I totally feel this They are Just too complacent with eating takeaways or whatever, I think I’ve become a workaholic since realising that achievement makes me feel good and that I am very capable, I can’t vibe with girls that just wanna eat out at dinner and not work hard at the gym which takes 30 minutes a day for the basics

2nd comment but in regards to the variation of offering to wingman I’ve done this when I went on holiday Went up to girls said whatever came to mind no thinking - and when it went bad, made it fun, and said, right point at anyone and I’ll go and hit on them, and they always pointed, and watched, and found it fun, sometimes didn’t score, but it never mattered, it was all fun. Sometimes I’d hear “wow you’re so confident aren’t you” but I don’t even see it as a real risk, what’s to lose? Nothing, I…

Well done The same can be achieved with a bluff of leaving, but sometimes if you aren’t confident enough, they can smell it You have yourself real leverage by having other real options, so it wasn’t a bluff, therefore the actions you said you’d take would have had real body language behind them and he knows it’s serious

100% go and get T levels tested It’s a life changer I can go from not wanting it ever (off cycle) to wanting to 8x a day and more by myself (on cycle) Dose dependant of course. Try things to raise T naturally No plastic containers (or at least BPA free) Multi vitamins (zinc and magnesium important) SOME red meat Very hydrated No soy High proteins High fats (fats are a good thing) Clean water Go get levels tested anyway, it’s on a spectrum, not “high or low” It’s better to have optimal levels or …

I think you're the same as me I feel good in every other aspect and can hold frame extremely well when challenged or just hold conversation well when spoken to but I don't go out and talk to people first, not because I'm scared or anything, just because I have nothing to say

It's almost not believable if you were to read that coming from a BP mindset, so many details in you story happened to me and it's very similar down to the kind of girl I thought she was, only difference is that it wasn't 15 years thank god. Time heals and you'll get better like I did, learn from it and just be grateful that you know better.

The counselor's advice amounted to something like "So you're horribly depressed because you have needs which aren't being met. Have you considered not having needs?" At one point he floated the idea of trying to get me a libido lowering drug. He was 100% on my wife's side of everything. The parts in bold are the most shocking yet not surprising points of this post, why is it seen as okay to basically castrate men? Women date up and men date down it's as simple as that. Women have to date up to find you attractive because of status and power, she isn't going to lust for someone below her but men care less just as long and she is hot

I don't get how they can justify the question "what about men" by saying women are victims because of men. How is anyone just allowed to say stuff and it's suddenly fact? Nobody said anything about men in there that shouldn't be there due to false accusations.

Oh well, let people become mediorce while I feel good improving myself and being a part of the top 10/20% They think they are reaping the rewards by being lazy and getting paid, I'm reaping the rewards for working to be in the top 10/20% by becoming physically and mentally stronger and becoming conditioned to be capable of taking on heavy work. I'll take my pride over bring a lazy cunt anyday.

Brilliant, I wouldn't of thought of that myself, I would of just left if she agreed to that but that message sends out humor and like you have no problem with the guys. Pretty much perfect execution.

It's a life enhancement, my mood is constantly better, it feels the opposite of having 4 hours sleep as opposed to 8, feel sharper mentally, feel more confident taking anyone on mentally, arguments and realising what does and doesn't matter, small shit brushes off my back and I don't care, developed a natural abundance mentality even when my test goes back to natty and depending on the other compounds I may use such as Tren, I can feel like a God walking on earth. They definitely do I use Testosterone recreationally and it does wonders for me mentally, I consider physical a bonus. It's also what makes men and women different - (Test and Estrogen) Before puberty all kids are somewhat gender neutral but only a little, boys still have higher test than girls at a younger age, just not to the degree of having 15-20x more test after puberty

Last 2 girls I know of were on BC pill, I had beta behaviours and they liked the nice stuff, once off the pill, one cheated, 2nd one started to talk to others and show clear dis-interest in me until I stepped up my game and realised what was going on. There could be other variables but that is what happened to me
/r/askTRP10/12/14 02:37 PM

Agree with it all, the idea of hormones is so fascinating to me I manually replace my test and it's been nothing but good

Disagree Bro she's a cunt but you wouldn't need to go down that route either walk away and save your energy into something useful or learn to never get in that position again and be stronger mentally

I know, it's the guys own fault for letting it happen, still doesn't mean that she isn't a cunt, he had all the power in the beginning to cut her off or walk away. He was willing to take a gamble on that "she may not have cheated" even though he wasn't in her company half the time. I just wonder what makes women so capable of doing what they want yet men who don't know any better all seem to submit to this behaviour and let them selves get walked all over, it doesn't make sense biologically for …

