Share a lane so I'm assuming swimming? If that's the case while on the wall say something along the lines wow what a hard set huh? Or talk about the sport after practice.. compliment his athletic ability and ask for technique advice. For example you can say, nice drop on that last set, you have a great stroke, any tips on how I can improve? Once you break the ice it gets easier to talk..you have alot in common it seems so should be easy to have a conversation on mutual interests.

Yes it's harder when you feel like you are leaving not only him, but the family, and the fantasy of the life you wanted with him. Give yourself time to grieve and look at the positive aspects you stand to gain by moving on without him. A man who loves you without judgement and wants to give you babies. Strangers on the internet can give you advice but the bottom line you have to do what is right for you. You have to look at yourself in the mirror everyday and be happy with the choices you've mad…

I agree with the rest of the posters, as you mature and interests change in life so will your social circle. I find it harder to make friends as an adult then I did as a kid. However, I found a wonderful group through a sporting activity (which is an interest of mine). My advice is to seek out places or events that are of interest to you and you will meet people.

I've tried online dating, and it's not my cup of tea either. However i think it has some positive attributes like learning how to hold a conversation if you are shy and not used to speaking with men. Meeting someone organically is much preferred and my advice on that it to just get out and do things you enjoy. You will meet someone with similar interests. I met a wonderful gentlemen through a mutual friend during a sporting activity we all joined.

Go with your gut instinct on this situation. Think of it this way..the longer you wait around for will to decide if he wants marriage and kids with you (which doesn't sound like, because he's holding a grudge about pete), the older you will get which makes it more difficult to find someone. Trust me. I waited 10 years on a man and finally left. If you want marriage and kids, leave the toxic relationship, take time to heal and love yourself. Then find yourself a great guy who wouldn't hesitate to…

Me too! I've tried chasteberry and it has helped (go see a naturopathic Dr), stay away from non organic dairy/meats..i swear the hormones they inject in them to grow faster affects us. I also think eating as clean as possible (no preservatives etc) helps a great deal. I struggle with this alot as well and it's terrible. If your man is understanding and doesn't fault you for being a woman then that goes a long way...but it will wear him down. Try distracting yourself or isolating in another room …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
