre-RP, I had a bad habit of instantly getting into LTRs with girls after we had sex because at the time I thought "why not?" Now it is clear why this is a bad idea. Ensuring that she earns your commitment gives the LTR a better chance of actually being a healthy relationship.

The price and quality of pussy varies significantly around the world. Based on what I have read about London, it is quite possibly the worst major cities to pick up a high quality chick. I say this especially after the protest against Protein World's advertisement in the subway. This is absolutely correct. Slapping "good" and "bad" labels on things is a simpleton's way of thinking. You are right in that TRP theory is above that. While being masculine and an asshole are typical traits of a "bad boy", you can be masculine (set boundaries, lead, be aggressive, etc) without being an asshole.

Very nice post, I didn't know Trump approached his relationship like that, I'm not surprised though. As you said, this is an excellent model for the average guy to apply to a LTR. If she is not making your life easier, cut her out of your life. I wish I had that advice years ago. Thanks.

There's a lot of good advice in this thread, but I'm going to take a shot in the dark here: if you watch porn regularly, STOP. Quit it completely for at least 1 year. Delete it all. Use K9 Web Protection to block websites you visit and give someone else the password. It's possible porn has caused your dopamine receptors to diminish into oblivion, making you numb to everything. The good thing is that they grow back and you will start to enjoy things more. I speak from experience. Also, do a physi…

The whole point of TRP is to be in that 20%. Most guys don't have a clue on how to present themselves. While chicks spend hours every day on manufacturing their looks (make-up in the morning, shopping for fashionable clothes, editing their pictures for social media, etc.). Work on yourself as a man and get there. Also "looks" to women includes status. If just looking at pictures: Is the man wearing a suit? Is he doing an adventurous activity with friends? These things elevate a mans "looks" or a…

Nice FR OP. Good work. Talking to them and then going back to your friends was a good move here. As for the "you look bored" opener- a better line may be "you look like you're having more fun than anyone here" with a slight smirk. This isn't as negative and can be taken either as sarcastic, or literally. She can respond a number of different ways, giving you insight into her mood, etc. so you can play that up.

Very well written and great info. Your first paragraph is absolutely spot-on, I never thought of how RP society was in the past. It really is the natural way of things. Great analysis on tasks too. If she says it while we're banging, I might respond with something like "I fucking love you too!" in an aggressive tone so it is more animalistic rather than romantic (maybe spank her while I say it). Scandinavia has fairer laws. Denmark was a simple 50/50 until just recently. http://cphpost.dk/news14/national-news14/parliament-to-end-50-50-child-custody-rule.html They modified it so that the child could choose to spend more time with one parent than another. That said, in the US, children are seen as cash cows. Withholding a child from your ex entitles you to more money based on your ex's salary. It's just bizarre to think about. The documentary Divorce Crop has additional information.

If we were to enact a law that says each parent gets 50% custody no matter what, then there wouldn't be anything to argue about. This would help significantly. Child support laws are so fucked up in the USA. The more time the woman spends with the child, the more money she gets. She is financially incentivized to keep the father's child from him. It's just terrible. There are other developed countries where custody is a simple 50/50, child support is based on what the child needs and not the hig…

How often do you see a rich, successful man drowning in pussy being an asshole, as opposed to a rich, successful man who's not? I'm not talking about what you might see in the media, but what you've seen in real life? I personally know more of the latter than the prior. Unfortunately, all the rich, successful men I know are married. Being an outright asshole definitely won't score you any points. Solid post and advice. Women really do respond well to strong decisiveness and commands (being subtle of course, as you said). It's an ongoing process to undo the "niceness" programming. I'm still working on it. Posts like this help. Thanks.

More and more likely these days. Especially with the family courts where there is no jury. One person, the judge, can decide what you give her on a whim.

I could barley stomach both of those. 1 in 5 is complete bullshit, unless "drunken regret = sexual assault". I remember now why I don't watch CH anymore. Side note: I was talking with some female friends who I've known since college (I'm 31 now), and they have mentioned how they think now they were sexually assaulted back in college at some point. They were simply referring to times both they and the guy were drunk. That was called a "drunken hookup" 10 years ago, now it's sexual assault. Unreal…

The OVERT captain / first mate dynamic is so important, nice emphasis on that. She has to be willing to let others know that you make the decisions. She must be unquestioningly loyal. I must disagree on one point however. With modern laws and in modern society, I see marriage and children as independent things. There is no need to sign that three way contract (you, her, government) in order to have kids. If the woman is fully committed to building a life with you and isn't bought into the system…

Great list. I have been doing most of these except I have been putting off #6: creating something every day. I'll make it a point now to not go a day without contributing at least a small piece to one of my projects. Also, I love the wording in #7. There are so many people who want to drain your time (i.e., turn your day into a 'nothing' day). Many of these people have good intentions (e.g., friends want to hang out and drink for the 1000th time). I've learned to politely decline, unless I stron…

Masturbate (with lube) when your cock starts taking over your thought processes, and don't watch porn. If you've got plates, no need to fap. This right here. I too tried No Fap for awhile, but I would lose focus on whatever I was doing anytime I saw a decently hot chick. I have now switched to porn free and only fap about once a week (whenever I start thinking mainly with the other head), and I have noticed an improvement in my self control when having sex with actual girls.

