I went through the same thing out of the blue had no idea 2 months before our son graduated said she was going to file and blew through alot of money. No contact get a lawyer her mind is made up. Listen to the people on this forum they have been there.

I surely didn’t think that It wouldn’t turn out this well but she lied and over exaggerated so many times in court she didn’t have any credibility after all that.

Yes I came out awesome. She did everything wrong and made impulsive bitter decisions. I had an awesome lawyer and we were prepared she was not.

It was the same with my STBXW (48f) she started hanging out with several of her single divorced friends going on girls weekends partying started doing 420 edibles. I didn't have a clue till April fools day. I came home from work and she said that she wanted a divorce didn't want to do marriage counseling. She said that her mind was made up.
