Yeah lowering standards if you feel unattractive just means men will take advantage. HVM will want a woman attractive to them, but similarly to women this will depend on more than youth or fitness. They have a more holistic view and include things like what they admire about you and your achievements as a person. Regardless of how women look that is the way a compatible HVM will see her, so filter for the ones who can demonstrate that.

Something is so fucking wrong here. Every time women are supposed to give something up so that men don't hurt us. But this magical future where men stop doing it never, ever, ever materializes. Because violent men want thrills and taboo, but those are always relative. There is no rule women can adhere to to make men stop being violent, because violent men get their kicks from BREAKING THE RULES.

Normalized male violence gives violent men excuses for their actions, lets mediocre men act like a hero for doing basic shit for the girls they like, and lastly: allows these same mediocre men use male violence as a scare tactic for the women they DON'T like to "warn her away from bad behavior". This is why so many guys lamely stand by when shitty things happen to us. They pay lip service to how bad it is but they sure do use it to try and police what we do. It's too beneficial for them to truly…

Whenever I saw guys online say things like "gfs are great cause you can touch boobs anytime" I felt weird about it but didn't think about why. I just realized a lot of guys probably assault their girlfriends because they think the fact that she is a girlfriend means implicit and constant consent to sexual touching.

I'm excited for the analysis of purity vs kink culture. Imo the fact that 50 shades was derived from Twilight is a really fascinating example of how patriarchial power dynamics can smoothly transition from one to the other.

It's their playbook: Build a career, wrap women in a relationship while they are young and hobble their careers and education from the start. Profit by holding money over their head if they want to leave or express any dissatisfaction, and go 50/50 so they stay poor while their husband saves money even if they both work.

Here late but I wish this was upvoted a thousand times more. I think it's so valuable to take the concepts that misogynists make and really engage with them, because they make some true observations but then come to irrational and self-indulgent conclusions. You explained this so well

This made me wonder what the reverse would look like for men in a female-dominated program. Imagine if they had to go through library science courses where women casually joke about sexually and violently degrading men or forcing men into being paypigs, while "jokingly" making fun of the concept of consent. They can't even handle conversations about toxic masculinity, there's no way in hell they could ever handle the environments they create for women if it was against them.

I wish it wasn't true but unfortunately it can help them get laid by playing off of insecurity and making women anxious and eager to please. Your last sentence is so important because it's the antidote for the women susceptible to this. They lie to themselves that women are amoral to avoid guilt when they prioritize getting sex over not being a garbage human being. It's like a rat king of interconnected bullshit, and lots of men are spineless enough to use this as a cheap shortcut to sex.

They literally make things like the crazy-hot chart and basically say they will sleep with a "crazy" (read: mentally ill or with severe attachment issues) woman as long as she is hot enough yet feel offended that some women can also think the same way about assholes.

When the choice is 1.) Asshole who is at least attractive, interesting, and can make you cum, or 2.) Asshole who is skinny-fat, whiney, and interpersonally oblivious (thus would be during sex) Lots of women take the first, at least for casual sex. Why wouldn't they??? The third option isn't really presented to us outside of FDS or is some version of wgtow or celibacy. Lots of men don't think that housework or child rearing is work, thus don't think that there is anything to pay back after she's wasted years with him (in all likelihood) doing unpaid labor and not saving her own money.

A long time ago here there was a post about a woman whose bf was angry that her ex had pierced her ears, he wanted her to let them heal up just so he could do it instead So many men have this childish and irrational desire to "overwrite" what other men have done "to" her. It sometimes seems like the majority of men think this way, like no matter what scientifically is disproved about loose vaginas or long labias (as indicators of having had sex) they care about "marking" women anyways. Boundaries with male friendships has been a hard thing for me to learn. At this point I have maybe just 3 male friends including my partner. Of the two that aren't my partner there's been interest from both of them and I had to rebuff them in some way. Now I know better what emotional intimacy REALLY means for them. In the past I was happy to be emotionally open and sharing with my male friends. Every one of them tried to turn it into something . I even developed a "platonic" cuddle buddy dynami…

It's been awhile since I've read the sidebar of the manosphere subreddits, but I remember their literal primary recommended readings had blog content making actual arguments that women were intellectually inferior and childlike by nature. The core of their ideologies are subhumanization and bs "separate-but-cOmpLemEntaRy" rationalizations. That's the biggest reason, imo, why fds will never be the same.