No, this site is about how society is lying to us Exactly, and I'm saying that here you learn the truth. If it's the same point, why are you even trying to disagree? Females cant be taught anything, they can't rationalize anything. Yes they can be taught things and yes they can rationalize some things, they just don't use logic when it applies to them and they are more likely to be emotional and less rational because that's how they are biologically made up Install a GPS tracker on your female's…

How exactly is it a hate group by talking facts and logic, everyone seems to think it's about hating women rather than just accepting them for what they are and being wise to it. If someone was talking utter nonsense, nobody would be interested or care, they would only want to silence or shut someone or something down if it is revealing something that they don't want to be revealed. Everytime i see the word counseling I cringe, like counseling was ever needed for hundreds of millions of years. AF/BB has always been in place, all I hear about counseling is that it's usually the man that's getting told off for not doing enough for his wife even though he's doing the most. A female counselor would be even worse if she is prone to hamstering herself or knows exactly why a woman would lose interest, but it's in their best interest money wise to keep the girl happy, because if th…

I self medicate, massive improvements on my quality of life mentally and physically, mental stuff suprised me. I now blast and cruise with other compounds, my favorite is Tren but I will probably always use high/medium-high dose of test (testosterone) for the rest of my life
/r/TheRedPill29/10/14 03:09 PM
1

I think when you get to the point when you experiment, it's purely fun for you without any anxiety, you give less fucks and is good for holding frame and following a mental game plan to a T. Thanks for the FR, I do learn something new every now and then no matter how much I think I know, even if it's the same thing but seen in a different perspective
/r/TheRedPill19/10/14 06:18 PM
4

I self medicate test and have noticed massive improvements on my quality of life, for me the mental benefits are more to me than the physical, I think I will always be on TRT for normal-high male test levels but my plan is to blast a cruise now. Being male carries in your attitude and physically, Testosterone changes you both physically and mentally for the better and a lot of men are so low today compared to previous generations and they wouldn't even know it
/r/TheRedPill18/10/14 06:52 PM

This is why men are considered legends for sleeping with more girls while girls are considered sluts, the amount you have to be on guard and have good game takes skill which you seem to have, good job man I was sucked into the story though, the whole time I was thinking "fuck jess" just dragging everyone else down to her level of fun - none
/r/TheRedPill18/10/14 06:46 PM
0

Agree that they can be good fathers, my comment was about her being into him, however, men in that position obvious don't have a strong enough mentality to not be screwed over and are prone to manipulation and hamstering of women, they want to be teaching their kids to be better than that and have self respect.
/r/TheRedPill16/10/14 05:25 PM
0

Exactly, the fact she wanted some fun somewhere else with a younger kid tells me the husband at home isn't doing too well with having her into him
/r/TheRedPill16/10/14 02:32 PM
2

Side note: I recently got a testosterone test done and my levels are barely above the minimum for TRT so I'm considering self-administering some TRT. Do it. I have it will change your life in a good way and give you physical and mental benefits, mental benefits will suprise you if you don't know what to expect but the amount of change depends on how low you are already

I was abused and raped growing up by my uncle. I understand this can have some effect but I realised that I was using bad past experiences as excuses to not be more disciplined and to be a better person. That's me personally but only you know whether or not that holds true for you To give you advice or any truths we would need more information, you say you cut and burn yourself. Is there a cause that makes you do that? Is it in front of other people only or even by yourself?

Yeah I already got that, I replied to a comment below from my original comment saying I already know that I missed that part and I got it wrong. "You're right, that went over my head and I missed that. Shitty thing to do and not honorable at all I take back what I said haha"

All I see it as is insecurity, it's like women or feminists are trying to push things on women that men already do just to prove they can do it to or want to do it, why else would they do stuff that doesn't really make them happy?
/r/TheRedPill29/09/14 05:19 PM

Working out/sports will improve your T granted, the first post was correct in terms of, "it will boost your t-levels" but it won't improve it compared to baseline levels of a man 20/30/40/50+ years ago My previous post wasn't clear in that so that's my fault but this post explains what I meant.
/r/TheRedPill24/09/14 11:32 AM

Shy away from competition your entire life and "win" participation medals? Stuff like this is what I mean by mentally effecting T. T gives someone the desire to compete and succeed.
/r/TheRedPill24/09/14 11:31 AM

Pretend it never happened and just hold frame with the other three, pre selection will work in your favour and you can turn it around over time, don't be emotionally invested in this girl anymore, we all make mistakes so fuck it, move on and learn

I already do Bro, currently on test and tren
/r/TheRedPill23/09/14 05:10 PM

It's been shown with things like winning a fight, there was two separate types for competing, one was in something like poker where T rises during competition and playing but the outcome (winning or losing) didn't change T levels where as a fight, the winner would have boosted T levels and the loser would drop a little. Those two examples are outcome dependent and just competition related.

