I'm 28 and feel like I have no "purpose". Could you elaborate a bit on that last line? What do you feel your purpose is/was?
/r/MGTOW16/09/19 02:59 PM

I'm sure you know this but don't dwell on the past. Your past is a dead zone. Focus on what is in your control.

/r/MGTOW01/08/19 12:05 AM

If you're talking about those red light windows. Apparently they only blow you with a condom on which is worthless and then you hit it doggy style till you shoot. It's not even worth the 50 euros. 50 Euros will get you a phenomenal meal or two.

The virgin thing is not a big deal. I'm glad you realize this. If you lost your virginity tommorow you would definitely think "thats it?". Getting a fleshlight is very comparable to the vagina. I'll be 27 soon myself and we're ahead of our years. At least that's what i've been told by older men.

Eliminate debt first. Then start with precious metals (Physical gold or silver), then start reading about investments and retirement accounts in your country. It takes time to educate yourself on investing. The financial independence subreddit is on the sidebar and is a decent method.

It's actually a compliment. You are a quality guy who is focused on his goals and aren't bowing down to women like the average or below average guys. So they assume things because you aren't conforming at all. Focus on your goals and dreams. Forget their opinions.

Don't do go on dinner dates. Meet up for drinks at night only. Get 2-3 max and try to get laid. Have a plan. 3 strikes (drink dates) and they are out. Leykis 101. As for payment, the women usually won't do it on the first date. Try to get them to pay for the 2nd one but if there is clearly no sex on the table, get out of there when you realize that.

If it makes you feel better I am 6'4" and in decent shape with a good job. The quality out there is shit and I've never really cared for dating. I guess I am voluntarily celibate. It's better to focus on yourself and shoot for your goals. Don't let the height thing bother you too much man. It's strictly genetics and is not an accomplishment. You are not in the bottom of the barrel. If you understand the modern dating world you are already way ahead.

Sigh... I was so nice for the first 23 years and now at 26 I hear shit like this and it's just irritating. There is no anger because I understand it now but I am not going to bail those women out while my SMV is increasing. I'll be aloof and distant.
/r/MGTOW06/08/17 10:23 PM

Funny part is that I work 8-12 hours a day and am a minimalist. Any "extra" money is going into investments to retire as fast as possible. That fucking guy on the right isn't getting it.

I agree with your comment 100% sir. I'm only 26 and will not be getting married. Doing very well financially for my age and would be doing well even if I was in my early 30s. Single guys can live on 20-25k a year pretty comfortably. If you focus on your career and avoid debt you can throw money into investments that will generate you that much pretty quickly and retire very early. That's why financial independence is on the sidebar and why movies like fight club resonate with men so well. Focus on health/wealth.
/r/MGTOW24/05/17 01:57 AM

My mom was 24 when she was arranged to be married to my dad who was 36. She was a from a small village in asia and likely did not date anyone (all girls schools etc.). I could be wrong but her "marriage" is still in tact and they fight non stop and don't really care for each other. Even if you're married and stay married, it doesn't mean you are happy together.
/r/MGTOW23/05/17 11:44 PM

Go hardcore blue pill (act) to get rid of her. Call her constantly, Text her with dopey love messages etc. She will run for the hills. You being honest about not marrying and not fully committing is making you a "challenge".

If you already realize it's not a big deal then just keep doing you. Trust me, you aren't missing out on much. I lost the V card pretty late and realized that although it felt good, my video games and solitude were more fun. 25, never been in a "serious" relationship.

They expect a diamond ring worth the equivalent of 3 months of the mans income. I think the average income in USA/Canada is around 50k or so. Not sure if that ridiculous rule is for post tax income or pre tax but either way it's over 2k and i wouldn't spend a dime on jewelry for a woman. I don't even hate women. It's just a ridiculous thing to do. The whole diamond engagement ring thing isn't even worldwide. It's just some weird brainwashing in the western countries.

Exactly how I think too. Also the peace of mind knowing that you don't owe anyone money and that you can live for quite some time if you were to unfortunately lose your main sources of income for whatever reason. You'll do fine. We will both be financially secure and live lives of low stress for decades.

The chads from high school all focused on having fun and fucking and ended up getting girls pregnant. Now at only 25 they lose most of their earnings to the girls who they mostly aren't married to and costs of the kids. They are all out of shape and have aged horribly. Meanwhile I grew late and went to college and am killing it in the corporate world and am now only just starting to fill out and save/invest and earn more and more as a mgtow minimalist. God damn it's all coming together and final…

Start creating your "exit plan" money right now. Get like 2-5k in cash ready for moving expenses and for a safety deposit etc. Cut back on spending in general. All you need is a roommate or a small studio. Keep an eye out and be ready to leave in a moments notice.

The hard part and what I deal with now is finding a new purpose or mission in life. At the moment i'm just aiming for financial independance through minimalism and my corporate job that I can't wait to quit in under 10 years. I'm sure the spartans would have been smart enough to avoid legally binding contracts in unjust legal environments. They also would only (I believe) fuck and marry their own women. Who of course were of stronger character as well.

