I'm from Nebraska. The girls here are great, especially if you meet farm or small town girls. However, if they're a 7 or better, there is a pretty high liklihood of them being taken already due to our conservative values and typical religious upbringing. I've lived in small towns, Omaha, and Lincoln. Beautiful and fun girls abound. The rest of the girls are relatively low value (looks are usually 7 and under): fat land whales or feminist hippy types.

I believe that there are ways of showing vulnerability while still maintaining frame. However, I think it varies from woman to woman. A true RP woman will stick by your side and help you through your problems. It's in their nature to be nurturing and caring. You need to have the power to walk away. How is your social proof?
