A woman who finds herself pregnant decides to abort her baby when she finds out it's going to be a boy.

When she finds out she lashes out at the cab driver offering her a ride home when he shows genuine concern and then;

My home became my prison and my fetus became my warden the next 48 hours. Crying, sobbing, uncontrollable weeping, mental anguish the likes of which may only be experienced by those who have had their lives destroyed by war, I was a refugee, and my home was my refugee camp, an unfamiliar place that was just….sheltering me.

Your first reaction may be anger or disgust but it should go beyond that. This is a woman that had

one encounter with a man who blasted her for attending an Occupy Wall Street rally led to her making the decision to abort her baby after finding out that it was a boy.

After getting over her self pitying cryfest;

I started regaining some of my mental strength and knew what I had to do,” the woman continued. “I couldn’t bring another monster into the world. We already have enough enemies as it is. It didn’t matter that I would be raising a son, he would still come into contact with boys, men, perhaps even the suit jockey who would inevitably twist his carefully constructed upbringing with their kindness. He would think ‘These men aren’t so bad, why would mom say that they are holding me down?’ Not all men are bad, my driver showed genuine concern for my well-being that day and I may have taken my anger out on him. That may have been uncalled for. But I knew what I had to do.”

This isn't about MRAs, Red Pill or anything but why is it that some people are so taken in by the propaganda of feminism to believe that such a reaction and such following actions are ok? An argument could be made that modern feminism is doing more harm than good to people when, rather than accept their personality flaws and overcoming them like normal people they are allowed to wallow in them until they can't manage themselves in society?

I'm pro choice but the idea of aborting a fetus because of its gender disgusts me. We are surrounded by weak people that will rationalize any self centered, hateful behavior to remove any guilty conscience. Similarly. they will rationalize any behavior of people they are biased against to be evil. A man walking across the street could be a disgusting example of privilege while a woman burning down a house and killing someone is fighting the patriarchy.

This is not to say that anyone should have a license to do what they want because other people will define your actions as they wish anyway, but keep in mind when people guilt you for what they see as offenses that they are rationalizing it to fit their needs rather than seeing it for what it truly is.
