Read on sleep apnea symptoms, if you feel like you have it, it's best to get it checked. If you have obstructive sleep apnea methods and medicine may not work.

Short and concise! This is great Any chance of tonality and delivery for other interactions (i.e. work place) Holding someone accountable without offense Requesting what needs to be done in an assertive manner Confidence display Would really help even if an article or a different post

If there is a chance, change jobs. If not, what you are feeling is the "hole" that is left cuz she ain't no longer yours. That's cuz you prolly spent so much time on her (mentally and physically). It becomes a drug. Think of yourself as an addict. Now think what an addict needs to do to get away from the craving.

Underrated comment. Not because they are don't have intelligence in a relative sense. Because they are either not smart or anxiety filled. They have not worked on their potential or themselves, so they are just down right bad comparatively. Even if they get it, some do not take actionable steps in getting better. All keys in your hands but afraid to open the doors.

I should have worded it better. Age a factor in the sense age directly co relating to SMV. Not one of the factors. I.e. above 30 = Low SMV Some women above 30 can make great plates. Matured. Follows the lead. And just might have a kink UK the alley that you wanna walk down. Not saying there are shitty ones cuz, well, humans/women. But to drop a rule like that is depriving people to make decisions and follow rules. Stopping youngsters to think for them selves. Pointing out possible consequences a…

Some people make age a factor in equivalence as a girls SMV. As if "SMV" drops due to age. There are other things to consider, especially a preference of the guy and what he is looking for. Young guys reading this instills in their mind as it is also what "they want". Makes it harder to think for themselves. Herd mentality.

u/blackcoffee88 pretty much points out the reason why you are thinking like this. You are still seeking external validation for the things you do in life. You ain't doing it for you and your satisfaction. Simple as that. Change that mindset.

Any type of change requires you to make the change. You are here looking for some sort of validation to help you motivate to make that change. Stop. Check the basics. Make the changes you think that can help your dating life. You are here because you are either looking for an excuse or a kick in the ass. Ask yourself this. Is it the age, or is it you that is reluctant to change cuz of some sort of fear?

Poking fun part is just before you leave. Not to like fun and stay with them. Don't be sorry, it's not always easy to leave people and be stoic as if it dun affect you. Especially in your situation. I do hope your mental state becomes better and the feelings subside, sooner rather than later. It's a tough situation you are in but Kudos to you in doing what you wanted to do.

Women who lie and manipulate in a vast way will always have a story ready in their heads. If they are by any chance caught off guard, they have enough experience to make shit up on the spot. Sometimes it's fun watching them back pedal, and you throw another curve ball n enjoy it while they fail. But soon enough they will recover quick. They adapt quick. That is hardwired in women. Just like how we can decide the best course of action without emotional fog in such situations (won't work for beta …

Agreed on the nexting part. Surely, you do not need to dive deep into her mind. OP wasn't asking what to do if she lies. He was asking how to call a girl out when she is lying. It's always best just to walk away without giving closure. Because that will actually help your mentality. But each to their own and am answering OPs question.
/r/askTRP04/02/21 04:28 PM
3

I'm assuming this is a rhetorical question. I will answer anyway. Nope. If I know without a shadow of a doubt (usually you will know), I'd just walk away. How I walk away is up to me. I prefer not to give closure. Depends on the situation.
/r/askTRP04/02/21 04:26 PM
3

Lived? No. Have I been with one? Yes. OP asked a question and I gave my opinion. Best thing to do is walk away. But that was not the question in point. Question was about "how to call them out?".
/r/askTRP04/02/21 04:23 PM

Looks like you are not getting a proper answer, but getting comments on what you already know. Calling out a liar, who will continuously deny it will only help them close their loop holes and get better at lying to you. They will be more careful next time and try to close any gaps that helped you pin point the lie. If you really want to confront a liar, you need to have proof. If you do have proof, you call them out not by providing proof but asking questions around the situation and let them sp…

Nothing is ever "yours" is it? Everything is based on your perception and what you want out of life. That being said, the values being built are not according to what these people may say or think about you when you die, but what you want them to say about you. This helps you break down in building your values. I.e. if I want to be known as a person who has integrity, then that will become one of my values. I will build on that. In the end, whether they actually say it or not want matter. Values…

Free speech does not "protect" you from the government. Not the free speech you are being told. It's more of a legality as opposed to being protected from the government. They will still fuck you over. Consequences may be inevitable with the fake free speech being sold.

