That is extremely skinny. I’m 6’0 160 and I’m very happy with that, although I’m still relatively skinny. Just consistently work out (5 days a week) and eat good after your workouts. Creative and water will also help you quickly gain weight. Before you know it you’ll probably be 140-145 with defined muscles. Still skinny, but you are tall so that will help you a lot in life. This is true. I’m fortunate enough to be a 23 year old grad student with some younger friends. They invite me to parties every weekend and get me laid because of it. You don’t have to try with them. Smile, dress tightly and show off your body, it doesn’t have to be “slutty,” be healthy, don’t do anything that might look manly, have longer hair, and if you wear a lot of makeup be good with it because sometimes it can look awful but sometimes it can make unattractive women look nice.
