You can try r/malefashionadvice. They have guides and inspiration albums, you can start with their Basic Bastard one.

Well surgery is kinda like changing yourself due to being in the gym, in a way... I guess the stigma comes from it being unnatural, like weightlifters taking steroids. At the end of the day, it's each person's personal choice and no one else's business. Also, I don't understand why there's this debate about only looks matter, no only game matters, etc. . Both matter, ideally you have both but you can somewhat compensate for one with the other. When I shed the fat I expect to get some again. I gu…

You've been downvoted, but you can't deny that being handsome helps. The thing is, it's like a video game. Being good looking is playing it in easy mode. For those of us stuck in normal or hard mode, you can either give up or use seduction, clothes and fitness to go through it. Although I would never do it myself, I don't judge you going for surgery if it is how you see your best self being.

Anyway, I hope you continue posting here as I'm sure a lot of people appreciate your advice. If links to websites with ads are allowed, so should this imo.

From what I read here, the advice you give is pretty great, and I don't understand why it was removed. Maybe just straight out say you're the author in the post, so there are no conflicts? Idk though, I'm not a mod.

Excellent advice. Just wondering, are you the author of the book? Nothing wrong with that, just want to know.

It can be mentally demanding at times to withstand continuous rejection, and I understand that. However, this experience has shown you something very important: You are outcome dependent. Out of all the advice you get here, I've felt like there are only 2 that really matter in the end. The first is to strive to be a better version of yourself, including health, education, job, clothes, etc. . The second advice, and it is just as much important, is being independent of the outcome. The issue is i…

I may not have been clear enough. What I meant is that there are different approaches to who you have sex with and how. For me, it's sometimes enough to find a girl attractive to have sex with her. For others, they seek an emotional connection first. Either way, you're neither better nor worse, just different in that regard. If you read some of the guy's responses on this post, he sees sex as sort of a celestial communion or what not. If he's into it, that's great, but not everyone is like this,…

I'm glad you've found the type of sex you like. I don't agree with it, but I can understand what you mean. Still, I hope you have an open enough mind to understand that for some people, sex is just that, sex, and there is nothing wrong with thinking like this.
/r/seduction18/08/16 06:08 PM
2

I completely agree with you. There's nothing sacred about sex. After all, even if we're more complex than other living organisms, we do have our cravings and needs. If both are up for a round, there is no shame in it, people should just enjoy the type of sex they want.
/r/seduction18/08/16 05:24 PM

OP sounds like they've had sex once I don't know OP, can't comment on that. I think it's a step in the right direction if he found what he really wants. He just shouldn't post that as a universal truth. If he had posted it as a discussion, fine, but saying: Men SHOULd approach women with scrutiny about if they're attracted to this women and if she's worth sharing my innermost secrets Is wrong. Everyone is different and has different goals.
/r/seduction18/08/16 03:32 PM

If it works for you, great. I still don't think that's the only way to approach this. If you're attracted and she is as well, there's nothing wrong to have sex. What I don't agree with though is you saying if you don't want that deep connection, don't have sex with her. Men as well as women sometimes just want sex. There is nothing wrong with a 'shallow' physical attraction, there is nothing wrong with ons.

Be playful. Tell the guy he's just jealous you didn't hit on him. Honestly I'd say a lot of girls would like such a situation as it makes them seem desirable. Use it to your advantage.

Let's say you are a 0 in a scale from 0-10. This is very unlikely, but let's just assume for the sake of making this easier. Now try working out. Build muscles. You are now a 2/10. Next buy well fitting clothes and look at inspirational albums on r/malefashionadvice . Congrats, you're now a 4/10. Now try grooming your hair, maybe a beard if it suits you. Instant 5/10. how do you know that it's my confidence and not my attractiveness No matter how unattractive you are, getting clothes that fit you well and work out will bump you up 3-4 points in a 0-10 scale. Looks wise that will be enough to get most women if paired with a good personality. Look, I understand you. It's hard to keep going. How it happens? They feel attracted to each other. This varies with every woman, some may find physical attractiveness enough, other prefer the social aspect of someone, or value trust between them. Women are just like you when it comes to sex. They want sex, they like it and at times crave it. Then a man meets a woman, they develop their relationship (could be in a few weeks, could be in mere hours) and sleep with each other. It's nothing magical. If you're really determined to go, you need to know that this will push you to your limits, since you're alone and in a place you don't know. This could either end very badly for you, or really change you. If you're 100% sure, then make the best out of it. Go out, have fun, meet new people. Above all, don't have an expectation for your journey. Don't pressure yourself that you have to get laid or something. When you go out, your only goal should be to have fun. Rejection only means more practice…