I saw a video awhile back that many actors (Hugh Jackman, Chris Evans, Ryan Reynolds, etc.) eat a shit load of chicken breasts. Like, as much as they possibly can. They all said it wasn't appetizing, but they put on mad lean muscle.
/r/TheRedPill01/11/15 03:56 AM
2

It's pretty simple. Try to eat mainly lean meats (chicken, fish), eggs, vegetables, and nuts. Cut all sugar, breads, pasta, etc. Drink ONLY water, coffee, & tea (no chemical-laden energy drinks). If you must drink alcohol, stick to vodka sodas. It's much easier said than done, especially when cravings arise. But stick to this for awhile and you'll lose the fat.

I came here expecting to hear she wanted to do some bullshit like ellipticals, eat salad, and drink shitty sugar/chemical-loaded "Vitamin" Water. Don't worry too much about cardio. For weight loss, you must cut out sugar. Sodas, fruit juices, energy drinks, cookies, cakes, ice cream, etc. your body is a machine and you only get one so start today by only giving it nutritious fuel. It will suck at first, big time, but if you stick with it, you will become used to healthy food and sugary stuff will disgust you. Limit your consumption of empty carbs too- bagels, white bread, tortillas, etc. These have little nutritious value for the calories…

Example: When I was powerlifting, I could do 3 sets of 250 lb barbell benchpress on a flat bench for sets of 6. When I switched to bodybuilding, I'll often only do 135 - 150 lbs for 4 sets of 10 with explosive upwards movement with a much narrower grip. I've found this has helped me tack on a lot of mass in the areas that were missing, specifically in the inner chest and upwards towards the clavicle. Holy shit... We agree to follow their actions, not their words. That doesn't mean they always contradict one another. Sometimes what they say ("guys who approach and say hi have balls") and what they do (go on dates with and fuck said guys) are the same. Of course, this implies that your SMV is high enough (get fit, dress well, get a nice haircut, look clean, commanding voice, eye contact, etc.).

Exactly this. We need examples OP. It sounds like you are misinterpreting holding frame. Holding frame prevents arguments and cools the situation. Great quotes and advice. Thank you. My issue is likely just being used to instant gratification and constant distraction (internet, checking phone, etc.). Ah. I get it. A HB8 who dresses modestly and is a bit nerdy (smart, shy) can certainly be a high quality girl. Because of this, you're taking the time in considering what to message to her. Best case scenario, she replies and you meet. If you've been talking to other girls, you will be more relaxed and naturally confident. She will pick up on this because AWALT. It's a cliche answer, but moderation in everything. Certainly work some fun into your routine, but if you feel you're about to lose the balance, you probably are and need to dial it back. This is totally different. Slaves of the past would be tortured or killed if they disobeyed. This guy needs to stand up to his wife. He says he cannot afford to file divorce papers... wtf? Ignorance is bliss... until it's not. Some people can go a long time ignoring reality and have success for awhile. However, they are driving blind, and like driving blind, eventually you will crash. This is one of the biggest realizations TRP gave me. What I would give to have this knowledge a decade ago. It completely explains their irrationality and why using logic to fix a "problem" (that's not really a problem - just some bullshit conjured up to feel emotion) never works and often backfires.

Engineering is a solid career choice. It is a wide enough field that you should be able to find something that is challenging that you are somewhat interested in. Even if not, work for a few years and save like crazy. Look at possible side businesses or consulting. Use the money you've saved to invest in areas that give you passive income. Get to the point where you don't have to work. It may take years (depending on your commitment and investment choices), but what else is there? You could just…

Good answer. I like the comparison to Kino. It has to be perceived by the other person as natural and part of your personality. If it's not already, then "fake it until you make it" applies, just don't let fuck ups set you back.

The TRP philosophy has its roots in human biology and evolution so everyone can benefit from taking it in. Since your goal is to attract women, I can definitely see some of the advice being relevant. Check out the side bar on TRP if you haven't already. Good luck!

1) Pick up a hobby where you interact with women. Any co-ed team sport will do (kickball, volleyball, etc.). Find a team with attractive women and schedule social outings to build team morale. 2) Check meetup.com for healthy activities that allow for socializing. Hiking is a great example. 3) If you still have a decent friend network and your own place, consider hosting a monthly "wine and game social night" or something similar. Play things like Cards Against Humanity, Cranium, etc.

