Sure, but you have to take into account your sense of integrity, which is directly linked to one’s self-esteem; not everyone’s consciousness is built for treading down the Machiavellian route. Besides, taking the blame is how you learn responsibility in life. Read Extreme Ownership.

True it doesn’t work for all situations

Means don’t be a coward. If you’ve done something shitty you take ownership for it, instead of passing the blame to someone else

I’m not trying to rationalize my genetic flaws; to the contrary, I’m taking accountability for them. It would be rationalizing if I blamed my “shitty life” on my genetics, but I’m not—I’m trying to find a solution to make the most out of the cards I’ve been dealt with. If looking for ways to improve myself physiologically and psychologically makes me a loser, then I’ll happily be one.

Ok, I’ll humor you. In a perfect world wherein I’m living a non-“shitty” life: healthy eating, exercise, etc—if I still have poor genetics (e.g. born with hyperthyroidism) do you think that 7 am jog or that asparagus I ate for dinner will help one bit? Wrong. I. Still. Have. Hyperthyroidism. Meaning that I’m still going to get bald, have shitty sleep, and be irritated, regardless of what kind of asparagus farm you find on this whole wide earth. My point being that changing your day-to-day routin…

So far you haven’t given me any scientific basis for your “counter argument”, let alone anecdotal evidence, or any scrap of evidence at all for that matter, period. But if you still think you’re right, then go ahead buddy; whatever helps you sleep at night :D

Wrong. For low testosterone in particular you aren’t limited to TRT; for example, Zinc supplements, specifically sulfate, have been shown to reduce hypogonadism (low t) (Liu et al 2017). Think of it as taking your daily vitamins. Either way, you only have one life so take your pick: continue complaining or start doing something about it.

Quit worrying about social media and focus on improving yourself. People are naturally inclined to follow the high value guy who has his shit figured out than the guy obsessing about what kind of instagram post he should make.

Road to Chad: Skincare (Vit C helps). Chew gum. A good haircut. Trim your body hair so you don’t look like an ogre (i.e. eyebrows, nose). Bodylanguage (i.e tonality, posture, eye contact). A good smell, commanding voice, good fashion sense. Straighten and whiten your teeth for an easy +1. And most importantly, a DGAF attitude (see uncle vas level 100 dgaf article)

Masculinity has a lot to do with the stoic or tough personifications that we associate to big strong men. Therefore, honor is closely related to being a man since you are essentially trying to maintain a set of beliefs in the face of external forces. By resisting these externalities and standing our ground we, in turn, fulfill the masculine qualities of being tough or stoic.

Talking all the time kills the mystery and sets a more platonic and friendly vibe. Alphas make up for the lack of speech by showing off non-verbal keys through commanding body language.

To reject one's gift is to reject their friendship.

Not if you genuinely dislike that person, no. If you do like that person even just a bit, hold on to that portion and emphasize on it on your greeting to make it genuine.

Aang: "Hello, my son." Tenzin: "Dad, I've failed you. I am no spiritual leader, and I've let the world down. I'll never be the man you were." Aang: "You are right. You are trying to hold on to a false perception of yourself. You are not me, and you should not be me. You are Tenzin." Tenzin': "I am not a reflection of my father. I am Tenzin. I am Tenzin!" I understand you completely. You've got a great point there. However, doesn't it completely go against the 'dont give a fuck mentality'? If you were to just accept validation as part of your life that is.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
