I supplied all the discovery documents (55m) requested. STBXW (48f) didn't do any of the work for the divorce she wanted. She moved in with her 20 something niece about a week after telling me that she wanted a divorce on April fools day the day before her birthday. She told me she wanted the divorce 2 months before our son graduated from high school and her selfish actions ruined our sons special day and party. What a piece of shit mother. She originally said that she didn't want in my pension or spousal support now she wants everything. I have not had any contact with her since the beginning of June. I am buying out her equity in the house and she wants a big fat check for being together for 20years married for 17 years. She doesn't really want the pension she just wants me to buy her out of it with a cash settlement. Not going to happen this will severely limit the amount of cash she receives from the divorce. She is a nurse manager and makes a good living but I make double what she does and have some of the best benefits, health care, retirement in the country. At 55 I could do 30 and out and I have insurance after retirement and SS make up until I turn 63 then SS will kick in. This selfish woman ruined me being able to retire at 55. Tomorrow is the final hearing for the divorce and I can't wait to see this come to an end. She will not be getting the cash payout or anything her single whore friends told her she would get. She will now get to pay for her health insurance through her job wheras I pay nothing for health insurance. She will get to see just how good she had it.
