I love these posts. Everyone wants to think they are special and different because bullshit

Men's rights sucks. It's just the male equivalent of feminism where a bunch of estrogen filled faggots bitch about everything.

Murdering sex drive is a good thing I'd say. Women are just a distraction and it's an unfortunate reality that I live in where my body biologically craves women. I wish it wasn't the case

The biggest issue is that basically everything has been covered already. So the posts either have to be covering something already known, like this post, or covering something related to changing times. For example posts about online dating around the time of the rise of tinder. Novel and timeless posts are very rare.

I actually wasn't trying to reference FR at all. What I mean is that some guy goes out and has something happen, then comes back and writes a theory post. That guy just talked to a GIRL he clearly has knowledge to add from a theory perspective. But yea I think the only way to browse this sub (starting about 2~ years ago) is to heavily filter out content. There was a point in time when I only read stuff from ECs because the rest was a waste of time. But I agree. Occasionally you find "gems" and o…

A lot of what is posted on TRP isn't actually Red Pill stuff. It's the manic thoughts of some guy that said hi to a girl and has been reading for a month and thinks he knows shit.

I'm happy I'm not a billionaire right now (sort of) because if I was than I wouldn't have done shit in my life and I'd be a complete loser right now. You don't need game to have a hot girl friend with a billion dollars. You don't need to be healthy or smart or fit or anything for life if you're rich, so you won't be. Struggle makes you stronger. Moral of the story is, just wire me the money so you can struggle and I'll hold onto it for you.

/r/askTRP13/07/17 01:58 PM

The one part I don't get is how they can reasonably think that TRP is making a serious impact to their normal gym experience. There are 213k subs, of which only a small percentage is probably actively using TRP in their life. So how big of an impact can TRP really have in the average gym goers experience? What percentage of the people they bitch about do you think are actually TRP members?

The point I'm trying to get across is, stop feeling like the world owes you something. You're an entitled millennial that thinks because you go to a good school that girls should love you for it. Instead of hoping for the world to change enact change in yourself. Although, always keep focusing on your studies, they are more important than women. I would dispute that too. You can be a 6 SMV and girls that are 4 will still want you. Your absolute SMV is less important than relative SMV
/r/askTRP25/06/17 01:37 PM

Yea, and "alpha" isn't defined as "top 20% physical attractiveness". You can be ugly and Alpha.
/r/askTRP25/06/17 01:34 PM

That's not true at all. You won't always be a wallet to them but that doesn't mean they won't try to access your wallet.
/r/askTRP25/06/17 10:28 AM

The idea of "this is what elderly people wish that had done differently" is so full of bias as to be completely irrelevant to figuring out happiness. It's like "this is the top 5 things that early 20s women want in a man". A completely useless resource.

So where should fruit fit into the no sugar diet? When I decide to do "no sugar", I just eliminate soda/candy/cake/etc. I'll occasionally "cheat" with orange juice. Then there are things I know I'm consuming that have sugar but in small amounts. For example, peanut butter and jelly is my favorite pre-workout food. I buy the cheap jelly and that has some sugar in it. So the question in my mind isn't "sugar vs no sugar" but rather, what is an acceptable amount of sugar.
/r/TheRedPill16/06/17 02:02 PM
3

Even zero added sugar is hard. But, i'm not 100% sure about this, but sugars in fruits are just as bad as artificial sugars. From Sugar the bitter truth he claims that the only reason that fruits are healthy is because they also have fiber and fiber counteracts the sugar. According to him, "nature packaged the poison with the cure". Idk exactly how to interpret that, though.
/r/TheRedPill16/06/17 03:38 AM

The hard part is to get literally ZERO sugar. Get basically no sugar, i.e. drinking no soda, eating no candy, etc is easy. But small amounts of sugar exist in everything we consume.

Let me explain some basic logic to you. The issue with a bank crime is not a concept of identity, in a bank robbery there is a loss of physical property, so saying they are "unidentifiable" is the most retarded thing I have ever heard of. The study you linked was from 1997 and is utterly wrong. It is the kind of study that I and the current research argue against. Anecdotally, my bloodwork came back much better afterwards while eating a diet heavy in cholesterol and fat. My blood pressure was around 150/90 and became 120/70. Also my LDL dropped and HDL stayed the same, which was already at an ok level.

