The thing is fapping gotten to the point where it's effecting my mood. I rather show my sexual urges than just keep them under control. I actually did the not showing interest for a while and I found I do it too much. I get them to show interest, but I never escalate the interaction. Perhaps I gave off the wrong impression that I'm giving myself shit, that was just a reaction thinking about past mastakes; Live and learn I guess.

all I want to do is improve my ability of being social and see where thing go. It feels so stale and automated. I guess I want to get to the point where I can just play around with them. When it comes to walking up to a girl I know in the hall. We exchange hi's and talk about class work for a good 3min. Then boom ,complete awkward silence with nothing on my mind to say. Still waiting for class to start.

Sorry for being unclear, was trying to not break guidelines. Since school started ive been talking to girls a lot. The thing is I dont know how to deal with situations where I have nothing to say. I went through the funny witty small talk for 4 weeks now. Right now the only thing I do is talk about class related stuff and prety much show how bored I am lol. I play it off like I dont care about conversating, but it feels like im doing something wrong.