Also you can explain the game to her, tell her she has to lie in every answer and then ask 'are you ready?'. If she answers yes, she loses, but even then you can tell her you'll give her a second chance.

I honestly feel the complete opposite. No matter how much I like someone, I can't stay more than 2,3 days in a row before wanting to be alone again.
/r/seduction26/09/15 08:49 AM

I'd say you need to make her rationalize that she's coming over to your house. Not only for herself, but also for her friends. You can do this by mentioning something in the conversation and later tell her to check it out. For example if you talked about music, tell her to come with you so you can show her some good music. Just talked about your favorite movie? Ask her to leave with you and watch it together, etc. .
/r/seduction20/09/15 10:05 AM

The basics still apply no matter where you are though. Confidence, good body language, being fun, etc. is still important, be it in a big city or in a small village. He just has to calibrate to the environment.

I would like to get lucky Going with that mindset, you will come off as needy. The best you can do is just chill and have fun. There'll probably be opportunities where you'll be 1 on 1 with a girl, this can give you some time to get to know her. Also, since they are visiting, it should be rather easy to set up a date to show her/them some interesting venues there.

Yeah I understand what you mean. For me, friendzone just means she doesn't see you as a potential lover/bf, and imho it comes from the phrase 'Let's just be friends'.
/r/seduction01/04/15 04:41 PM

But if she lost sexual interest in you, doesn't it mean you were friendzoned?

She's probably just shy or inexperienced. You can use her question to build up sexual tension.
/r/seduction17/03/15 10:27 AM

Perhaps just ask her what she likes about it, what it reminds her of, what she has to think about while listening to it? Edit: I realized these might come off as too personal, so use at your own risk.

If you change location, you can just tell her to only bring one car and you'll drive her back to her car later. Also, you can just meet for something else than dinner, e.g. a hike or something, where you can physically escalate.
/r/seduction04/03/15 04:00 PM

Take a look at Vin Dicarlo's escalation ladder, it's a nice summary for escalation in general, so it can of course be used when you get her home.

If you went out for a drink, find a reason to get her to your place. There are a lot of ways for this, and it mainly will depend on who you are. It can be something as mundane as showing her your cat, your aquarium, letting her taste a wine you bought in Italy, play a boardgame/videogame, etc. I'm into martial arts, so I sometimes just suggested to teach them boxing or something. If she's already at your place, e.g. to watch a movie, I'd say the most important thing is to escalate physically and…

What if you are texting or phoning her? These are just some examples, everyone has their own style. If that works for you, it's nice, but the message here is to keep it simple, and the mentioned phrases are often viewed as an invitation for sex.
/r/seduction03/03/15 07:58 PM
7

'Asking' is not really the right term here, as it's more of a way to provide a rational, low risk and socially acceptable suggestion that helps you escalate.
/r/seduction03/03/15 05:26 PM

Some women are very socially conscious and won't be as free to do what they want if there are any other persons that might think of her as a 'slut'.

It can also cause impotence or lower sex drive drastically.

