So after a 4 year break from all these pua material and seduction mindset, I'm trying to get back in.

This time off helped me to distance myself from the mentioned mindset and figure out some new solutions to problems I didn't even know I had.

One question that has struck me since some days is how some of you can combine two very different attitudes:

  • Be your best self
  • Don't give a f***

What I mean by this is that, for the most part, the pua material teaches you to be your best self, to make intersting conversations, pay attention to your body language, etc.. On the other hand, you have to 'be a man', that is, to just not care about other people's opinion, put yourself first, etc...

So, let's take as an example someone who has bad body language but feels very comfortable (physiologically speaking) with it. If he tries to change it, it means he puts other people's opinion above his. If he doesn't change it, he might come off as insecure.

How to you sedditers deal with these contradicting attitudes?
