I've been big into self actualization and meditation, and it's been said time and time again that meditation is a huge frame strengthener. It's also been said that what good frame really is is becoming the best version of yourself (which is essentially self actualization).

My question is, what role does "building frame" and altering your ego intentionally have on the whole process of becoming your best self?

Isn't the idea that instead of artificially thinking to yourself "I'm such a baller I can get any of these girls" and trying to alter your current frame/ego state in order to win girls, you should just let go, get present, and tune in to your core desire etc?

What role does manually editing your world view have?

Also it's said that you have to of course be present in the moment to game girls (or even really have a conversation) - how are you supposed to apply game strategies if you're supposed to be present? Doesn't thinking about game make you go into your head?

Is everyone naturally alpha and able to game etc once their fear and blockages/inhibitions are gone? - aka someone who's basically enlightened?

Just need some guidance on putting all the pieces together.
