Yeah I tried that and then she kept making up issues just to keep me around. She literally said that I am one of the most important persons in her life and that she cannot bear not having me in her life. I just agreed to contact again because my manager is starting to get suspicious. I’ve been told from people around the office that they can see ‘our chemistry and the sparks flying’. Little do they know that the fire is out and that it’s just rope dancing.

I’ll take your points into consideration. The underlying concept makes sense but as mentioned, we are kinda close by default (co-workers who used to have sex). On the other hand, my value to her and her state of mind make up a lot. So I see your point.

Don’t worry. As mentioned, I went on with my over options. I will stop investing in that girl as it is clearly her move from now on. There is a work relationship (and former physical) involved here so obviously I want to keep it polite here. To underline your argument, best thing to do though is just move on and give a fuck. She’ll eventually realize that and start crawling back if interested.

Thanks for your advice guys. In hindsight I should’ve gone with just not answering at all. I see your point in make her think that I’m mad at her by not answering is a good thing - after all I can just play her down that I wasn’t mad at all when she asks. I told her to get well soon and take a rest. I’m gonna go with no reply next time a girl rejects me like that! Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Terrible advice. Height lifters just gonna make you feel like you are too short and automatically destroy your game. Who cares about height? I’m 170cm (what’s that 5’7’?) and I barely notice if a girl is 175 or 165. Of course if she’s super tall you gonna notice but then again why would I go for a girl that’s so tall. Just be yourself. Be content with the way you are. You’re a guy, the average girl will be same height or slightly shorter, so you still got plenty of girls to bang.

What I meant with "everything wrong" afterwards was that I actually told her that I wanna be with her and she told me that she needs time to figure things out and is not interested in a relationship and believes that me and her wouldn't have worked out anyway.