What makes no sense about all victim blaming is that at the end of the day...a crime is still a crime. Someone could be a total asshole but who's going to tell them "well you were a dick to your friend no wonder he broke into your house and beat you up" because that's obviously not an excuse. People generally understand this unless the crime happens to women. How can someone live with this cognitive dissonance and defend a literal murderer?

I'm always so frustrated because yeah it's good that there's more evidence but I'm so fucking sick of seeing again and again a man having to "investigate" like this to finally have other men listen. I literally saw a dad do something like this in target, he stared at me when I was walking out of a changing room, then as I headed his direction for the exit him he started striding down the aisle looking "nonchalantly" at his phone while his 4 or 5 year-old son ran behind him to keep up and tried to talk to him (and was ignored). I don't understand how everyone hasn't figured this out yet. Male libido often orients towards taboo or novel sexual things. What's considered taboo is RELATIVE to the norm. So if all women get covered up there is always going to be a new taboo! Have this attitude long enough and clothing for women gets insanely restrictive. As long as men are men, there will always be a new temptation. The solution is to just put them blame where it belongs, have reasonable consequences. and believe victims. It…

I honestly believe that these men haven't gone outside, because that's the only way you can convince yourself this is normal. With all my friends, and in all the social circles I've been in in college and beyond, women do not choose like this. Only significantly wealthy older men can get a woman on their arm by virtue of just money. Maybe some of them can achieve "handsome man in the cialis commercial" status but not a lot, and even then plenty of women would still pass just based on age. I thin…

This can be really sticky because there are some objectively horrible reasons to pick a donor (racism, ableism, etc.), but ultimately women control our bodies and that's that. Trying to legislate autonomy away will not solve the issues of hatred that underlies actual eugenics. The thing that strikes me about this is how women were stripped of rights and traded for the sake of male reproductive choice, but female choice has never stripped men of their bodily autonomy and never will (there can be …

The way I see it is if I'm taking pictures with friends doing anything at all I don't care about what I am wearing or how it will be seen. I have my freedom to wear and do what I want, but I don't post thirst traps or anything to give myself validation from others. Mostly this just results in lots of trail and wildlife pictures.

Yeah I agree with the other commenters here that women have NOT had this much choice, and if we had and were able to "shape" men this easily we wouldn't have such violent men wrecking havoc in our society. This also implies that nature is the biggest factor in behavior, when it most certainly is NOT. Our brains are enormously plastic, more shaped by our cultures than any other animal.

Oh nooo debating with them is ALWAYS a trashfire I've found. They are intellectually dishonest and they always, always, always have game on their minds including when they talk online to women. Saying "no one wants to see hairy armpits, untweezed eyebrows, etc" in response literally implies that people want to see rape scenes. I call freudian slip, because I think that's exactly what it is. You can't just invoke "realism" which, by definition, includes the ugly parts of society and life that we don't like seeing, and then choose to only keep rape scenes (of sexy, hairless women in historical dress). The ACTUAL ugly realism is that male audiences enjoy these scenes because they are sexu…

"Women should be grateful for a roof over their head" is flat-out abusive and the fact that tons of men will nod and agree to someone celebrating a situation that's one-step away from domestic servitude is INSANE. Growing up I saw my dad buy hundreds of dollars in electronics a month yet start arguments with my mom after she went once in a while to a thrift shop. Same. FDS has forever changed my perspective on this. I hate though how even when it was stigmatized it was mostly about the idea that they couldn't get a girlfriend. Imo in order for this cultural shift to happen well, guys need to understand firstly that porn sucks because it's violence and exploitation, and secondly that not having a gf isn't something to be ashamed of. This hyperreliance on women is irritating at best and deadly at worst.

This reminded me of the "Transformed Wife" blogger. She so clearly fought against her husbands abuse early on but after decades she stopped. Now she regurgitates literal rape apologia. Yeah, but in a market where they can buy someone who wouldn't entertain them in real life, the only real lucrative markets are "teen", someone who looks young enough to be a teen, and milf (probably varies with type of sex work). Maybe I'm wrong, but that's how it looks from my view

There are lots of difficulties associated with living in a single-parent household. Disgusting. The issue with this is that there's just going to be another thing. If all women were to stop drinking, there will just be another reason men make up to say that it's our fault. As long as men's actions are pinned on our behaviors we oscillate back-and-forth on a spectrum of behavior that becomes increasingly restrictive of women as time goes on unless we constantly push back. I'm glad you mentioned this, I see that all the time and it never felt totally right. This just made something click for me. All the moments that women are allowed to be openly proud and happy with how we look, the only times we're socially condoned to bask in the praise of others, is on a wedding day or if we're pregnant. Maybe if it's also a sweet 16 (patriarchial roots in coming-of-age as a debutante). The rest of the time we're just vain or stuck up.