This is a pretty good write up. Basically, we have been taught that dietary cholesterol and fat, specifically saturated fat, is bad for us. However, those are building blocks of testosterone and are important parts of our diets. The reason people think that they are bad is because dietary studies on these compounds didn't account for sugar. Do you know what has a lot of saturated fat? Donuts. They also have a lot of sugar. I focused on heavy compound lifts, doing frequent heavy squats and deadli…

I think that the most important thing any beginner can do is develop a strength foundation. I specifically chose stronglifts to accomplish this because of the simplicity. Over the course of 4 months he will certainly lose fat and gain muscle. His body won't look great but i'd argue strength training should always come before bodybuilding.

This is pretty interesting. Imagine that your number one goal was the be the best pick up artist alive. Not for me, but I'd respect it anyway. PUA could be seen as a hobby or skill. But even if your goal is to be able to bang as many hot girls as possible, you're still following this message since your goal is the be the best pick up artist and this girl is just along for the ride. So in this way, even when your goal is banging chicks, that girl isn't the main priority.

Let's preface this by saying I've been in a 3 year relationship with this woman. I'm 23 and she's 20. She's a liar, cheater, manipulative, emotionally abusive and now she's just started to be physically abusive. I'm not even reading the rest. If you don't know what to do then you're beyond gone.

I wish I had a thermometer to measure the water temp here. I've taken cold showers consistently in NYC and in mountainous Pennsylvania. 35 seems very uncomfortable, but it also sounds like a fun challenge.
/r/TheRedPill01/12/16 03:42 PM

I don't know what temperature my water is here, but I take a cold shower every day and I put it on the lowest I can get it. It feels fine on my body, but I can't leave my hands in the water too long or they start to freeze up, leading me to believe the temperature is probably <50 degrees F. And it's also 40 F outside. The cold temp from the shower is temporary, once you put on clothes you'll be warm enough to go outside.

/r/TheRedPill28/11/16 02:10 PM

Not that I know of. Just if I get less consistently than it starts to wear on me. Also I aim for 6 sleep cycles. Maybe I could work on getting less sleep but for now I want at least 8 hours a night.
/r/TheRedPill28/11/16 02:33 AM

I need at least 9 hours of sleep at night and about an hour to fall asleep, so waking up earlier than 7 isn't easily feasible. Over the summer I was waking up at 4:30 but went to bed at 6 pm. Would not recommend.

One thing that seems weird is, lets say you have a child at the age of 35 with a women that is 20. That's a 15 year age difference when the average life expectancy difference between men and women is already about 8~ years. Meaning that your children will have their mother for 23 years longer than they'll have their father.

I didn't compare him to an Olympic bodybuilder, I compared him to someone that someone that's been lifting for 4 months. This guy has a good body fat percent, that's it. His muscular definition is basically non-existent. His chest looks like a 12 year old boy. He has one stripe on his BJJ white belt.

Don't worry I never viewed "love" in the traditional blue pill sense. Obviously, although the terms are uncertain. Maybe I definitely understand the first point of marriage ruining chances with LTR. It's something that I will strongly think about over the years, but right now I want some sort of familial monogamy with a woman/wife. Don't worry. I am young and don't plan on getting married for at least 10+ years so I have time.

Yea, but having a close immediate family with a father and the mother is the best environment for raising children. What your saying is like a single mother preaching that it's empowering and beneficial to raise kids alone. Theoretically I could have a child and live with a woman and not be married but that also poses a set of problems.

God damn that is a lesson I wished I had learned earlier. There is a bond between father and son that is different than anything else in the world. My father is the only person I can trust absolutely, and will be the only person that I think will fit that bill (unless I get a son which is the sole reason I want to get married). Being a dumb kid I didn't appreciate my father as much as I should have, and I really wish I put forth a greater effort into his happiness instead of being a selfish bitc…

That is the same exact argument Hitler made during WWII. He said that the heroes, the ones that would die jumping onto a grenade to save their allies, are the people that we want in society, but through the act of being heroes, they die and thus don't pass along their genes.

Why are you limiting fat? I'm not a diet expert but that doesn't sound right. Anecdotally I started eating a ton of bacon. Almost a half pound a day. Lots of cholesterol and lots of fat. I almost immediately noticed a drastic increase in testosterone (significantly higher lebido, etc). For now, I'd say deload to 170-175 if 185 is too hard. It wasn't until 275 that i decided to deload because I felt my form was breaking down. You say you struggle with 185. Did you start at 185 or work your way up? What i'm saying is breaking the cycle requires one to put in work and dedication. The whole reason one would try this method in the first place is because they lack dedication. The sentence I am calling into question is the following, "I have also developed a system for these to work and you will not even need extra willpower of energy for it if you take your steps right". Why is it not a legitimate ideal to be a basement dweller? The only reason I don't want it is because I wouldn't want to be living under someone else's roof. It's an attempt to make a man more beta or see if he is beta already. Think of a guy that is interested in a girl and they are talking, she could throw him a compliance test like, "buy me a drink" or something like that. A lot of guys would buy her a drink then she'd just walk off. In this case, she's trying to see if he will fall in line. Will he start making her sandwiches and giving her foot rubs and treating her like she "deserves" to be treated.
/r/askTRP23/06/16 03:29 PM

