Let me preface this by saying I'm no TRP master or anything. I'm a student of this whole thing and I want to present an idea I had.

It's common knowledge that the nature of a shit test is that it's a rapport break. It creates distance between you and your woman so that she can gauge whether you either confidently deal with that momentary separation, or, like a beta, rush to try and close the gap.

In a way, one could consider saying goodbye, then, the biggest rapport break. Given the proper context, that would make it a shit test.

I was talking with a girl today over Facebook, and she mentioned that she had work and had to go. We'd been going pretty strong until that point. I decided to treat it like a shit test as an experiment. Instead of just going "aight see you!", I responded by flipping pressure and going "Good, I was concerned you had nothing better to do than text me."

This surprised her, and she went, "Wow. It's not like you were the only person I was talking to anyway." I figured I wouldn't respond after that and just let the gap stay open.

Help me refine this idea. Am I on the right track or not?