Maybe in an absolutely perfect world where women always have a decent option apart from porn (not 'homeless shelter' option) there would be a small amount of women who actively get off on the dynamic of being paid for sex. That's what always confused me. Why focus on the gender thing? Would specifically men's shelters actually protect them in any way? Wouldn't they be stuck with the people statistically MOST likely to randomly harm them? When there isn't enough space for everyone some people need to take priority, and often that's women who have children in tow. It seems like the biggest issue is lack of space as a whole, because like you said, most shelters would end up male-dominated anyways.

I think the most they could do is take a way longer approach if the amount of women who see through this stuff increases (particularly younger women). But the beauty of FDS is that this would require them to have unholy levels of charisma, sociopathy, and most of all the patience to do so, and in the end the woman would still have a way out via a viable career and fuck-you money.

What's crazy to me is 'leftover' is also applied to women there, albeit it's a shaming tactic to make them feel less-than if they haven't married by a certain age. In reality the men are leftover due to the compounding decisions of the one-child policy and widespread femicide. It seems like no matter how valuable women are, we're always shamed, it's propaganda totally disconnected from reality.

"That's her exactly." "Then why do you think she's male-bashing?" He answered, with disarming honesty, "Because she's a woman and she's saying things about men." In the eyes of insecure men, having an inexperienced woman is everything. Whether they say it or not, if a girlfriend has been around it's seen by them as retroactive-cucking. Having double standards for respect, going as young as possible, and eroticizing getting in the pants of someone unavailable are all ways to win in the eyes of their peers by bagging someone rare. It's a game.

I'm convinced that stuff like mgtow is mostly incels and post-divorcees who are reframing their lack of relationships as a choice they made. They create this dream that they're "punishing" women by "opting-out" when they were never in or involved as parents in the first place.

The entitlement of wanting someone else's body to reproduce themselves so they can continue THEIR name is such a slap in the face. I wish I could beam the absurdity of this directly into every woman's brain. This. Should. Not. Be. Normal.

Power is key here. I agree that lots of women would be great mothers, but too often patriarchy is facilitated by the vulnerabilities of motherhood. Lots of women want a family and that's normal, but there needs to be incentive to have kids and lots of current-gen women are not incentivized.

I think most men in general have a really hard time with seeing analysis about men as a collective, especially if it's harsh and vent-ey, without taking it personally. I think that wading through the discomfort of that in order to see the underlying patterns we're talking about is more than most of them are willing to do.

I think that at the very least this drives women to massively reject and change how they approach men as a whole. Lots of individual men only change when they lose opportunities because of their mistakes. Maybe that just needs to happen on a bigger level.

I've come to the conclusion that there are no static standards for who is considered "slutty". The stereotypes change every 5 years or so based on current trends, because the goal is always simply to make as many young (secular and untraditional) women as insecure as possible.

It's easy to say that "morality" (cultural norms/established justice system) is subjective as long as it doesn't hurt them. That's why men are mostly the ones saying it. From what I understand it's both how you were raised and the relationships you get into. Someone can make you anxiously attached even if you were previously secure, which explains a lot of manipulative tactics lvm use. So ironically knowing this is more a mark against him than her, because if a secure or avoidant person is becoming fearful, this is often due to someone else being unavailable.

I would have a hard time if it was hidden long after mutual trust was established. The only thing that gets me is the fact that the partner hadn't really changed, yet something in her past that's caused no harm to them puts her in an arbitrary category. To me there is something extra and punitive in that scenario for women in particular that goes beyond shock and loss of trust.