In younger age I used to think that "Money doesn't buy you happiness" to be very true. But now, that sentence has a different interpretation to me. Having Money enables you to do/get things that gives you happiness. So yeah, money can buy you happiness. What it cannot buy you is, contentment. Though it can help you get there, contentment is something different.

Am not gonna talk about how people from any religion or ideology follow or dun follow it as it was "intended'. I think the Buddhists that you are referring to are some mainstream western "Buddhists" who do not understand the ideology. Actual Buddhists do not stew in their anger. They are humans like you and I, they react just like normal people do. Plus the ideology doesn't say to "stew" in the emotion. So your statement is wrong on both accounts. Culutral differences may play a role in women's behaviour. This could be true not only in different countries, but also within the same country. Those very polite, down to earth, monogomous rural girls who seem to fit close to the unicorn profile will change in a heart beat once a city boys drop into town and show interest. Experience. I have personally seen females in certain cultures change towards the new feministic norm over the last decade or so. It is happening, it is now a question of whe…

I could partially agree with the first three but the last one is off. Some kids who have shit handed them on a platter expects everyone else to do it as well. Their is a level of egoistic mindset that develops and passive aggressiveness or illogical annoyance is a side effect. Ofcourse, in any situation, it really depends how the kid handled it.

This, and the last line. It is about understanding the consequences. If you are in a car, no matter how safe you drive, how good of a road and enivornment, there is still a possibility of an accident. Does it mean that you will definitely meet with an accident? No. But you have to understand the possibility is there.

Looks like you've been through quite the journey. This is all in retrospect however. As men we have to take responsibility for all actions, ownership of what we do and say. You can't just throw shade at an ideology just because you gained knowledge and lived it how you saw fit. While it is good to reflect I am afraid some of the youngsters here may not see it for what it is. Alpha and beta are not solid states. It is not like a switch that turns you into beta, or alpha. Sometimes it helps to take step back rather than cut ties. Also see what are the trigger points for you, avoid these in the relationship. This helps by taking a step back and creating some distance. After a certain amount of absence the relationship might actually be better off, and when you do get in touch it may not be bad. I have a friend who I distanced myself from, in need of help, I will be there if I can. I realized what triggers me and what affects me. When I see the bait, I don't bite. …

Negligence and non-action are two key reasons why you not only stagnate, but degrade your life and health. If the world tells you Vitamin D is bad, and no one eats three times a day, but you find out taking Vit D and eating 3 times a day has actually helped you alot. But it sucks that restaurants are only open in the morning and night, no one really cooks lunch, but you gotta do it. Even when you have other plans for lunch time which people invite you to. The game that I am referring to is the social dynamics between men and women. What I am trying to say is "the game" that people refer to is not the same as the average built "rules" around it (I.e. techniques on how to pick up chicks) with a misconception of the foundation. Edit: OP addressed this misconception in a sub where the foundation is based on the outer (superficial) experience as opposed to the reality underneath. The second he called it a "mirage" you can guess why they thought this p…

This a genuine question. It might take awhile to figure out your purpose. You may really need to think it over. You can start now to figure it out by reflecting on yiur thoughts. However, you should at least have a goal. Which is not too hard. It can be a short term goal i.e. lose 15kgs in 3 months. This will build into your purpose eventually. I suggest to have a few short term goals while you work on the "purpose" as these will eventjally meld. Goals may change, so will the purpose over time. …

I would not go down the path of book recommendation. You should start having convos to get info little by little to see if there is something that he finds "annoying", want to "fix" or that could be "better" in the relationship. Mind you, if he is really blue pilled he would not want to say anything even if he is going through it. So it may take a bit of time. If you feel there are things he seem to be unhappy about but does not talk about it, you can covertly, and very gently mention similar si…

There are different types of meditations. Mindfulness meditation is probably what alot of people are referring to when they talk about meditation. If you want to give it a shot, I suggest starting with guided meditation. Apps like Headspace will really help with baby steps. You can start with 5 - 10 mins on and slowly progress. Baby steps, give it a shot.

