Regardless of personal opinion, the sole purpose of many living organisms is to be born, reproduce, and die. That travels from the smallest single celled creatures all the way through the animal kingdom with varying complexity, and it would be incredibly narcissistic to believe it didn't apply to humans. Thoughts aside, our sexuality does take up an enormous part of our lives.

I think age is more of an issue in that context with women. Its a mix of jealousy, like previously mentioned, and also the subconscious knowledge that they will not be able to act that way at 50, even if they want to. Its the reason women are the ones who push for marriage, the reason women push for kids. definitely do some research before you start to make sure its something you definitely want to pursue. It really only works if you keep doing it, well, and regularly. If you only do it when you need it, you wont find it beneficial at all. I would say do some reading, maybe look into people in your situation and see if it worked for them. Then set aside some time everyday, and take some classes. You really wont regret it. It can only help :)

I can't emphasize this point enough. Meditation can help with all kinds of issues. Mental and physical. I would absolutely consider it to be a part of being fit, it can really help maintain balance.

I think that legal equality may be necessary, simply because we are outnumbered to fight that battle, but social equality will never be achieved. It is unnatural, and despite female belief, undesirable. Even though they try to skew the laws towards their favor, women will never be equal in a human, social sense.

Theres a big difference from being physically submissive and emotionally submissive. Having a girl do all the brunt work while you lie back and enjoy it is maybe physically submissive but definitely emotionally dominant.

I didn't mean this post as a cover all guide to mental clarity. That is obviously far too complex. I meant it more as a small window into an interesting topic which can absolutely help further the capabilities of the mind. Its the same way protein powder, for instance helps the body. Whey wont give you muscles, but it can help.