Yeah the only thing that changed in that scenario is the man feels a loss of pride for not being in possession of a female "ideal" anymore. It's about them, but they always make it about the woman. Edit: In hindsight wouldn't be the only thing that changed, it's more complex than how I put it

Marriage is only worth it in the case of a HVM. The biggest takeaway from FDS is to reverse cultural conditioning and be happy and complete with yourself, because a lot of meeting them is just pure luck. "Ride or Die" absolutely applies if you're going through something that neither of you saw coming. An unexpected death, a flood, a recession, as long as you are doing your part to ride it out as a team. "Doing what it takes for the kids" was NEVER supposed to mean "staying with an abusive man even though he's an adult who is capable of changing his behavior yet refuses to do it". Lots of men have perverted that phrase and I think it should be taken back
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/02/21 01:05 AM

I mean on paper that's what it was, but I don't believe men have ever fulfilled that truly. The definitions have changed but that behavior was always there. I think the advent of women being able to get ourselves away from abusive men has left a lot of them in the dust to create theories and just-world fantasies and excuses for behavior that they always had. The whole concept was made because it simplifies social dynamics and creates a "just-world" revenge fantasy that's highly appealing to resentful men who had issues with women in their 20s. Everyone knows it's all more flexible and more complicated than that. And in the end, the wall is "the point at which a woman's conception of her own worth outstrips what it a…

It's nothing personal to individual guys to have a general policy of caution towards all men. NAMALT doesn't really help when there is literally some huge scandal happening with men every year. MeToo, N room, revenge porn, celeb nude leaks, constantly dominating in all sexual crime stats. Like holy shit, how can anyone who's a neutral third party blame women for being distrustful? It tells me that whoever doesn't understand is not neutral at all, they're taking it personally for a reason.

This reminds me of my favorite post on this sub which was the "Blood in the Water Test". Seeing what men do with what they perceive to be a weakness, whether it's emotional or physical, tells you so so much.

I feel so bad for her. "He didn't have to cuddle but he stayed and cuddled" is CRUMBS. Anyone can do that!! God women are really socialized to read the world into any little half-assed thing men do.

They think that all men who treat women bad are all hot Chads that women pursue while purposely ignoring bad signs. The truth is women ignore bad signs from everyone. The concept of "pretty privilege" is legitimate and probably does intersect somewhere, but it's not the whole story

Not a huge deal, sometimes I like to spout off on random connections I make, I didn't think about whether it would sound like criticism-sorry! Again with this false dichotomy. So much of the time, it is difficult or nigh impossible to tell if a guy will up and leave. Nice-seeming LVM who target and play their cards right can lovebomb and hot/cold someone with attachment issues then leave later no problem. There is no simple alpha beta dichotomy. There aren't always easy things to warn you someone will become a POS. Strong wrists, weak chins, whatever other arbitrary bullshit won't tell me who's not going to hit me. Which is why FDS is …

“I used to think that the worst thing in life was to end up alone. It’s not. The worst thing in life is to end up with people who make you feel all alone.” It applies to women, too

And, I mean, I think that there is a way that men can free themselves from that prison of revolving their meaning around women, and it would even be good for them. They just...don't do it. They don't make themselves better for their OWN sake, they do it, at most, to try and spite women who don't give a fuck.

They want a naturally model-esque woman who somehow has no clue she's gorgeous going around in sweats and top buns and falling all over him when he says ~you don't know how beautiful you are~. It's a false dichotomy they make because they can't fathom that maybe some of the "assholes" they were jealous of were actually nice men. And that maybe women can like kind, confident dispositions AND physical attractiveness because, well, lots of them just don't reach that bar, do they? Meanwhile they all want a sweet and beautiful girl. They're allowed to want both personality and looks, but women are forced to choose between "alpha" and "beta" because they said so. It's so fucking ridiculous

Another clue to why manosphere forums hate that demographic. What a surprise! Security is very important to this, it's terrible that so many people feel compelled to stick together just to have a place to live. I've seen this too, codependency abounds for my friends who never went to college. The ones who have moved on and made a career are single or dating on their terms. This is really it, in order for casual sex to be good for everyone men had some things they had to do to meet women in the middle: thoroughly understand consent, navigate all casual relationships with not just distance but basic care and respect, be careful about STDs and always be safe, don't disrespect or take advantage of us, etc. And they didn't do it. Exactly, because feminine roles (as they define them) represent a relative "giving up" of power, they will always be dragging women for filling these roles even as they create the demand for them. You can literally never win if you try to fulfill their standards
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/12/20 07:40 PM

Our ideals of femininity are inextricably tied to powerlessness. There are many things about women that are inherently active and strong, but they try to brush it off as either masculine/unnatural or come up with sex-based slurs like bitch to tamp it down.