While this is a fine angle, in a corporate world you just cannot do this and survive. There is informatin shared by others which in your hand helps make decisions. Sometimes you cannot just be straight forward and honest because it compromises someone else, their trust in your or integrity. It is one thing to be a compulsive liar, or lie out of insecurity. But another thing to lie to keep your principles and values in tact, or shield your colleagues/friends to create better bonds.

Nice way to put it. I like that. It is thr idea of balancing humulity and holding frame that I am thinking about. To hold a frame there are certain things that we need to do, and ignoring does not always help. However, humility from a perspective such as establishing frame instead of "holding" it sort of is opposing in my head. If I pick both apart separately or try to fit one into the other, it works out. But if I take both on different situations and try to think of an underlying principle, it…

I don't know your relationship with your mother, but looks like you are trying to find that affection, or lack thereof from your relationship with other women.

If a man finds a mission in some place to help pull his life back together then shall we let them decide the results of his choices? I am sure a man will eventually discover or die in ignorance if the path be chose brought him what he wanted. A SJW can be on his death bed, content with his life for all the things he had done and stood up for in this world in his own sense.

Alot of comments here talking about work out. But it looks more like you are lacking in the "way you present yourself" department. This includes frame, shit tests, personality, behaviour and other things which fall into this category. From a physical stand point (do not ignore the gym comments, it is essential), not sure if you are standing up straight and really feeling yourself when moving around. I dont know if you are timid and awkward in convo. So do a checklist. One suggestion is, step out…

I just watched the video, it was helpful. I definitely have vocal fry when using a deep voice. I have sinus issues, now that I think of it it may have an affect too. When I speak I noticed I use two different "ways". Which I call back part of throat that helps give a higher pitch, not too nasal but a soft smooth voice. When I use the front part, its more fried and scattered. Going to have to dig a little deeper. Thanks for the headstart.
/r/TheRedPill12/05/19 11:19 PM

Not quite timid anymore, but used to be when I was younger. This probably gave me the nasal a higher pitch (more like alot of air moving out and the sound is smooth but not coming out as a deep voice). Thanks for the reference. Will keep a concious eye on the air movement as well.

Solid, the corporate angle with Law 38 is personally a biggie. People deal with cognitive dissonance when it comes to this. "Do I hold my ground?" Whether it is ego based or authority based for future use doesn't matter if it is tied to emotional bursts. Being aware of your own filtered perceptions goes a long way dealing with these situations. Several key take aways for me personally. No carrots or sticks to build and manage people. Surely to get to a position like this there are foundations th…

As many of the other comments already mentioned, it is natural. Key take away is that you confronted them and conveyed what you needed. Avoiding confrontation is not the base you should fall back to. So good work. If you are naturally anxious with confrontation or holding people accountable it is natural for you to feel emotionally heightened. But do not avoid those confrontations because amongst other things, one of the key steps is to face them.

It was more than a little frustrating to see they cut out a great background story in Captain Marvel, of Mar-Vel who is originally a male. Ultimately shouldn't the option of marriage be given as a choice to whomever wishes? For me it's always been a bit of a contradictory statement about marriage. I believe the key is to look at RP & BP as behavioural rather than absolute states. If you are in a LTR you may have BP traits, but it does not mean your RP traits are not there either. Main point in LTR is to remember that shit can go wrong, and always be ready to accept that. If you have this understanding (its easier said than done), it will help you makr decisions more easily and prepare for unwarranted outcomes.

I'm unsure what you mean by "rejected a girl". It's possible you negged her too hard or rubber her the wrong way when "rejecting". As another user pointed out here, just say "see you later" and walk away rather than "rejecting".

Ive come to learn that sometimes the close friends that do this are not doing it cuz of jealousy (at least not all). Sometimes it's hard for them to see someone change who they do not expect to. These changes, they may not like it because they feel like you are leaving them behind. Certain things that they liked about you (whether beneficial to you or not) are no longer there.