I don't understand what you are saying. First of all, I have been an avid reader of TRP for over a year and have internalized it. Idk how you extrapolate my comment of slavery with something else. The idea that slavery is freedom of thought in a confined sphere comes from the notion of language and thought policing. Slavery in its most barbaric form is very inefficient. It has workers that are chained and don't won't to work being guarded by men. It's extremely costly. Now at the opposite spectr…

There is definitely a TON of science to back TRP up. Think about the author's claim that marrying later after a long courtship is good for reducing divorce. It can be objectively shown that he is wrong showing that statistics of marriages with multiple N-count partners do not last long. Then we can explain scientifically why this is the case. For example the role oxytocin plays in bonding. But yea, free press is good.

I was considering making a post about how people think. Summary would be that people get beliefs in their head for whatever reason. Maybe its from religion or societal pressure or where ever. Then, they make up logic to justify that belief. So they go belief -> logic instead of logic -> belief. If you try to use the EXACT SAME logic for another issue it's null and void since they don't have the same "feels" for it. They will just make up a different set of logic for that issue.

Honestly, it's kind of a curse. We should called it "Jennifer Lawrence Syndrome". It's in female nature to want to date up, but these women see themselves and the best the world has to offer. They are perfect. They are irreplaceable. In this sense they will never be happy because they will never find what they're looking for and they will never know why.

I've always known this and it always makes me depressed. Our world is an illusion, and we are all pawns. This might as well be 1984. The saddest part of all? The people in the system will never be willing or able to escape. Further, they won't even TRY to consider another point of view.

I don't know why you would view it that way. I'm not trying to deny her economic gain, i'm denying her gain at the expense of my family. I would applaud her for pushing herself to the max in a business venture. However, I WILL NOT allow her to take large sums of money from my mother.

We like to think that men have the more difficult road in gender sex relations, but thinking that way is the result of malecentric thinking/bias. Look at it from a girls perspective. The Red Pill is not PuA, the Red Pill is a fundamental shift in how one views gender relations and dynamics. Women and Men are equal, but they are drastically different in how they think, behave, and love. Once you get to a point where TRP is truly "internalized", you will start to view the world in a different way. You will see it how it really is, instead of how you want it to be. Girls no longer seem "crazy", but rather, predictable. As for how to implement it into your life, that is a far to…

Nah. I just started doing this today actually http://www.military.com/military-fitness/workouts/try-pushup-push-workout Managed to get all 200 in < 30 minutes. I did 5 x 20 then 10 x 10. Also, keep in mind, I could probably do a max of 40 in one set. I started taking my fitness seriously < 3 months ago. If I can do that without difficulty, anyone who has trained for a substantial amount of time should easily be able to get 700.

That is not an appeal to authority argument what the fuck? My argument is not, "these are our laws, therefore this is right". I completely disagree. IMO, a fourteen year old is too young to consent to sex. Although my point was more that, we have laws that say X, and he broke law X and deserves to be punished as the law indicates. Just because a man goes to jail doesn't make it a men's rights issue. Also, he violated his probation, so he should have went back to jail.
/r/MensRights05/12/15 03:14 AM
3

It was a hyperbole to show my point. Regardless, the point remains. So long as you believe that minors are too young to consent, we cannot support this. Others pointed out in other cultures how this is fine, and I get that, but this isn't Brazil or Canada, this is the United States and these are our laws. What the girl did is absolutely horrible, but that doesn't mean the guy is innocent either.

This guy shouldn't be getting so down voted. Obviously what this girl did is wrong, but we can't go around acting like having sex with fourteen years old is OK. People always like to bitch, "TRP is just AWALT posts and it's so old we all know AWALT you guys are just a bunch of losers who bitch about women". The reason why repeatedly posting AWALT is so important is because of how easy it is to forget. As soon as the chemicals and hormones start kicking in all bets are off. The best part about this story is that there is probably some guy who knows her and has a crush on her. Maybe she is working there while going through college. He admires her work ethic and dedication and intelligence. He sees her hot body and attributes it to her devotion to fitness, desire for a healthy lifestyle, and her superb athleticism. I try to do that. It's hard since I don't know how long it will take me to fall asleep. If I set aside an hour and it takes me only 20 minutes to fall asleep, I'll be 40 minutes into my next sleep cycle. Also, doesn't that just make you groggy when you wake up, but not actually affect you much after you get up?