It's really as simple as this: If it were true, everyone would be seeing it, this would not need to be reinforced in media, and men would not be mad at posts like this. They would just say "wow that's sad", and move on. Kind of like what we do with mgtow. I think a lot of men who enjoy that idea were late bloomers themselves and can say "I onLy goT fEmaLe attRacTioN iN my 30s!!!1 AF BB!!1" When in actuality there are men who are actually non-asshole, good-looking men with social skills and a sen…

A lot of men base their infatuation on women who will increase their social standing and make them look good, because masculinity is very tied in with power. It's a hierarchy that men are always aware of and women often aren't thinking about, so that's where we get these men who base a woman's value on solely "fertility" and utility via traditional housewife tasks. Some do not, but they are clearly harder to find. I think a good amount of men really do want to be vulnerable with women and have w…

They justify it by contorting their understanding of reality to genuinely believe that women don't mentally mature past teenagehood so they can rationalize "they're the same people anyways teens are just more attractive and teachable". LVM can only handle the idea of being providers if it means they get to call women useless children. I'm just curious what is the context of this? And it's amazing because for all of their pseudo-evo-psych explanations for everything under the sun-when they break down what they really think it comes down to one thing: LVM are drawn to what makes us weak. It is special to have a bond and raise someone, and I'm glad that you are giving her a good life. Our choices can lead to a population collapse. Or, more realistically, to ending the genetic legacies of LVM. I've always had a pretty healthy view of relationships. It was for this reason I stopped talking to a 36 year-old man who looked younger and had lied about his age to me when I was 19. He was handsome for his age but I knew it wasn't worth it.

I've seen arrangements like this on craigslist, usually they aren't as obviously pathetic as this, but it's ALWAYS a thinly veiled "live-in-girlfriend" arrangement. This just exemplifies how men LIKE to have money to hold over our heads. If we have free room and board they think it means we owe them sexual and emotional labor. Also interesting how he doesn't want to say how the last arrangement ended. I would bet 500 he made a move on her while "cuddling" and she dipped when she finally could.

I got some of that in high school. I had a guy get my number and aggressively ask me if I was a virgin and what I had done. Luckily I had good self-esteem and just ghosted him. Then I had a guy play more of a long game and find reasons to hang out with me even though we had nothing in common. He was smarter because he would feign an emotional connection to me anytime I called him out for being shitty (when I started declining to hang out). Eventually he just sent a "hey sexy" as a last ditch eff…

That's literally it. They only acknowledge violent stranger rape as rape, and assume that when women complain about rape that we're "pretending there's someone around every corner". When the reality is, the "normal" guys, the "good" ones, the ones who are our friends or family, are the ones most likely to hurt us. So all the advice given to us on avoiding rape, while important, doesn't even address the most important source. Me carrying my keys between my fingers at night isn't going to stop a g…

If the only way a man can get a wife is if she has no better choice, then he doesn't deserve one. Enthusiastic informed consent or it is not legitimate. Every man who tries to argue for a rollback of feminism on this basis is basically suiciding by words and admitting that he's a pathetic human being with zero moral compass.

I really think you're onto something here. Men consider sexual attraction to be power which is probably why they always think women are more powerful than we are. He's trying to withhold it from her and there's an underlying reason he's not saying. It makes me wonder if the division of women into these two camps is just the result of men having a divide within THEMSELVES. Tons of men think that sex with themselves is degrading, and that the good parts of themselves are "brought out by a better half". Imagine thinking of your sexuality that way! I would hate myself, honestly. If you associate sex with degrading the "quality" of the woman then all of the positive virtuous women will be associated with sterility, sexlessness, and stifled beha…

Women really do have a culture. I can have a silent conversation with female friends while having a regular conversation in a mixed group. When women get together it's a totally different energy, so fun and full of lightness and catharsis. That's one thing I really love about being a woman (and being here too). So much of hanging out with women just feels like a relief from the rest of the world. We can finally say what we need to say and don't have a man trying to undermine our perspective. Whe…

If shit like onlyfans and prostitution made as much easy money as they think it does all women would do it and we would have decimated the poverty that women disproportionately face. They say it like it's as easy as sending a nude and getting $100, it's not even CLOSE to that easy and so many escorts, porn stars, etc. end up with no savings due to the lifestyle they get pulled into.