If you really wants someone's opinion and start off with a IDGAF it's just contradictory. Have your IDGAF and take suggestions and opinions with a grain of salt. But if you want something for what you ask, pay a little more attention to how you ask it and what communicate what you are seeking for. Otherwise it's just a waste of everything and you may not find an answer that is helpful. I.e. go read the side bar. Neways. You really Shud hit the sidebar as it looks like you need it right now. Your mind is in denial of you bring equals or you being better so your defence mechanism is kicking in to get ready to be put down and made fun of. This is true. There are companies that have policies dictating a male to female ratio, in every department. When I say male to female ratio, they don't care if there are more females, but just the fact that there should be a certain amount of females (equal or particular number) in any given department. I know for a fact that someone from a higher up in managerial position has it in their objectives to ensure there is a number of females that he MUST hire.

That's fine and that's good. BP and RP is not black and white. It's not a destination, it's a state. It's a framework within where many things can be addressed. Try not to get hung up too much on the terms and how it fits society. If you are comfortable with yourself and what you do and what you want, whether it be BP or RP, then do it. Merely remember the possible consequences or the results on either of the states or the journey. It seems you have a bit of the 'rebel against the system' going …

I disagree. I think many people are very well aware of this. But people who are aware of this are not the people who are facing it. When born to comfort and having a silver spoon, depending how you are brought up, will push you in one if the Two ways. It becomes your norm and taken for granted, or realize the value and how to attain more or maintain this. Discipline plays a very big role in this.

In my honest opinion, despite where the woman is from and what she is like, one year is too early for marriage. I would say 3 years is the average you should be with her before considering marriage (a bonus if you live together for over a year within this period). Reasoning behind this is, 3 years will give you time to see how it goes with all the changes. Generally, alot can change in all aspects of life within the course of three years and the impediments you will face, will give you an idea t…

I think there is a misunderstanding here. I have to issues socialising. I I have social circles and I do what I want whether I drink or not. While this is a possibility this is a dangerous way of thinking. I've seen this come up again and again when am OP mentions similar situations. You can't think she is about to cheat or already cheated based on if she's breaking it off. I've seen slot recently people jumping into this mindset and conclusion. If it's a plate it's a plate. Not a LTR unless you have made it clear she shouldn't be on another dick. In which case you are accountable for making that choice. In this case the you shouldn'…

If she wanted to talk, she would have talked. Instead, she broke up. Now you thinking if it was a test to talk or not? What's the point. A person who goes so far as to break up to get a situation where she gives you an ultimatum instead of openly talking about issues is not worth the time. Even if she spoke with you, it may only be to convince herself breaking up is the right thing to do. Like others here say...forget the ifs..move on.

If you were to go to go to the gym how long will it all take? (Travelling to gym, in the gym, coming back etc). If you can do 2 days within the week and one on the weekend, it would still be enough (as another comment suggests. If you are really tied for time, try bodyweight exercises. They definitely are better than no exercise.

Did you have an epiphany in a new age lensed way? I've had this before. I was young. I didn't know any better. Adding on to this, it's more of a "hope", "faith" and "wishful thinking" on a man's side to go on with the marriage after being cheated on. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't. But most times, the man is psychologically fucked.

To be honest what's working for me right now is a mix. I tell them life is good, need to enjoy little things etc. But let them know trouble is a part of life but I never talk about my own troubles. It's a bit like saying "I feel ya" and not acting as if nothing fazes me. But since I don't vent, it leaves it kind of have them outside the circle cuz they aren't sure exactly what's going on. Smiles and happiness is what they see but they know the water runs deep.

This. Right. Here. Actors have spoken about the Hollywood "industry" and some have interpreted as Illuminati and what not. There are some cases where it's only validation seeking. I doubt this post is such.

If you play the game, you will get scores and players relating to that game. Play a different game, and you will get different players and scores. But games may inter relate. If you are looking for something you need to learn where to look. You can't catch lions in a place where there are only tigers. You find a place where lions are, and hunt them there. But do not forget, they are both still in the cat family. You can find what you are looking for but be ready for the consequences. Be ready to…

Videos game are a waste of time if you neglect other things in your life and just immerse in games. You only get one life to live so it's okay to experience things you want. But knowing the difference between playing games 24/7 and to feel happy only when playing games and to blow off steam with a game goes a long way. I have a friend who's successfully in life, who goes to the gym and works out, outside the job he is a personal trainer, loves to go trekking and camping, exploring the wilderness…

