Meditate 10 min a day. It gives you a calm sense of peace and ownership over your self and your life. Lifting is a form of meditation if you're really giving it when you lift. Do both !

22yo here as well. Took a quarter off school to go travel for 3 months. Plan to travel a lot more in the future. Nepal was my favorite. Great hostel with other young people 2.50 a night. Save a bit of money and you can go for a while. Play guitar on the street and do some odd jobs / work for hostels and you can go forever. Talk about freedom

The way I see it men are more grounded in simply who they are, like they are deeply sunk into their core. I can't say much for the legitimacy of all experiences. Many of them are metaphorical. What I will say is that initially the bulk of the RP truths that I discovered were from watching social interactions on LSD. I later found trp and had all my acid enlightenment confirmed. Not a big surprise considering the parallels between red pill matrix, alice in wonderland, drugs in general, etc. Gonna make a post about it sometime