I'd say that this all comes down to the fact that men appreciate and women depreciate. A men can be dealt a shit hand and work his ass off to improve himself and become an 8. A woman on the other hand only has so much to work with. Obviously she can greatly increase her SMV by staying health/physically fit, but she'll never be an 8.

This is the key point here. It all comes down to power. The less you care about something, the more willing you are to walk away from a negotiation, the more power you ultimately have. If you NEED something and can't just walk away from it, you will be charged like crazy to get it. Girls are to BB as cocaine is to drug addicts. They can ask for anything they want and will get it. The girls in that situation have all the power.

ere's what I don't understand, though. You said you believe it should be legal for a couple of 14 y/o's to have sex with one another. By extension, that also means that you believe they are capable of giving consent. Giving consent to each other. Not giving consent with an adult.
/r/MensRights29/04/15 06:13 PM
1

I said that an adult cannot have sex with a 14 year old, and that 14 years of age is too you to consent to having sex with an adult. Although I would argue that 14 year olds should be having sex period, I do no think it should be illegal for them to have sex with each other.
/r/MensRights29/04/15 05:53 PM
2

Yes. I discussed that in the second half of my statement. An adult that has sex with a 14 year old should always be considered rape. !4 years old is WAY too young to consent. It becomes even worse in the case of a teacher.
/r/MensRights29/04/15 04:58 PM
6

I don't feel like it's that arbitrary. Besides, the one point that seems to be over looked over and over is that this woman knew that her actions, by law, were statutory rape. It's not like this result is a surprise. The surprise for her is just that she got caught. Plus, how the hell can you say that a case where a 14 year old has sex with a 30 year old should be judged on a case by case basis? That is clearly wrong; 14 years old is WAY too young.
/r/MensRights29/04/15 02:55 PM

There is no reason to tell her why. You nexted her so for all intents and purposes she's out of your life. The only possible reason to explain why is to get some ego hard-on and feel good about yourself. You should be content enough with yourself to never have any conversation of sustenance with this girl again. As an example, think about when a girl gets dumped by a guy, and then she wants the guy to think that she doesn't miss him when she actually does. It's the same concept. You want her to …

Yea that's the point. The double standard is so engrained in society that it doesn't even come off as racist anymore. Do you know how many internships and seminars etc are available to women and minorities in STEM that aren't open to men? It's unreal

I commented this in the other post with no responses, so i'm going to comment it again here. This isn't something that we should be getting angry over or rallying around. This IS NOT some special event. Not even close. This stuff literally happens at my University every other week. I have no idea for the life of me why this one event is so special.

I don't know why this is even a story. This shit happens all the time, it's nothing special.

The best part of the article is when the authors indicates how female voters are 9 points less likely to vote for a male candidate than a female candidate regardless of ideology, incumbancy, etc. Whereas men were equally likely to vote for a man or woman.

Just tell her you don't like her anymore and want to break up. Don't explain anything to her at all. If she thinks you broke up with her because she was caught cheating then it's understandable. But if you break up with her just because you're bored with her, it will be a lot more impactful.

What is wrong with, "Thank about how all the guys felt the day after"? That's a perfectly acceptable and reasonable thing to say. I think if you're looking for the hormonal crybaby you should just look in the mirror.

Women could stand by men with lower SMV for dozens of reasons that don't go against AWALT. For example, maybe they are afraid to leave an abusive relationship. All of the reasons that come readily to mind are those of fear. Fear of societies judgement, fear of being alone, etc.

By moved on "100%" I just mean that I'm at the point where I realize that she isn't a girl that I want, and that I wouldn't date her now if I had the chance. Ofc I'm not entirely over it. It's like desiring something you don't even want.

I can't say I've approached 10, but even seeing other girls hasn't helped me to get over it.

The reason why I complain is because of the hypocrisy. Women behave in certain ways, the men of the red pill understand it, but women and betas chose to refute and deny it. It just gets annoying.

In the video the woman states how woman feel chronically less powerful, even it's as simple as sitting in a classroom and raising their hand. This fact provides some interesting context for feminism. Thoughts?

The other girls in that class are going to want your dick so badly now.
