Context:

  • Coworker displayed High IOI during the workplace ( feeling my back, shoulders & "abs" (don't have any, I just talk shit and she believes it)

  • Asked her out to a venue where we made out a few times.

  • She said I'm a bad kisser -> stops making out for the night

  • the night ended nicely from my perspective for both her and I after I reasserted what I wanted to do and disregarded her.

  • During the date. I lost a frame a few times, key notes were taken and I shall learn from my previous mistakes.

On the next shift I had with her after the date, she displayed very little IOI and stopped reciprocating the physical and verbal banter. Working with her feels awkward now since it's not the usual fun that we had before.

I still want to make sexual advances on this girl but I fear it may lead to oneitis. NEXTing her is on my mind but the key thing I want to ask is how to make things not awkward between us in the workplace. I want those good fun times to come back while I still get the chance to slap dat booty.