They don't want to deal with the complexities of women who have dealt with life, and they want a woman who is more likely to be insecure and respond to their hot/cold tactics. They want a girl who still has the hope and naivete to think she can change him. That's it.

Pretty much the defining rule of men is they'll talk about themselves as a collective when they "built society" and let women and children first off of boats (sidenote this is propaganda, this was in fact quite rare). But instantly, if anything at all negative is implied about men as a collective, suddenly they aren't eager to be a part of it anymore. They want all of the respect and none of the responsibility.

They make a false equivalency between being able to get laid (with the fuckton of pitfalls it entails for women) and being able to land a committed relationship with a HV person. Yes of course it's easier for women to find guys for casual sex because there is so much less for men to lose. But imo there are so many pickmes that it makes it much easier for men to find someone willing to stick through the bs they put them through than for HVW to find a healthy relationship. Non domination/superiority-based masculinity can be combined with attractive traits and makes you a safer person to be with. They, however, get to LITERALLY RAPE someone in their past but it should be forgiven because they "felt bad" There is no integrity, nobility, rationality, etc. If they want to be seen as viable candidates for a relationship or respected as men maybe they could start with not demanding double standards and not being abusive. Lol it's almost like they didn't have integrity …

I love seeing more women think this way! I think it's important to the environment and future, and it lets people have a freer and more productive life than they could otherwise have. The idea that everyone needs a biological legacy is a holdover from male ideologies imo

Exactly. They talk about some sort of primitive need. It's not really about sex itself, it's clearly some dominiation thing, like a want to become god. They can't just accept that we can have a good life and die, they have to rEmAin through their stupid last names. Either that or violence, because ?????

But if I, as a woman, decide that I will never have kids, then suddenly my "utility" is gone-yes? Funny how that doesn't give ME an existential crisis. Because there are other ways I can (and do) contribute and live and be relevant. I believe that he is telling the truth of his experience, but the thing is, having your DNA in the world after you're gone does not need to be the thing your worth hinges on. They are so self aware in some ways but they still stop short of finding actual growth and a…

I mean, I see this as a fairly unobtrusive opinion. Being glanced at is different from leering. Why did he feel the need to frame it as combative? Why are people applauding like that was ever controversial? It's so weird how they don't want to say something unless they think they're rebelling. Like a little kid who doesn't want to feel like they're doing something because they've been told to do it Edit: read second half, it gets way worse. Wtf

With my current partner it took time to build up to an orgasm, but the difference in that case was that I was inexperienced and had mental blocks that I overcame. They tried everything, went down for a long time, listened to feedback, changed tactic, etc. Sometimes there are things in the way but the important thing is that they are attentive and responsive to you. I totally agree with the poster that if they are just..uncaring, or oblivious, it's over.

There is almost nothing more ridiculous to me than this fear that guys have. Why the fuck would I talk with a COMPLETE STRANGER (or a friend who I would have to lead on) who I also don't know is safe for a whole hour or more, just for a meal that I could pay for and eat myself in peace and quiet??

Exactly. I can accept that this is true about men if the evidence is insurmountable but that doesn't mean I have to accept it in my relationships. No one has to accept anything! You don't need to date them at all. It's hard, but probably less hard if you know you aren't missing much. Easier said than done of course

Men want women to be superficial so they can have a proven avenue to success through wealth while simultaneously degrading us for it lol Fuck they're sad

They will also comment on your drivers license to imply you looked better younger. They'll deliberately show attention to a girl in a group photo who looks younger than you. They prey on what we're taught to fear, like aging and weight. A couple things I read directly from rp some years ago. It's possible they're outdated, but if you really feel for it the "vibe" of a neg will always come up. Your gut feelings will never steer you wrong.

This is an argument a lot of men use to make us seem less powerful. Sure we couldn't have gained the vote without males voting to let us, but this was after years and years of FIGHTING. Women WON it through blood, sweat, and tears. And everything else after, while crawling painstakingly up the political ladder. It wouldn't be so easy to just take it away.

It just shows how far they've managed to get things in their frame. Sex isn't a sport, so why does it matter in the first place who has it easier??? It doesn't, they're just jealous women have it easy because they don't understand/want to acknowledge the downsides.

They make it so easy to get the d that they're forced to do other things in order to stand out. You are completely right. It isn't "society", men literally made their own bed.

Exactly, they just want to convince themselves it's due to women being stuck up rather than see that the standards are there for very pragmatic reasons.
