Very seriously considered it reached out to the Dridi line and spent about 8 hours there. I was released and have been on some anti-depressants they say it takes about a month or so to kick in but I don’t feel any changes yet. I still have suicidal thoughts often but don’t think I will act on them. Trying so hard to be patient and positive but it is a daily struggle for sure. People say take it a day at a time, I am tasking in minute by minute....hardest thing I’ve ever went through in my whole …

Yeah married for 3 and a half years living together for 9 she moved in when still a senior in high school. Just hard to imagine life without her the last year we got into a cycle of fighting quite a bit over petty shit but not for a second did I see her leaving just so hard not to overthink all of it and to not put the blame on me

I didn’t feel worthless in the marriage I feel worthless because it’s like I’m being thrown away like yesterday’s trash. I am in counseling and have been seeing a psychiatrist just hard to process this all feels so out of left field

She got a stain the size of a dime on a 10 dollar shirt and threw a fit for 2 days..it was just always small things and just was so discouraging I was working so hard to build a life and provide and she would act like a child about things sometimes. You can’t choose who you love but I just love her so much just hard to heal I’m just so indecisive of everything and keep feeling at fault for this happening

The day she was leaving I tried to give her the car (we only have one it’s paid off) and half of the savings $(3500) she didn’t want anything she wasn’t even going to come get her things, would tell me to throw it all away (mind you we’ve lived together for 9 years) I had to guilt trip her into to coming and getting her things, I told her I wouldn’t fight her and that I would just sign the papers but I don’t want to at all. We don’t have a house or kids we have the one car and rent an apartment.…

I really want to let go of the guilt but I truly do feel at fault, it’s so hard not to play the what if’s over and over. My hardest problem is just finding the motivation for anything lately it’s like I can’t even make myself shower regularly. I still feel in the denial stage I don’t want to accept it, I put whole self into her and now that she is gone it’s like I don’t even know who I am anymore. I am thankful we don’t have kids involved I can’t even imagine how hard that must be

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