I'm sure you have a link to a scientific study for your '20%'. Could you possibly post it? I think you misunderstood me. There a difference between lying to yourself saying you have high standards to not approaching anyone and actually having high standards and approaching women that meet them. If you are attracted to a girl, then you should just approach her. If not, then there's no sense to approach her faking interest. If you think she's below your standards but still constantly approach them…
/r/seduction05/01/15 11:30 PM

Even if you only want to get laid (so a one night stand), why not get a girl you really want to have a ons with? Lowering his standards will get him to believe that he only got her because she wasn't that 'hot'. He will still act the same towards women he sees as 'hot'. The worst is he'll see them as 'the next step'. It'll make him feel like they are harder to get, and make him even more nervous. But there are no steps.
/r/seduction05/01/15 10:17 PM
1

Lowering your standards means you're becoming desperate, so never do that. Imho you should go from the beginning for girls that you really want, there's no benefit in getting women you're not genuinely interested in.
/r/seduction05/01/15 06:37 PM

Well, if he doesn't bring anything positive to your life, then you have your answer I guess. I understand a bit better what you mean now. From the op, I would have said you're just salty that he gets chicks. But from what you described now, he doesn't seem like someone you'd enjoy being around.

So this post is basically a rant about some random guy? You need to calm down. What i see from it is that you're jealous of his success. I don't think you need to ask here if you should or not. Also, I don't think talking about lays is a bad thing. For me, if a friend tells me he got laid, I'm happy for him that he achieved i…

Well, seeking ego boosts means you're looking for validation from other people. That makes you outcome dependent as you let yourself be controlled by how others react to you. Maybe I'm just reading too much into it though, as long you have fun when going clubbing it doesn't really matter I guess.

I feel like the whole concept of polarization is to not worry about it and just show yourself. In that regard, telling you how other people do it won't really help as you'll have to find your own way to do it, because it needs to fit your character. That's just my opinion though and I know that people have different approaches when it comes to this.

As mentioned, Models by Mark Manson is a place to start. But I'd like to add, the most important thing is to better yourself. What I mean is, don't make it all about just seducing women and getting lots of friends, that won't make you happy in the long run. Instead, focus on developping a life that makes you happy (and yes, that also means having the women you want in it). So start working out. It helps to make you feel better. It was from a good friend of mine. He's what some people consider a natural, and quite handsome. I think Camus says that if you can't achieve it, just forget it and focus on what you actually are able to do. Goethe on the other hand knows you can't achieve it, but he's like f*** it, you should try anyway and get as near as possible. Imo the beauty of this is that everyone has his own understanding. I read Camus in French and Faust in German, therefore I don't know how the translations are, sorry. I love reading! It's always nice to see other people who like it as well. As for Faust, in the beginning, the devil makes a deal with God: if he can bring Faust to abandon his yearnings for transcendence, he can keep his soul. God, knowing Faust, accepts. Faust represents humanity, as he is both eager for the said transcendence as well as corporal satisfaction ('Zwei Seelen wohnen, ach in meiner B…

In summary, he says life is absurd: we are born, we grow up, we study, we work, we get old, only to finally die. The human is flawed as his life has no meaning. But according to Camus, the absurdity of life leads to a revolt. We know we are not eternal, all we can do is do our best in this life. And not being eternal, thus not relying on a reward in the afterlife, gives us the freedom to be human in this world. The simplicity of his philosophy seems interesting, but I disagree with this as I thi…

You seem to try way too hard to look confident. But that's the problem, you do that to appear more compelling in the eyes of other people. Stop evaluating yourself by how others perceive you, and start loving yourself. Being a med student is already a big plus, not many people have the courage to start these studies. I'd say focus on yourself, find what makes you desirabe in your OWN eyes.

Building confidence takes time. Sure, some stuff will give you quick confidence, but an ill build confidence gets destroyed as quickly as it was built. You can try self hypnosis, there are tons of files out there for confidence. I would stay away from medication, as I'm sure they'll have undesirable consequences. You can go in therapy to a psychologist, it might help to know why you're not confident and give you a professional advice. But what helps most people is building it slowly. For people …

Honestly, I think the best you can do is just relax and try to have fun. When I go clubbing with friends, I don't drink to be more confident. That's a dangerous path you don't want to go, as it might trick you into believing you're only confident when drunk. But drinking sometimes gives you fun ideas, and can help have a better time.