I'm 6'4" and im a skinny guy and a bit of a loner. You still need game. Money, muscles, style, confidence and 800 million other things will help as well. Maybe i phrased that wrong. I get 3 weeks off of work and we'll be there in europe for the full 3 weeks. The family matter is like 2-3 days max with our mother(at the beginning of the trip). The rest of the time i'm with my younger sister. So if I wanted a solo european adventure it would have to be another time. It could be later this year though. I'll think about it. Right. I understand that it is 100% my own doing and up to me to make the moves and get out more. For deadlift do 1 set of 5 @ 135 lbs to warm up. Then one set with working weight. That's it. 5x5 is considered a beginner/novice program but follows a simple formula. If you are seeing progress in the amount of weight you can handle, stay on it. Read the stronglifts website 2-3 times to make sure you have all of the details.

17 years old? Start reading up on nutrition and lifting weights. Focus on figuring out what career path you want. Do not go to college until you know what you want to do. Avoid debt. You can still bang girls but always wear a condom and never TRY too hard because you see them for what/how they truly are. There's your formula for a great life. Welcome aboard.

I remember once doug stanhope was being discussed on joe rogans podcast and apparently doug is against the marriage system as well. So he and his then girlfriend got married but without the contract and the rings and all of that. Just for the sake of being married or whatever. Well eventually his "wife" went crazy (AWALT) and he decided they shouldn't be "married" anymore and that was it. Clean break, nothing lost other then some if his time I guess.

Definitely check out the financialindependance subreddit and personalfinance subreddit for money saving tips/advice and goals. I highly recommend lifting weights (just like most of RP subreddit does). Try out something like stronglifts.com and read up on nutrition/weight gain. Health = True Wealth. I also highly recommend a minimalist lifestyle. Try throwing 1 thing out every single day for a month and see if you feel better about the reduced clutter in your personal spaces.

Well, I was in a rough spot after finishing college at 22 and couldn't find a job. Turned 23 shortly after that and started working on self improvement. My college years were commuting to school and living alone and pretty socially isolated. Around 1.5 years ago I started looking for jobs intensely and a couple months later got a great job that pays really well (for a 23 year old). I started reading up on nutrition and lifting weights. I've always been very skinny and was like 6'4" 160 (155 at o…

It's a mental battle. I'm not a complete mess or anything. I just grew late, very quickly. I wasn't taking proper care of myself for the longest time. Swallowed the pill in August or september. I buy clothing when i NEED it and i eat out a little too much (once a day usually). I have a couple of bills. The rest is straight in the bank. I'm young, working a STEM job and living at home. Started weightlifting 2.5 months ago at 24 years old. I was always afraid of being judged but when I went in I realized how stupid I was for being scared of being judged. No one will say anything to you. Just wear your workout gear, put in headphones and go in. No need to talk to ANYONE. Just do your thing. Whether short/tall or thin/fat or weak. After just a couple of times in the gym you will feel a bit better about yourself and get addicted. Read up on nutrition as well. JUST DO IT. I started…

Still fairly new at TRP, less then a month into this subreddit. Fucking depressing at how accurate this stuff is and your post just confirms my 1 insecurity. Which is my lack of body to frame. How much would you say you weigh? I think 6'4" 185 isn't TOO bad but I definitely need to be in the 200-210 range with low body fat to be very healthy.

I'm 6'4" 185 lbs, maybe 15-16% body fat. Just started working out a couple of months ago at a gym. Been actively trying to gain since last year when i was 175. I was like 150 a few years ago at the same height. I have had jack shit all time in my life with girls. My only mental obstacle is my body. Funny thing is, When I look on facebook. Those guys ended up nowhere. I'm still a virgin at 24 but I graduated college and have a great job. Whereas they have kids with girls they arent even together with and are fat/depressed or fading quickly. I was a late bloomer in terms of puberty and a lot of other things. I would have just said something really shocking like "yeah probably, but they're old so they'll be dead soon enough". Congrats on the confidence to go up to her man. That takes guts everytime. I made an approach today and had good posture and kept eye contact. She seemed a little reserved and offered her facebook and I said i dont really use facebook (which I don't tbh) and then she said okay ill give you my number. She opened up a bit after that and we had some stuff in common. Then I took off. A big thing it seems is to talk to her a bit more after getting the number and not just taking off right afterwards. …

You responded well i think. She is BSing around a bit. I would break contact with her for a couple of days and see if she texts first. Then arrange for a meetup and make it very clear you are not her friend. Like, go for a kiss quickly. She wants that third date, give it to her. If at any point she is continuing talk like that, ignore her.

try and relax, life goes on if it doesnt work out. Pretend right now that it already failed and you are going on a second date because YOU decided to give her another shot. It takes the edge off for me. Nothing to lose.
