It depends. I employ "k" because my plates can't get a read on it. Most girls only send it when they're pissed, but they know I don't really get pissed (Amused Mastery, my friends). I recommend you to consider that low-fat diets tend to increase hunger while low-carb diets tend to restrict it. It is very easy to live in the 1500-2500 range while low-carb and lose weight. It is orders of magnitude more difficult to lose weight effectively on a calorie restricted low-fat diet. Food for a thought.
