That is a good point!. Because ones own relationship with that person will be formed/could be tainted with the ex-talk. Better after a while. But is probably is a difference between 2 hours or 5 minutes which normally it comes up. "Why did you move there?" my ex bla bla. ah okay, long time together?/recent breakup. Relevant info. I like to remind myself to be grateful for the exes. Without them I wouldnt meet them today.

you can be unfortable with yourself and that is okay. A bad day etc etc. The trick is to be okay with that. and not to "take" from others. Just give. without wanting the deed/compliment/attention back. Not all wiill love you is good advice. I made the misstake when young believing all are the same. Nope. Not at all. But most people you can have an enjoyable convo with. This became something for me: There is something worth talking about/knowing about them. Maybe they had a particular experience …

srsly though, What is the problem with exes? It kind of becomes warped but It is interesting imo to hear what type of relationships they had and how they handle breakups etc. Says a lot about their personality and heart/mind. But yeah, navigation instruments are not so reliable when navigating those waters. Too much, too little. You never know what they react to and how much.

Great! It becomes easier to date if you just talk to people. It allows you to give and enjoy conversations without a purpose other than to have fun. It will lead to other part aswell. Take baby steps with more people and you will find yourself more comfortable. And learn to ask open ended questions and listen to the answers and follow up with curiosity and remember to relate it to yourself as to maintain a balance. And let yourself enjoy the answers, without thinking about the next step.

Where: tinder, Bars, etc etc. How: I dont mind pointing out something if they look like someone or if I am genuine about a perfume, clothes, vibe etc. But I do analyze my interest and act on it. I dont expect anything back other than it feels good to give to other people. I do this to anyone though. The trick when giving compliments is to do it specifically. When I go out alone I mostly do bar hopping as it makes many new encounters possible. One beer, one bar :) and tbh it doesnt matter what yo…

They are not the same. Showing interest is not needy. It is how often, why and how you do it. Think of showing interest like this: "You give because you have value to give". The problem is by not being needy we could end up not talking to strangers at all. Or by stressing interest showing we end up doing it "too much". I think the key is to approach those you are genuinely interested in, and doing so in an acceptable way for them and you and the situation without demanding in return. Show it, bu…

Needing can also be translated into our needs not being met.I would say start by analyzing the neediness. If I attack great value to say communication as it by me considered a virtue. She on the other hand does not, it is easy to see how my needs are not being met.So how would a healthy person react to this?Either by drawing a line. Either by begging or by patiently accepting the other person and give them the opportunity to change. Too often neediness is wanting something/forcing something from a…

What do you find funny? Enjoy that and refine it. Can you find something fun in a conversation. A fun joking manner can be disarming and inviting. It says you can trust me and that people can be free around you. And do cultivate jokes about yourself. I mean with this that you can laugh with others aswell. If you can do this without being selfdefeating it says you have value. And guide the conversation with humour to have it light and amusing. And amuse yourself. I like quick comparisons and absu…