This definitely is one of the great books out there. However, Law of Success by Napoleon Hill changed my life more than this. Thank you for posting this, because for some reason there is a trend for this perspective get lost in the 'all virtuous alpha route' being taken. People go out there angry and don't have guidance to keep evolving through the stages. They get stuck in one and mentality stays there while they believe they know the greater truth and everyone else in the real world is a dumbass. When red pill starts opening your eyes, it's natural to unconsciously fall into the superiority complexity. It's even wors…

Ah! You need a replacement technique. If you are strong enough you can will yourself not to. Example: when you feel like taking a quick view or watching it, instantly go do something else (away from mobile, laptop or the computer) and keep doing this. Am sure others would have better advise on this but how I stopped it was purely by not doing it.

I'd say switch to vaping. If you can go a few days or a week without having a single puff, you will realize you hate the smell of smoking. For a week stay away from any smoker friends if you really need to. Nicotine from vaping will hold you on withdrawals. Then start reducing the amount of nicotine in your vaping bit by bit. What worked me (at least for over a year) is that after I switched to vaping I quit cold turkey. Next step was to never have even a single puff from a ciggie when it was of…

Good on you. I was a chain smoker and picked up vaping. Moved off ciggies then quit vaping cold turkey. I didn't smoke or vape for over a year. Then I said off my disciplines and made an excuse to myself (hamster) on my grandmas funeral and started smoking again. Now I smoke on and off. I don't get the craving. I can stay without it for weeks but then can get back to it time and again. Time for me to discipline myself again. Good luck on quitting. I know it ain't easy.

A lot of others are giving you advise on escalating and dropping off. My perspective: You are an orbiter. Each post of yours on this and the way you talk about her shows you are way too emotionally invested in her. You are sexually attracted to her in an unhealthy way. I've been down that road. The reason for you to be where you are and feeling what you are feeling boils down to this: She is so comfortable with you to a certain degree sexually too that you think you stand a chance of fucking her…

While it is considered a religion I don't think the core of it applies to tradition religion, hence the phrase "Buddhism is a philosophy". Unlike other religions, though there are Gods and spirits, Buddhism does not teach you about one all mighty God, rather, how to be become more aware of yourself and the world, and understanding of it, from a Buddhist philosophical lens.

There are several people who have reached out saying that they are or were going through the same thing. One has said it gets better - this is more true than anything else. Remember, you alone have the choice of being in this state after the natural course has taken place. Which means, if you choose, you will never get over her, because you hold onto all those memories anf emotions which has left a hole. In the end, the choice will be yours, if to fill that hole up or keep it there.

A loaded post with so much bait to swing the thought provoking one way discreetly so the readers don't even know what's really happening in their own mind when reading it. Nicely done, but it feels like an attempt to tarnish "old TRPers" whilst shoeing it as if a wake up, thought provoking call for the "younger" ones. One thing I can say is, it looks like you are missing the basis of TRP. It's not a question of marriage or LTRs. It's a question of what you want with your life?

I do have to agree with you. There is a subtle hint of validation seeking and justification, a bit of hamstring in OPd post. I would say this post would appeal more to the newbies. Also people keep using terms like "real alpha" as if to show there are faked alphas. As well as using it like a title "I am not full alpha" without realizing these are actually states of being and it's natural to go back and forth to even a small degree.

Good post, thanks for sharing the info and experience. Anxiety is a silent killer that goes under the radar unidentified. Mood swings, especially "feeling happy for a mundane reason out of nowhere, and feeling blue out of nowhere because of a thought (but same thoughts didn't make you feel that way yesterday or in the morning) is a strong indicator there is an emotion instability, where more often that not this relating to anxiety, or something more.

I will have to disagree on the fact that you say "vast majority of people in TRP" acts like what you have pointed out in each section. I think it's a bit of both. A man chooses a life to live as his own. A man chooses his own ideals to follow. A man chooses his own principles to follow. I agree with this. You should be able to kick the shit out of things you don't like and express your opinion of things that may not matter too much. But need to take care that the opinions of these things actually "do not matter" too much or at all. Otherwise, it becomes a negative though, a seed, which will grow within, causing resentment and roots growing deep and to other similar seeds, ultimately creating a forest of negativity which you may only notice once fully grown.