You are way over generalizing. I drank moderately in my 20s (vodka tonics - I was health conscious in college), and still drink moderately in my 30s. No change really. Great post. As with many RP teachings, this applies to work as much as with women. I have historically been timid and anxious. Being more bold and assertive while building strong professional relationships at work is something I am focusing much of my energy on these days. This is a common scenario. Attractive women can be attracted to and lock down a servant BB when they're young. The problem is that without TRP concepts applied to maintain the marriage, it is likely to eventually erode over time. It happens slow and can take 10+ years. Commonly know as "fell out of love" or "grew apart", it's often not noticeable until it teeters on divorce. Or sometimes no divorce at all, but just "friends" that are married. This is a hugely common scenario among middle-aged me…

You can probably chalk that up to evolution and biology. In the not too recent past (few thousand years ago), humans lived in tribes. Being shamed and ousted from your tribe was probably the worst thing that could happen to you as it likely meant a slow death via starvation. By contrast a quick death may be welcome. Edit: So the fear of rejection comes from hundreds of thousands of years of evolution before that. Use logic to overcome that and realize rejection is not bad, but in fact healthy an…

You've really hit the nail on the head here OP. Escapism is definitely what has slowed my progress in self improvement. Still working on that. The challenge, as you said, is when reducing or removing a fantasy doorway (e.g., video games, porn), to not immediately open another one in it's place (e.g., randomly surfing the web, Netflix) to get that constant dopamine high.

Spot on. Interestingly enough, Thailand relentlessly exposes alpha/beta tendencies. Thai ladies will throw constant shit tests at you like they're pitchers in baseball, but because of the culture, you can hit home runs every goddamn day, or be beaten to a bloody pulp like that poor sack in the movie. Translation: if you are a MAN in Thailand, you can clean up like nobody's business. But if you are a soft, weak, gullible beta, you will be taken advantage of by everyone.

This is so true. I inadvertently pissed off a plate a few days ago. She was "yelling" at me over text to fuck off (she got offended because I said I didn't care about having sex with her). My parents have a similar relationship. My father is very logical and likes intellectual debate among different topics. When I bring up the countless points about how marriage is a raw deal for me, his only rebuttal is "you are just not ready" and ends the conversation. I think he doesn't want to discuss it with me further because he can sense it's not about me not being ready, it's that I'm right.

Only I was too nice I politely reject her offer for dinner one night as I thought I could control it an solidify a "friendship". This was pre-TRP. Of course when I did not have sex with her, he attitude changed. Luckily she got over it after a few weeks. But the lesson learned is just simply to keep it professional at work. This is i…

Everything in the Divorce Reality section is absolutely horrifying. Especially the entire Divorce Corp video. I had to get a drink halfway through. The contrast between the cost of divorce in US vs Scandinavia is staggering. Perfect equal asset division in Iceland alimony limited to $1k/month for up to 1 year, cost of divorce is often just a "stamp on a letter". Every now and then (every 1-3 months) they'll visit to mingle with their old friend circle and then bang me at night (loving that none of their friends know). With plates like this, it's easy to get up to 10. There is no maintenance involved other than some texts now and then.

Not if you don't put in the work. The most girls I've plated at once was 3 and it was stress free because I had deep abundance mentality and I felt free so I was fun to be around. I would turn one down for sex because I already had another coming over. They could sense that I genuinely DNGAF and that drove them wild to impress me and I rarely had to put up with any shit test. IMO - plating 1 girl is more work than 3+ girls.

Women don't think logically like that. The reason is that the girl will fall into the role to reflect how the guy acts. If the guy is romantic, then she will act like a princess that is entitled to special treatment. Also, she will think that a "romantic" guy wouldn't want a girl who sleeps with him so easily. In her mind, he wants a princess who is above that. If instead of being a typical romantic, the guy teases her, doesn't put up with any shit test whatsoever, and escalates (kino, playfully…

A lot of family law lawyers don't like to represent fathers because it is so depressing and such a losing battle. Representing moms is big business though and easy. Holy shit. There's a term "final nail in the coffin", as in that's the last straw. Well, the coffin on marriage for me has long been nailed shut and had a lot of additional nails put in after that. But this right here is a sledge hammer has just destroyed that coffin. Never ever ever get married.

What's worse is that even if she won't or doesn't know those things on her own at first, you can bet her lawyer does. It's the lawyers job to exploit the system as much as possible to extract the most money out of the other partner. I had a friend who's wife didn't want child support to be part of the divorce, but the lawyers demanded it. Talk about signing a contract with the state!