Makes you wonder how many people are siting in jail who are innocent of the sex crime they were convicted of. A fucking hell of a lot, it's sad that we can never know the true statistic but I put money on it that over 50% of all men serving time for rape didn't do it, possibly higher.
/r/TheRedPill18/09/14 12:34 PM

dump her and tell her why, ultimatum, "I don't get sex and it's boring me, if you don't put out I'm gonna find someone who will" Worked for me twice. Once for that 6 months of waiting and another time in an LTR when sex started to die down You have to stick to your word otherwise you look weak and your word doesn't mean anything anymore, if she doesn't come back to give in to you, move on and find someone else who will put out literally, there are plenty out there.
/r/TheRedPill17/09/14 07:52 AM

And the next day, she hamstered away, saying "See, aren't you glad we waited?" Just jogged a memory, same thing happened to me in my beta days except It lasted 6 months, only when I had enough and slept with another girl, the first girl slept with me the next day and said," See I told you it would be soon" Cringe. I appreciate TRP every day

Very good for him, that post was written in 2010, amazing he got into that mentality without something like TRP to show him the way. A lot of the "lingo" he uses is similar, possible TRP has been around since then? Or some of the lingo has been adopted merely because of this post?

If this post is true, gotta say you are a brave strong man, I don't even know if I would have the will to live dealing with all that shit, I think I would actually cope worse knowing that people think she is the victim and you are the aggressor at all costs

Some of it is biological, if it wasn't it wouldn't be happening as there would be no drive or need to do this stuff, doesn't mean other women can't be rational too, my point was that it was about certain women and I was asking what causes it rather than just slating the females that do.

Hence why I put in the title, what causes certain women to be like this?

No honor or understanding of the bigger picture (the kids) just scoring "mommy points" on Facebook like you said and I know someone like that in person, it frustrates me badly. I will never understand why women lie to this degree and seriously believe they have done nothing wrong, they actually think they are never wrong or they know it and cover it up with some Shit lie or excuse. You need to get your dosage and frequency of dosage changed, if you like when I'm not on mobile later on I can talk you through it and why with facts and evidence to back it up, I think you should be on at least 150 a week and the shots should be bi weekly, so 75mg per shot Going from low testosterone to normal is life changing, going from low to optimum will benefit you in so many ways, testosterone is what makes you a man, it effects you mentally as much if not more than physically

Give your "friend" a good twatting for undermining a friend for some pussy, and teach him why it's wrong, disrespect from him and he threw you under the bus to try and get closer with her, not understanding how attraction works and thinking that gossiping like a girl will get him laid. He is making you look weak

Far as I can tell, most girls seem to think the entire world is out for their validation. They are constantly rude and even downright toxic at times towards guys they see as beneath them. The lack of empathy and logical thinking really saddens me, I don't think a lot of people actually understand how dangerous this is and how ruthless women can be when they don't like you.

A lot of people like to "shame" others for not having the same opinion as them, fight back, why is their way of doing it right and not yours? Really you need think logically and rationally and not emotionally, if it make you happy and you can support it, do it. A lot of people are jealous and don't want you to have nice things or to be better.

Arimidex (Anastrozole) for water bloat, but too low estrogren and you can have problems, same with high estrogen, you need some. Take 0.5 every other day The thing is with these, if the dosage isn't right for you (everyone is different) you can just revert back and be fine again, but 1.25mg twice a week seems on the low side.
/r/TheRedPill20/03/14 02:20 PM

The slight water retention is because estrogen, 200mg per week is a high dose and that's why some of the T has amoatsed to estrogen, you need an AI (aromatase inhibitaor) but not by much, i suggest a quarter of a pill every other day 0.25 - EOD Ask any question on /r/steroids - great community.

I would like to do this also but a test costs around $300 so I've heard but I completely agree with you, women by nature will cheat if it means being with a better man. Gyno is due to the aromatization of testosterone, too much testosterone, some converst to estrogen to create a balance. That's why taking an aromatse inhibitor is part of steroid cycles as it stops acne, and gyno and other estrogen related sides.

Yeah a pussy, that was a quick conclusion when I can just as easily get a blowjob I could come to the conclusion that you are desparate if you've been with girls that "look like someone had been murdered in it." Don't knock it until you've tried it, it feels notably different than when she's not bleeding. I actually prefer it. I've tried it once, doesn't feel any different except there was some sort of clot of blood on the end of my dick. Typically women (or all the women I've encountered) are always horny as shit on their period. Had a LTR back before TRP, had sex maybe once a week always on my initiation. During that one week a month she would jump my bone constantly. It's hormonal. If you think about…

I would rather that women were generally born with honor, trust and loyalty but as we all know, the reality is they aren't.
