I would consider work ethic to include self improvement and things like housekeeping, working in the garden, home repairs, etc.... Way back 26 years ago I was a single guy living with two other recently discharged military guys like myself. (2 Army, 1 Marine) Our apartment was spotless. I was thinking a Leopard 2 myself. I'm not very familiar with them being from the USA and retired military reserves. They have the 120mm gun same as M1A1 and newer versions of the Abrams tank. It's a German cannon design IIRC. I volunteered for a short Air Guard tour to Kuwait. 4 months. Told my wife it was involuntary. I actually did it because rumor mill said AF was going to make them 6 months or 1 year. I only had 1.5 years till retirement and you can't be deployed within a certain amount of time of completing one deployment.