Strategies are not there because we think women are robots. Quite the contrary, as they are humans, sometimes it can be hard to totally understand them. In order to have a general idea of what to do, people have come up with strategies that may work in some situations, but obviously won't work in others. Going by instinct is fine and all, but what if it tells you to hide in a dark corner and not talk to women at all? It's all about changing your instincts to the right path.

The author is still living in 2007 I guess... Anyway, what he's basically saying is concentrate on inner game, something most people have figured out already...

I agree with you here. Technique is important, and should be as important as inner game. Though I don't know if people here have a clue or not, actually I've read some of posts that were quite useful....

Well, that's the point of it, to make you feel horny, so that it pushes you to do your best and get a girl. You might come off as needy, so you need to be careful, but I guess the main goal is for beginners to just DO instead of THINK.

This is also how I feel about this. I sometimes just run out of things to say, and instead of pressuring myself, it helps to have 2-3 self made routines to keep you on track...

Alright, thanks for the recommendation. Yes, I do remember hearing about The Blueprint back then, though I never bought it.

I've actually never read or watched any of their material. Could yo recommend any of their work?

And I entirely agree with you on the whole routine ideas. However, some guidelines are quite helpful. Honestly, when I started with seduction material, I had no clue what to do, and some step by step guides got me an idea on how to behave. Imo, routines should have never been there to blindly apply, but as an example on how you could behave, respectively what could give you attraction/comfort/etc.

1st Scenario: Girls don't just tell you to dance with one of their friends if the friend didn't tell them she liked you. So I guess she found you attractive, and her friends helped her to approach you. What you could have said? A lot of things, as imo the attraction was already there. I would tease her that she didn't have the balls to ask you to dance herself, something like 'Do you always need your friends to approach guys?'. When she asked you why you didn't helped her, you could have turned …

...by giving her something internet strangers told you to? Yeah, that screams 'special' to me. Seriously though, stop being lazy, think about what she likes, how she's like, etc., and you'll most likely find something.

First of all, please use paragraphs, this was a pain to read and I'm sure a lot of more experienced people won't even bother. So...remember the golden rule Don't be outcome dependend I know how you feel, in fact most guys trying to pick up girls have felt that way at a time or another. You should accept that some days, it will work, and on others, it won't. Try to remember what you did, what went wrong, what you could've done better If it really makes you feel uncomfortable, you can use self hyp…

First step is to realize you don't need any of the mentioned stuff to get girls, your character is all it takes. Second step is to use the flat and car to get more social interaction. Just remember, it's not only about having sex with her, but all the fun you have during the chase and while getting to know her. Good luck, you can do it bro ;)

This. You're running after her. I suggest building up more attraction/ showing some more value before going on OP.

From the article: Grooming is very important. If your girlfriend likes clean-shaven, be clean shaven. If your girlfriend likes scruffy, then be scruffy Isn't that somehow submissive behaviour? I don't think people in general should change themselves just to please their partner.

I see what you mean and it does help me with this matter. Though, you could say that if she thinks you're a creep, then you had bad body language, seemed insecure, etc... So you couldn't you just turn everything into an opportunity to get better? And by that, wouldn't you care too much about other people's opinion? I guess I just have difficulties drawing the line between what I should care about and what not.

Let me ask you a qestion. In order to get women, would you rather: a) Read PUA material, get out of your comfort zone, experiment a lot and eventually better your social skills b) pay for a nose job, risking all sorts of nasty stuff Honestly, while a) is psychologically harder, it will turn out better. First, because your nose job won't magically make women like you. The nose in the picture is fine, it doesn't need anything done. Second, while the nose job may have an influence in your perceptio…

What you did wrong is that you kept texting her eventhough she didn't reply. What you did right is that you didn't make a big deal of it. If you think about it, you want to come off as socially engaged and secure. Someone who is socially succesful, has a lot of people to talk to, so if someone doesn't reply back chances are you're not going to even remember. However, imho, just always acting like nothing's wrong is not the ideal way. Imagine you'd be in a relationship with her and she does somet…
