I've recents been reading the book models and applying it to my life. After the first few chapters im like, what the fuck is wrong with me. Thinking back on the past makes me cringe to the fact that I passed up possible relationships with hot girls. Im honestly frustrated with myself.

First thing im gonna do is stop masturbating(nofap here I come).The thing that I just cant seem to do though is express interest. It's feels like im always caught off guard and laugh things off as a fail safe, like what the fuck? Are there steps I can take to start small and go higher in my social game with girls?
