Exactly. If he had no code he'd be raping whoever he wanted.

Is it really a moral code if it requires reciprocation? That's just having unreasonable expectations.

It's all true. A sad fact that TRP hides from is that not all men can be successful alphas. That being said, what should one do who finds himself in that position? I believe self improvement holds intrinsic value, so when I work to build a better body, or advance my career, I am doing it to become a better person, not just to fuck bitches.

Have you tried doing nofap for an extended period of time? Many people find that it improves their cognitive abilities.

I think the problem is more about negotiating desire than about what chores people do. Sane people don't clean their house so that someone will fuck them. They do it because it is good to be clean and orderly.

Not entirely. They engage the brain differently than more addictive forms of entertainment such as video games and TV.

I prefer the one where on each floor a sign says continue on to success, and eventually she ends up on the roof with an ugly naked guy that says his name is Sess.

It isn't. Some would consider it immoral. This sub isn't concerned with fairness or morality.

That's definitely too far, but the original does have genuinely inhuman proportions. Why does it have to be so extreme?

The point of free speech is primarily about being able to speak against the government. It's not about having well informed arguments.

It's a slow change where the average becomes a 5. A 7 back in pre fat times would have had to be more than not fat. Now, a woman can be a 7 just by not being fat.

Let's be real. The main reason people don't travel more in life is because it is extremely expensive. If you have the luxury of wealth, then by all means you should be traveling, but those who don't aren't staying home because they're inherently boring people. Edit: Also, it is beneficial to travel with a purpose. I gained much more traveling as a missionary to impoverished areas than I ever did traveling as a tourist.

Let's not turn TRP into a religion. This is the last place I expected a lecture on morality. Who are you to define what makes good and bad people?
/r/TheRedPill14/06/15 05:27 PM

It is simply irrelevant, as the characters in the story don't play by the rules of reality. Generally, younger and less experienced TRP members feel the need to post such things.

You are incorrect. http://yourbrainonporn.com/doing-what-you-evolved-to-do There is evidence that porn and being a fucking wanker is detrimental, not that anyone should need it. I think you missed something major on the fitness thing. If you are at all overweight, your goal should be to lose the fat first. You should be focused on proper diet and exercise related to that goal. An only lifting workout routine is not ideal for fat loss. It is better to be a string bean than a buff chunkster, not that you have to do either.

That's literally unattainable for the majority of men (see unicorn). Any women who works out enough to be in shape (enjoys it) is at worst a 7, since almost all women are at least 10 pounds overweight. Every requirement you add drops the total number of people. For those of us guys who aren't tall or rich, even if we're in great shape (I'm in this category), we'll never be more than a 7. In this lies the problem. As a 7 (max, pretty much no matter what I do), I can never be 2 points above a woma…

I agree. Its almost unfathomable for me to think how much better the middle class used to have it. Whenever I mention this people say things like "what should we do, become communist?" And I just say, we should just do what we did 50 years ago and stop shitting on the middle class. That's true, but it may be a bit too absolute. I've met loads of people younger than me who have more life experience, and plenty more people older than me with far less experience. This post doesn't apply specifically to every aspect of life. If you want to get into a good college, you need good grades, even if you don't like the class. The problem with these kinds of positivist generalities is that they often ignore the more complex situations of life in favor of cover all, quotable solutions. Often times, we benefit from delayed gratification (exercise is a prime example). Think of your classes like a workout. Even if you're not into it, you're doing it for a larger futu…

It's too bad we used that name. It makes it harder to take it all so seriously. This sub is named after the fucking matrix. Might as well name the place Gryffindor and talk about how we're casting spells on women.

It's just slang. It's a way of saying fuck boy, which is similar to saying little bitch.

Unless I'm mistaken, you need to be extremely outwardly attractive (8+) for the strong silent type to work. Otherwise you will just seem like a creepy fuccboi.

Hanging out with them is doing self damaging things with them. It is what (and usually all) they do.

If you don't do those things with them, you aren't associating with them. We are describing the same thing.

They will infect you. While you hit the gym and cook healthy, they eat out and play video games. Why associate with them?

Have you ever been fat? I used to be fat and lost weight (60 lbs). Seeing fat people bothers me because it is a reminder of what I allowed myself to be, and I understand the lazy ignorance required for them to maintain their debauchery. I try to use this energy as motivation. tl;dr I understand what OP meant by that statement.

1984 is too extreme. It will be more like Fahrenheit 151, where people become willingly stupid and obedient.

TRP is not a religion, and it barely qualifies as a philosophy. While it is a great tool for improving quality of life, it cannot, and is not intended to provide meaning to life.

That being said, as a man I do not like to rely on the government to protect me. I think guns should be allowed on campus so that the non-criminals (like myself) can use self defense. If the current policy (banning guns on campus) worked, there would be no shootings.

You should do a calorie counting diet. I used to be a buff chunkster as well, but since losing weight I learned that there is nothing noble about that body. It is simply a result of a lazy lifestyle. All it takes to be a buff chunkster is weight lifting and overeating. Trust me, this is from personal experience.

You are assuming everyone else has your same motivations. I'm glad your being honest with yourself, but nobody is required to share your same mindset. I'd be perfectly happy with a stack of Nobel prizes and a 1500 pound bench max.

AWALT and AMALT are just manifestations of human nature. We have the choice to turn away from our instincts and animal desires, but it is a safe bet that people aren't going to.

I feel similar to what you describe. I have some experience, but at my current age, most women I meet will have had about 3 times more. What it comes down to is decision acceptance. If you are like me, you have the choice between being alone or being with slutty women. It sucks, but that's just how it is. Pick one and move on.

I'm in your same position. I work with a small company of mostly men and I'm not one for the bar scene. All I can say is avoid online dating like the plague, it's only valuable for women and top 20% men. Unless you are top 20, then go for it.

Obviously its a short term strategy since its based on total bullshit, but I think I may give it a try. Like you said, if it's for a short term thing it shouldn't really matter that it's not true.

Let's be honest. The things that you are mentioning are small and old compared to the atrocities committed by ISIS. I know that you want to hate Christians, but try to see the obvious truth. Isn't that what this sub is about? Realizing that reality isn't always exactly what you want it to be, and learning to accept that?

I disagree. In China they lock people up for religious beliefs. That's not particularly civilized. They're too much of a control state to qualify.

The lack of logic and reliance on emotion in this post is astounding, especially considering that the writer attempted to write it in a logical and even historical manner. Just because the writer's parents forced him or her to go to Sunday school growing up does not put ISIS and Evangelical Christians on the same level. There is such an obvious difference between someone who will kidnap/torture/behead/rape/murder you and someone who will pester you with the gospel that only a fool could equate t…

I'm just an idiot on the internet, but I'll give you my 2 cents. Your thrice daily wanking routine could actually be increasing your drive. It might take more self control than you are willing to muster, but cutting that back could be to your benefit. In my experience, that particular urge can be like eating. I used to be fat (60 pounds overweight), and when I was fat, I always told myself that I couldn't lose weight because I would get too hungry. Upon starting my diet, I did get hungry at firs…

Thanks for the advice. I changed my main picture to one of myself and one of my female friends a few days ago, and noticed a subtle increase in matches. As a student with little money, I can't do a lot to pretend to be rich, but once I start working in a few months I should be able to change that.

What do you guys use as your profile descriptions? I'm in far better physical shape than most guys my age (22), and have some quality photos up. Be that as it may, I've found Tinder to be a shit show. I know I'm doing something wrong, but I don't know what it is.
